[AMY TOWNSEND] 20s. Model and actress. On-again, off-again wife of famous male model Hampton "The Hamp" Trotter. Questioned by GOREN and EAMES when her attempted reconciliation with her husband is derailed by a sudden tragedy. (SUPPORTING)

[GALLA] 20s. Drop dead gorgeous woman. A very high-end prostitute whose mercenary skills are compromised when she begins to fall for one of her clients. Questioned by GOREN and EAMES when several of her powerful male acquaintances appear to be connected to a recent high profile crime. (SUPPORTING)

[HAMPTON "THE HAMP" TROTTER] 20s. Famous model whose shirtless billboards are all over Manhattan. Known for his incredible abs and incredible success with women. While attempting to reconcile with his on-again, off-again wife, actress Amy Townsend, his insatiable desire for other women threatens to ruin more than the reconciliation. (4 scenes in teaser)

[AVIA] 30s. Beautiful wife of real estate developer Duke Deguerin. Knows more about Duke's business and extracurricular activities than she initially lets on. (4 scenes)

[MARTA] 30s. Female. Any ethnicity. One of the few women in Hampton "The Hamp" Trotter’s circle who is immune to his charms. Manager of the Hamp's on-again, off-again wife, model/actress Amy Townsend. Helps Amy deal with the ups and downs of her career and relationship with the Hamp. (4 scenes)

[JAMIE WITZLER] Late 40s. Looks as dapper one can in a prison jump suit. High end pimp questioned by GOREN and EAMES about one of his top earners' potential involvement in a recent high profile crime. (1 scene)

[TOMMY MORGAN] 30s – 40s. Handsome, a little worn. Hard-working actor and good friend of model Hampton "The Hamp" Trotter. Questioned by GOREN and EAMES about the details of a headline-making incident at a very exclusive Manhattan club between The Hamp and another famous New Yorker. (1 scene)

[TERU] 30s. Male. Any ethnicity. Fit Pilates instructor. Questioned by GOREN and EAMES after one of his clients appears to be the victim of a violent crime. (2 scenes)

How many G/E episodes are there left? Just two?

Just thought I'd bring this back up to the top since it's getting closer. So it will turn out to be episode 8.15 with all the shuffling. Here's what TVGuide.com has to say about it:

"Episode Synopsis: A popular male model (Ryan Locke) is found dead after spending the night with a mysterious woman. Original Air Date: Aug 2, 2009"

Yes, it will be interesting to compare everyone's state of mind and how they interact in this episode with those we know were filmed later. I'm very excited, but sad it will be the last G/E's of the season.

I wonder whether this confrontation with his past might have caused Goren to change (Though I suspect the real turning point may have been Identity Crisis)

I can deal with the curls (acutally LOVE the curls) and I'm glad it's scruff only.
Also, he didn't seem "too" depressed in this. But not matter what USA has done to the episodes, since we have no timecards, I'm taking the liberty to "re-order" the eps in my head according to what makes sense!

WHen I saw the preview I thought this was an episode filmed much earlier and shown out of sequence (again) due to Goren's appearance. I am getting all season 8 epi's on my DVR so I can rewatch them in their intended order.

You WILL be SHOCKED when I tell you what I've just read. The season finale episode "Revolution" is a Nichols/Eames case about a bank executive (kidnapped or murdered???) But anyway it said that Goren (D'Onofrio), is supposed to come in and help in the second half of the episode. And when Eames and Nichols arrest the perp and they to Ross' office and he tells them that Goren has been run over by a drunk taxi-cab driver and the three are shocked and Eames especially! (That's what I read, I was searching to see if there would be a season 9 of CI and I read this) OMG!! It didnt' say he died, it just said he got ran over! OMG, poor Bobby! Say it ain't so!!!! But it is the SEASON FINALE!

I'm curious to know where this comes from too. If it's true, it really sucks. A cheap left turn the writers could take would be to torture Bobby again. Unless this is VDO looking for an exit. I was worried they'd kill off his character. Still sucks regardless...

Until I hear something official, I'm not going to believe it. Just remember all the speculation last season that Logan was going to die in his final episode because it was called "Last Rites"? We even had a thread dedicated to discussing it. And of course it wasn't true. So for now I'm just chalking this up to unsubstantiated rumors.

I should adopt your attitude ciaddict. I certainly don't want to believe it, that's for sure. Again, it would be a cheap and lousy way to handle one of the best characters on TV whether he lived or died.

I agree, ciaddict. Since we already have confirmation of Season 9 - and VDO himself has admitted that he was 'in for the long run', I don't believe the writers would do anything to harm Goren. I'll wait until we have official word because I remember being very upset last season when the "Last Rites" rumors started. The thought of the writers killing off Logan had me in tears, and it turned out to be false.

I would hope that Goren ends the season safe and sound and we only have 2 weeks to wait to find out, so I'll just think good thoughts and remember that VDO and Goldblum acknowledged that they'd be working together in Season 9.




You're so right, Goren would deserve much more respect afforded him (as would VDO). I would hope this situation isn't true and that season 9 ends without any sort of cliffhanger to leave us worrying until season 9 begins. I'm going to refuse to believe anything bad until I see it with my own two eyes.

OMG...where did you read this? I'm with everyone else and am not going to believe it until I have confirmation. I have just loved the way Goren has pulled himself together this season after everything he's been through and if they make him get hit by a truck I am going to be one hot tamale!!!!!

Nope, tonight is Alpha Dog, which is G/E. Next week is Revolution, which is Nichols and Eames again.

It was a great episode. Im glad the B/A writers are kicking it into high gear. This was one of those epi. that kept me on the edge of my seat and guessing.

But did yall see the preview for the season finale? I know the privews lie sometimes and show just parts of the epi. But it looks like Nichols gets shot! (Well good thing its not Bobby )

I always think it's sad when they bring up something they did to an animal as a child (like tonight, he said he killed a kitten!) This episode did keep me on my toes... As I was following the story, I wasn't sure if it was the one who used to work with Eames (Stash) or the one that actually did it... Anyway, all in all a good episode, but not my favorite... (Because I'm so sad about the kitten!)

Hmmm....54 people here, but not too many comments. That can't be good. Maybe others didn't like it as much as I did?
