After seeing the post about a German fansite, I decided to see what else was available in German. Unfortunately, there aren't many websites at this time. Hopefully, after Season Two starts over there, the fanbase will grow. Anyway, one of the websites I visited had an Episode Guide to Season One. Some of the German titles were basically the same as the English; others, not so much.

Here are some of the titles translated from German (English episode title is listed first):

I didn't see anything on Season Two except the title for AMERICAN DUOS. It's a very long title that does not include 'American.'
I couldn't translate all of it, but it starts out, "WHO IS LOOKING FOR THE HOME STAR ..."

Yes, in germany we have some crazy episode titles.

Crazy can be good. Some of the titles that are funny in English are simply strange in German, therefore episodes tend to get new titles when they leave the U.S.

BTW, meine Großmutter war ein 'Gilsbach,' aber meistens ich erlernte nur die schwörenwörter auf Deutsch.

(yeah that's a horrible translation... just take it for the pun that it's supposed to be...)

Both verbs only get the required meaning through the word "um". If you want to translate this grammatical construction, "A mummy walks (and kills) off" might fit in. "Der Plumpsack geht um" is a tag game played by children.

On the whole I don't think the german titles are too bad.

EDIT: Some of the titles certainly sound nonsensical if you don't understand what they are a pun on - and I don't think I know that in every case myself. For example, Beth mentioned "Animals, people, last stops" - "Tiere, Menschen, Endstationen" in German. I have no idea, why they swapped "Menschen" and "Tiere" here, but "Menschen, Tiere, Sensationen" ("sensations" as you might have guessed ) is the title of a very old movie about a lion trainer as well as a circus show that made use of that title. And lions as you might remember had a role in this episode as well.

EDIT 2: It should also be noted that "Endstation" often refers to a (usually negative) place, feeling or sth. else where something ends. In this case it might describe the state of Mr. Connors formerly brilliant mind, the death of the victims or both.

I can't wait for the last 4 episodes to air (though I really don't think there was any need to disrupt the broadcasting for 3 weeks -.-)

The break is two weeks long and the "reason" is Ich bin ein Star - Holt mich hier raus! (I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!) . I'm disappointed too, but the seventh season of "Monk" won't start until March 11th 10th anyway. I'm curios to learn what RTL will show in the two weeks after the season finale of "Psych".

EDIT 19.01.: RTL today announced that Monk (as well as House and CSI:Miami) will return with new episodes on March 3rd instead of March10th as previously scheduled. They will repeat Episode 5.01 the week before (February 24th).

Yeah I started counting from last week when Schatten der Rentnerschaft aired. It'd be really cool if they showed some reruns but thats most unlikely.
Btw I think Monk starts March 10th...
