As he walks through the city on his way to meet with his assistant he's suddenly struck on the top of the head. While sipping his tea from Starbucks he intrudes through ongoing construction stubbling to the ground. He wakes up to find himself accompanied by Trudy, who is treating his bump on the head. Unaware of the current events Munk then laughs "some anniversary I'm sorry darling how clumsy of me I should've looked down you know watch my step" (now in this scene Munk and Trudy are celebrating their anniversary) It's PASSIONATE SEX, FUN-FILLED MEMORIES, LAUGHS,CRYS AND TRAGEDY UNLOCKED ALL OVER AGAIN AS MUNK RELIVES HIS WIFES DEATH! He awakes to find himself in a near death situation on the roof of the hospital where he's close to commiting suicide. (AT LEAST HE BELIEVES HE'S AWAKE) When Trudy leads him downstairs instead of the next floor being the inside of the hospital its their condo in the city or is it?.... mmh
