If you look at the top--it appears to be from an ep of "Fear Itself" that both James and Maggie starred in (its on their imdb filmographies)

Wow, I'm surprised there were Psych fans that didn't know about that! They aired that episode of Fear, Itself like a week before this season of Psych started. James was pretty creepy in that episode - all serial-killer like. There was a major twist at the end of the epi, though, but I won't ruin it. It was great to see "Jules" and "Shawn" getting married, even if James and Maggie were playing completely different characters.

...I knew where that was from. Dude, that episode of Fear Itself was awesome! James and Maggie were great in that. Very different from Psych, I liked it a lot.

What is Fear Itself?

It was (is?) a TV show on NBC... I didn't bother watching and wouldn't be surprised if it was already cancelled (then again, NBC always needs something to fill time, regardless of quality--though I think they should just always show Psych reruns when all else fails, because that *is* quality)
