Since watching Psych, have you made anything with pineapple in it? If so, what? Also, did you like pineapple before watching Psych?

I haven't yet, but I found this site of pineapple receipes. Let me know if you tried to make any of these and if they came out well or tasted good.

ive always loved pineapples and kiwis and any sort of tropical fruit

and ive been ordering my favorite pineapple & meatball pizza and calzones for years haha, the pizza guys are always like what the??

as far as recipes go, simple pineapple and mango salsa's go very well with fish like salmon,

but i really like...
-frying some tilapia in a little butter and oil (dredge each side in flour and cook on relatively high heat for just a few mins on each side in a frying pan that isnt nonstick, sides should be a delicious golden brown)
cube up some pineapple and mango and chop up some cilantro...throw that in a bowl and let it sit for a little to meld flavors
and serve over some couscous...any flavor from a box will do or make your own flavor...i like the Parmesan cheese kind

thats a very simple and fast delicious meal

...the first time i made it, i just made it for myself and made 2 nice sized fillets...i thought i'd have one left over, but it was the most savory fish ive ever tasted and couldn't help eating it all in one sitting!

oh and next time your making burgers throw some pieces of pineapple on the grill too and eat that on your burger....mmmmmm
