Hey fellow psych lovers! I just wanted to start a forum where people can talk about their own psych moments that they have had in real life like when you call your friend a random nickname or when you ramble in the middle of a serious conversation or when you bring pineapples to as gifts to random things or blink.gif when you have convinced someone that you are psychic.

Well I'll be the first post (biggrin.gif)
I brought a pienapple to a party on several occasions. My cousin's birthday, my friend's graduation, and just getting together with some friends.

I've only done that once. I took a pineapple to my friend's birthday as his gift and later when he asked me what his real gift was I told him that the pineapple was his real gift. I had a bow and everything. Later when all of his other friends left we sliced it up and watched most of the second season on dvd along with some pineapple soda with a green straw to get into the mood.

Earlier today a guy asked me if one of my friend's name was matt and I answered; It's jiggalobe, the fifth actualy.

Ooh! I just remembered something. There was one day where my dad was telling us to behave with one of his friends and he mentioned something about grandma getting ran over by a reindeer( huh.gif ) and me and my friend had like a five minute conversation about wether grandma could walk or not right in the middle of the talk.

That sounds like so much fun!!!! I wish I had a friend who would do that with me!!!

I brought a pineapple as a gift to one of my friends' sister's bridal shower. ( it was hawaiian theme so it worked out)

My friends and I actually always do the point thing whenever we say a direct quote or just a pun (e.g. You look like a moose). Also, we call each other the Psych calls when it applies, such as Don't be a rabid porcupine or Don't be a giant snapping turtle. I also use those call outs to numerous people and it's always great. I'm in highschool so I have a lot of opportunities to carry out this stuff. My best psych moment was last week though. I was in the library on a sports site, and we are not allowed to do so. So the librarian came over and had a word with me and finally asked my what my name was. I looked her right in the eyes and responded: Talmidge McGooliger (The Old and the Restless). She questioned it and I just told her it was a family name. After I told her she just walked away and said don't do it agian or something, but it worked perfectly!! It was a great moment. Great thread by the way, I'd like to see how other people use things like this, and that its not just me.

that's so great! I don't have like ANY friends who like psych. I'm going to buy as much Psych merchandise as possible and wear them to school and see if anyone responds

Me neither! I'm probably the only person in my school who likes psych. My best friend likes it but he goes to a whole new school.

today I introduced my friend as mcthicklesfiggle and nobody questioned it.(no one knows his name tongue.gif )

So how many students go to this school of yours? If it a high number like the number of kids who go to my daughter's elementary school, there is no way the librarian is going to remember every student by name. Heck, last year a teacher called my house while I was at work about my son and my son answered the phone and she didn't realized it was him! Of course, anytime my daughter sees a pineapple, she mentions the show!

Actually.. you can!

First go to google, under 'images', and type in jackal. Then find one thats not too big (nor too small), and click on the "see full size image"...
Then you copy the web address at the top...
The you come into here and click on the 'insert image' button (two to the right of the smiley faces), paste the web address there and:

JACKAL!

(Sorry for the OT...)
