Full Version: Movie Qoute Game!
USA Network Forums > USA Network Originals > Monk

I don't know how long this thread will last, but, hey why not try it?

I'll post a qoute from a movie, and whoever gets it right gets to post the next one. Kind of like the Monk qoute game. smile.gif But, don't worry, if no one at all knows it, then it's okay to tell us what it is.

Alright, here goes...

"Hey! Have you seen these toilets? They're GINORMOUS!"

Any takers??

I just heard that one - it's from ELF.

How about this one:

She wrote me a 'john-deere' letter... something about me not listening enough, I don't know... I wasn't really paying attention.

Dumb and Dumber.

Here's one: "You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow."

Lauren Bacall said that to Humphrey Bogart in 'To Have and Have Not' (I think that's the title) or 'To Hold or Hold Not'?)

How about:

We just picked the wrong first husbands, that's all.

Is that from 'The Philadelphia Story'? Now I'm trying to remember which actress said it!

Anyone know this one?: There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

For some reason, I'm thinking it's "The First Wives' Club"?

Am I right, or no?

Your right. It's definitely "The Philadelphia Story" and it was Katharine Hepburn's character Tracy who said that line. smile.gif

That has to be a line from Airplane.

If I'm right try this one:

At first I thought it was Legally Blond but then I thought about it and it has to be Clueless. Am I right?

Try this one:
That's cool baby, you know how it is, rockin' and rollin' and what not.

Good One!! The Joker said that in Dark Knight

Ok my turn again. I think this one is easy:

I was gonna cheat on this one and Google it, but I already know what it is. Whoopie Goldberg said this in "Ghost". OMG, that was my favorite scene in the movie! I'm not a fan of that movie anymore but that scene always cracks me up!

"When I was a kid... when I was just a little girl... I used to dream about this old, dusty road. And this road would go on as far as the eye could see. There were all these little white flowers growing around the edges. And it was such a peaceful place. But then you realize... when life settles in around you... places like this... don't exist. "
