I really admire the work of the writers in documenting and recreating the bonds of friendships and the journeys of relationships. The dialogue seems to recite the many experiences of "us". It's somehow confirming. (I only wish I had Molly's foresight in breaking off things that are bad for me before it got really bad!) Self-identity is really the key to joy and this show celebrates that. While it takes incredible strength to support the "men" in our lives, the strength to stand on our own is the one that counts in the end.
