I am so exciting for the eigth season that I want to do this and I want to give out new ideas for future CI episodes...I might be surprise if the actual writers really use some of these ideas.
The Foreman (G/E)
Goren and Eames suspect a wealthy business magnate in the death of a infamous drug dealer, but their investagtion sends them in uncharted waters when the drug dealer is actually a former cop; and his past life comes back to hurt their case.
Bullet Train (N/W)
When a subway is halted because of several deaths, Detectives Nichols and Wheeler prompts to find the answer if this was a single act of a madman or a rise of a terrorist group; however, their investigation leads them to a underground society of streetwise kids.
OCD (G/E)
When a son of a well-known society family is found dead near West Village, Manahattan, Goren and Eames suspect foul play, but the medical results show he committed accidential suicide and the reason why is because he was born with obessesive-complusive disorder, well as evidence around the crime scene shows a different scenario. Incesed to find the truth, the victim's family taunts the police until they find the real reason why their son died, but Goren and Eames are doubtful when the victim's life was already complicated. Meanwhile, the case takes a toll on Eames and she wonders if her sister's children have such disorder, while Goren researches his family history if they have that same disorder as well.
Propaganda (N/W)
Nichols and Wheeler are sent to probe the mysterious death of a reporter, and their investigation links to the reporter's latest project-- a diary collected of tons of political scandals and one of those scandals includes a popular ADA and a gang of underaged prositutes. When the detecitves suspect of him of killing the reporter, the ADA himself is killed as well prompting the detectives to start from scratch.

I can't be as detailed as that, but I've always wanted them to be examining a body at the
scene, and Goren realizes that the person is still alive. She lets a tear slip out from behind closed
lids as she's hearing Goren and Eames talking about her. Bobby sees it and starts yelling for medics or something. Afterwards in the hospital she tells them that she heard everything they had said and maybe
one of them was having an off day and said a few things they shouldn't have. It can have something to do with Vodoo, there is a chemical that can be made up to actually create zombies. I saw something about it once on the history channel, this guy was pronounced dead, buried, he was dug up later that night and
held captive for a few years and used as a slave.
I hope that makes sense. I've just always thought that would be a really cool episode.

Here are more ideas I came up with:
Jasper's Caper (G/E)
Goren and Eames are perplexed when a wealthy socialite wines up dead in the streets of the projects; their case leads them to more confusing answers when they investiagte his wall street firm, his lovely wife, and his only son, but their biggest clue is when they discover he has been secretly helping a undercover scout, hiding as a homeless guy, who holds some important clues to the vicitim's last days. However, when the detectives realize this the man wines up missing.
Matrix Zero (N/W)
A whirlwind of sudden mysterious illness spreads around the city leading at least seven people infected and three dead. Major Case is sent to find the source of the mysterious illness, and when another set of people gets affected by the same thing the city reaches to a serious outbreak. Nichols notices the severity and seeks his old mentor to help him find the source before anyone else gets sick from it and die.
Small Wonders (G/E)
When a defendant, who is supposed to be on a high profile trial for killing a baby, ends up shot to death, medical reports declare it wasn't a suicide and actually finds out that he was murdered. Goren and Eames probe the ten-year-old case in order to smoke out people who was going to be the witnesses, and even the mother of the dead child. However, when they case lands in a standstill with no way of going forward, Captain Ross seeks help from the ADA who orginally put the baby killer in trial, ADA Tracey Kibre. Working alongside Goren and Eames, Kibre will uncover some skeletons in her closet when the case literally hits close to home.

I would like to see more about Alex and her family. No matter how wonderful they try to portray the Eames family. Come on....her father was a cop. I'll bet he spent many, many hours out of the house. Not that he did anything wrong, but it could be interesting. Bobby and Alex could discover an old case that links to her Dad, they messed with her husband how about her father. I think I've just gotten an idea for a FF. Hmmm, rubs chin. Oh yes interesting indeed.

I'm new here. Hi!
Firefall, you're good! I'm certainly not as good at summerizing as you are, but I tried.

I don't have a name for it, but here's the idea.
Goren and Eames are investagating the murder of a popular callgirl. While investagating it, Goren sees a woman get kidnapped. (He's knocked over the head and not able to stop it) The kidnapper calls Goren and we realize it's an old prep who got away (which has been on Goren's mind for years). The kidnapper is insanely intelligent (That's how he got away years ago) and this whole kidnapping is to test how smart Goren is. It's a game. (We later realize that the man murdered the callgirl as a ploy to get Goren to witness the kidnapping.) Goren has 72 hours to find her or she's dead. After 24 hours she'll start getting tortured. Goren is forced to listen to this, as the man demands that the girl and Goren stay in contact on the phone (via whatever works that won't get him caught) or he'll kill her. He does this to torture Goren for his own sick pleasure.
We see a odd friendship develop between Goren and the woman as he spends hours talking to her. Goren is pushed to his limit intellectually as he rushes to find out who the man is while Eames becomes increasingly worried about how the man is taunting Goren and how close Goren is getting with the vic.
Eh, putting it down makes it seems less cool then it is in my head.

I'd like to see Goren dealing with his weight.
One of VDO's interviews (some years back)
involved him commenting on how people
treated him differently on the street when he
was fat. I'd like to see a "fatism" epi. But
something more sophisticated that that stupid
CSI epi about a mentally ill man eating himself
to death and dying in a dumpster. It is a real
medical condition, and they used it as a freak show.
I know VDO and LOCI team would treat it
with depth.

Since he has a violent past with his past dates, the detectives can't wait to arrest him. However, Tommy tries to get out of harm's way when he tries to get a strong alibi. Seeing evidence clearing him for the three murders and Tommy is let go, detectives fear he will hurt and possibly kill another female, so they set up a sting and Wheeler goes undercover as a speed dater.
Now that would be funny: Wheeler going undercover as a speed dater! NCIS had an episode where Ziva went undercover as a speed dater, too! That led to some comedic relief (We need that once in a while in LOCI land

)
when she was trying to get the fingerprints of everyone and had to come up with a story to let the guys touch the fingerprint reader...

I love it lady_mephisto86, and yeah if you feel like you want to do a fanfic because of it, go right ahead. There's alot of ideas here that I'm turning into fanfics. And ironically, here are more ideas:
Veritas (N/W)

However, their investigation soon leads them to a controversial activist speaker, Calvin Gibbs (Chevy Chase), when surprising twists and turns of the case leads them to him. As things can't get any weirder, the detectives suspects Gibbs and a modern-day femme fatale to more strings of unsolved murders.
Code of Conduct (N/W)
Nichols and Wheeler are left in a standstill when they don't have any suspects in the murder of a future-proving Coast Guard cadet. When his past gets clearer and clearer to the detectives, the case takes a surprising turn when they discover a group of cadets are deciding to change the rules at the Coast Guard Academy; however, another murder points them to the victim's superior.

(N/W)
What if they made a LOCI contest and a fan could be on the show. Lets say the fan's name is Lidia Quintanilla (El Salvador last name) Wheeler had to go to another city for another case. Nichols gets a call about someone shot and stabbed a homeless man and so Nichols descides to call Det. Quintanilla (who lived on the streets most of her life had has experience with homeless people and is a very good Det.) So they investigate the scene and they easily figure out its a hate crime. They do rescearch on the guy and it turns out he was a CEO of a huge corperation and someone hacked his systems and stole all of his money so he ended up poor. He had a secret though he was having an affair with his rivial companys wife. So the guy from the other company killing the homeless guy.
Thats my fanfic if you get confused sorry but like I said I'm not a good writer I wanted to see is I could make one though so......

I'd love to see a Nichols/Wheeler episode which explores her father's past. I mean, a former mob lawyer and we know next to nothing about him? Come on!
Maybe I can offer a little challenger for this topic: any ideas for an episode where all four detectives appear? I loved In the Wee Small Hours (Parts 1 and 2) and would love to see something like it!
