Elliot walks into the precint and notices that his partner on almost ten years wasn't at her desk. Elliot walks up to Caption Cragen and asks "Cragen, Where's Olivia?" Cragen saids, "She's gone" " What do u mean she's gone?" "She's a detective in the Special Victim Unit in Califoria now, but she asks me to give u this." Elliot opens a letter from Olivia that says:

Elliot,

You probably know by now that I moved to Califoria. This was my idea, so don't blame Cragen or anyone else. I just couldn't be your parter anymore. When you found out that Eli wasn't your son, I thought you would leave Kathy, but you didn't. I reliaze that I have been in love with you for almost ten years. I feel in love with you, the first time I saw you. Kathy cheated and you're still with her. I think I know why I have been alone at my life. I been alone all my life beacause you're the one I love, and there is only one Elliot Stabler, and Kathy the kids have you. Please don't write or call. If I can't be your lover, then I can't have anything to do with you because it just hurts too much. Bye, forever.

Elliot felt like his heart jumped out of him and was laying on the floor and it was stupped on by Olivia. "I can't believe that my best friend of almost ten years was in love with me for so long and she didn't tell me." Cragan, do we have a huge case load right now?" asks Elliot. "No why Elliot? Cragen asked. "I need to go talk to Kathy, and then I want to go to Cali to get Olivia back' My Olivia, my woman." hefthrought to himself. Elliot's talk with Kathy and the kids


Kathy just came back from taking Dickie and Eli to the park. Elliot sitting the couch with two suitcases on the floor by his feet. "Hey, where are you going? On another business trip?" Kathy knew that her hussband of almost 21 years had to travel sometimes when he was on a case. "I'm going to Califoria and I don't know when I'm coming back". "Oh Ok we will just see you when back." Kathy, when I get back I hope our divorce is final." "What divorce?" The one I just filled for today". Olivia went to Califoria and she wrote me a letter, and she told me she loves me, and I know in my heart she would never cheat on me like you did" "Eli, is not my son and I've should have never forgivin you. Olivia's new life, and her new partner

"How do you LA so far?" Olivia's new partner Ben Ryan asked. Ben is tall, blue eyes and in his 20s. "It's been fine so far" said Olivia wondering what Elliot was doing right now. She missed him, but she knew she had to move to LA. "I miss Manahan, and my friends" What about the man in the picture?" "He was my partner back in NY" Olivia had a picture of her and Elliot taken at the Detective Ball last summer. Kathy and her last recent boyfriend Dean was busy that night doing stuff. Dean was on a case he couldn't get out of and Elliot's son, Dickie was sick, so she was home taking care on Dickie and their other three children, and Eli who was convined when Kathy cheated. "Was he your partrner to solve crimes with or your parter on the street and in your life?" My partner on the streets, and one of my best friends."Well, Caption Jerry told me that you had feelings for your partner and you couldn't work with him anymore. "Well, I did, but I asked my Captin back home to transfer me, and you're right I just ouldn't work with Elliot anymore. I was tired of him talking about his cheating wife and his five beauiful children, even though he really only had 4 kids, the father of Kathy's youngest Eli was concived when she cheated. "Det. Bensen, you have a delivery of flowers. "Wow, their beauiful". "What does the card say? Ben asked. Olivia opened the card and read, "I'm here in LA, and i'm not going back to NY without you. Meet me at LAX tonight at 7. I love you, Liv. Love, Elliot.

Elliot and Oliva's dinner


Olivia rushed home with the flowers buckled in tight in the front seat. "Am I really going to go meet Elliot and have a talk with him. I throught he would be mad at me for leaving NY, or is he going to be mad at me for not telling him I was leaving?" Olivia took thd little note rthat came with the flowers. "I am not going back to NY without you. Meet me at LAX tonight at seven. I love you, Liv. Love Elliot. She didn't remember reading that the first time she read it. "He loves me?" Did he mean he lovea me as a friend or more than a friend. When she go home, she ran the house, and put on her new short, red dress. After doing her makeup and hair, she went out and drove really fast to LAX becausew she was already ten minutes late. When she arrived, she asked the hostess, "Do you know if an Elliot Stabler was here. The hostess said, "Yes, Ms. Bensen, Mr. Stabler is waiting for you in our romantic diningroom. I guess Elliot left my name at the door, she throught. Olivia followed the hostess in to the dinning room, which had candles of all colors lighting up the room, and dozens of dozen roses all over the wall. Elliot walked up to her in a black tux that made his blue eyes shine with the candlelight. "Hey your late as always, he said with his chuckle. You look beauiful beauiful tonight." "Thanks, she said trying not to blush." Then they sat down and ordered dinner. Oliva order spaghetti, her favorite Itilian dish and Elliot ordered Prime Rib, with mashed potatoes and gravy. "El, the roses were beauiful and this is so sweet of you, but I have been dying to ask you what you meant when you meant by I Love you. Did u mean I love you, like a friend or the romantic I love you?" Elliot blush and smiled "Liv, I meant the romantic I love you. I want you to come back to NY with me and I want you to be my girlfriend, and when my divorce with Kathy is final, I would love you to be my wife." The next thing she knew Elliot pulled out a 14k diamond ring and asked, "Olivia Marie Bensen, will you marry me?" Olivia still shocked about the divorce and the 14k diamond ring, and started to cry, she said "Yes, Elliot I will marry you" The shared a long passionate kiss. Then they went back to Olivia's new appartment, and made love until they both feel asleep.


Olivia talks to Ben and her next boss,Elliot call Cragen.


When Olivia went to work the next mourning, she kept staring at her diamond ring, Ben walks up to her and asks, "Olivia, who gave you the ring." "The guy Elliot I was talking to you about, perposed to me I had to work today on the murder case we worked on yesterday?" Not when you have out of town guests, didn't cragen have that rule with you in NY. "No, we don't. Thanks for the info, but Caption, I would like to go back and be his wife, someday. "Go home and start packing and I will do the paperwork to transfer you back to NY.sure Donald Cragen will love to have you back.
Back in NY Captian Cregan just got back from a tough murder\rape case when his phone rang. "Cregan". "Cregan, hey it's Elliot. Listen I will be coming back to NY in a couple of days, and Olivia is coming back with me. I want her to work with us again, Elliot said, but the one problem is that we are engaged, and I know you have rules about partners being romanticly involved with each other, but I really love her, and I really want her continue to be a part of our unit." "Well, Elliot, I have one think to say" What is that?" "It's about time you got with her. I will talk to my boss and see what we can do". Thanks, Cragen, see you in a few days".


Olivia Calls Casey and Alex

Olivia left after Caption Burns told her to start packing, She knew she had to call her two best friend back home, Alex Cabot, who just got out of the Witness Potection Program when the guy who almost killed her was found dead in his jail cell, and Casey Novack, the Assintant Distric Attorney whom just left the squad because her dad was really ill. Olivia deicides to have a three way conversation with both of her best friends.

Olivia, "Alex, Casey, it's Liv how are you.
Alex: Hey liv how are you"
Casey: Yeah what she asked "How are you?" What's going on with you?"
Liv: I'm doing great, Elliot and I just got engaged:
Alex and Casey at the same time: "It's about time you two hooked up
and you're engaged, wow"
Liv: Well, we will be back in a few days. We should get together when iIcome back. I want to show you guys my dismond engagement ring.
After Olivia got off the phone, Elliot walked in and said, "Cragan said you can come back, and oh it's about time we got together". Olivia chuckles and start laughing, "I just got of the phone with Casey and Alex, and they said the same thing almost". A few days after a lot of packing, they went to the airport, walking hand and hand and Elliot kisses Olivia and said, "I am so glad everyone is happy about us being together". "Me too hun, me too, kissing him back as long as she could. When Olivia get back home, there was a messege on her machine, "Olivia, it's Kathy, we need to talk when nd if you get this messege. "You andx Elliot aren't get together, over my dead body. Well, I guess not everyone is happy for us", Olivia said.

At the appartment, Kathy and Olivia was still fighting. "Thank god, Dickie is at pre-school and little Elliot was at day care." All of a sudden, there was someone banging on the door. Kathy walked over to the door and opened it and there was Elliot looking more angry then usual. "Stay away from my woman. I'm with Olivia now, and she's not my girlfriend, she's my fiancee, as of today because over divcorce is now final. I'll see you in family court about the kids. Then they left the house before Kathy could say another word. They walked back to the car and drove back to work.

Girls Night out, and Olivia goes missing.
It's Olivia's first Friday night back in NY, and she meets up with Alex and Casey as she said she was going too. "Hey Alex, hay Casey what's up? Man, I missed you guys. I am so glad I'm back". We missed you too", said Casey. "Yeah what she said adds Alex. I haven't seen you since I was released from thwe Witness Program", "You guys want to see my ring?" asked Olivia. "Of course we do" Alex and Casey said at the same time. What are they twins because they do say a lot of things at once, Olivia throught. She flashes the 14k diamond ring right in front of Casey and Alex. "Wow, that's a rock" Casey saids, "It's about freaking time" add alexs. The rest of the night, Olivia, Alex and Casey talks about her upcoming wedding. Olivia's dress, Elliot's tux, the color of the bridemaids dress. Olivia's favorite color is purple and of course, Alex is the maid of honor, and Casey was a bridemaid,along with the new ADA Crystal who was at work working on a new case and couldn't get out of it. Olivia would be there too, but she goes back to work on Monday, after coming back from LA. About 10pm she saids bye to Casey and Alex. She drives home, jumps out of the car. It was dark she couldn't see a thing, so she didn't see someone walk behind her, and hits her with a baseball bat, and drags her to the car. Elliot was going to Olivia's beacause he missed her so much. On the door a note to him says:

Elliot,
We have Olivia. If you ever want to see Olivia again, you need to bring 100,000 to the big, old parking lot at Sunday at 4 or your beloved Olivia will die.
Elliot being totally ticked off, drives back to the office to get help for Captian, Fin and John.

A great night for a missing detective.

Cragen was about to lock the door when Elliots runs up alomost knocking down Cragen. "Cragen!!!" "Elliot what's wrong", Cragen asked. "Olivia's been kidnapped. I went to her appartment and I found this," Elliot shows Cragen the letter. Olivia, that was like a daugher to him said "I'm staying here and calling John and Fin. We will find her, I promise.
Cragen calls John and Fin and they drove as fast as the could when they found out that Olivia was kidnapped. "What happened, dude"? asked Fin. "I really don't know what happened, I just saw the note on the door", saids Elliot as he keeps staring at the letter of the kidnapper, and looks at the picture of him and Olivia from last summer. Then something just clicked in his head. the old big parking lot was where him and Kathy had their first, NY kiss. "Cragen, I think I know who had this done to her, Kathy.
Elliot goes to the parking lot on Sunday at 345pm because he didn't want to miss the person or persons who had Olivia. All of a sudden, a black SUV pulls up to the parking lot. Then he saw Olivia so scared he wanted to cry. Kathy steps out of the driver's side door. "You have the money" asked Kathy. "Yes, right here, but why do u want it. Suddenly, two huge guys walked up behind her and then he noticesthe one behind Olivia. "Well, I need to pay these guys.
The next thing you knew Cragen grabbed Kathy and John and fin had the guys at gunpoint. Fin finally said "Let go of Olivia, and no one one will gets hurt. Finally the man holding Olivia let her go and she ran into Elliot's arms. Fin handcuffed the one that held Olivia and John handcffed the other two, and Cragen put Kathy in handcuffs. Before Cragen drove away, Elliot asked "Kathy, why did she do this to Liv" I wanted her dead, so, you would come back to me". "Take her away, and Fin go pick up my kids, including Eli" Two months later, Kathy was sentenced to 5 years in prison, and the three guys got 4 years for kidding a detective. Elliot's mom got custudy of all 5 kids, and Elliot and Eli's real dad got visitation rights

A wedding to plan and a baby on the way

"Oh man, I got the prefect dress for the wedding, but for some reason, I have been gaining some weight the past few months" said Olivia talking to Casey. "Have you gotten "your friend" lately. "No why?" "Maybe your pregnet." "I can't be can I?" After Olivia called her doctor, she went to go see her doctor, and he did tests to see if she was with child
Three days later, again talking to Casey and this time Alex, Olivia was talking about the wedding "Oh, man, dickie and Elli, are going to look so cute in their tuxes and Elliot will be so sexy is his tuxs", when the phone rang "Bensen! Are you sure? Thank you very much". "What was that about?" asks Alex. "I know why I can't fit into my wedding dress. I'm almost 4 months pregnat". "Oh my god, your pregnat." Alex said in complete shock. "I knew it, I just knew it" Casey said with excitement. "The court said I'm a non-fit mother and Elliot told me after Eli, he was done with raising babies." What am I going to do?" "You are going to be a great mom, and Elliot will be thilled that it's you having his child." A few days later, Olivia went to the court and the judge said she had everything it takes to be a good mom. "Thank god the courts decides I'm am a good mom for my child, probably because Elliot is a great dad, and he has 4 kids of his own, but how am I going to tell Elliot he is a dad again", said Olivia to Casey.

A old flame comes back into Elliot's life
It was a Friday night, and after a very long case, Elliot wanted to go out with Olivia, but she didn't feel good, so, he called John and Fin to see if they wanted to go to the bar to have a few beers and they agreed. Right when Elliot was about to rack the pool balls for another game, he tuned around and saw this brown hair blue eye woman, and she said "Elliot, oh my god how are you?" "Becky, wow you look amazing! I'm good, how are you? I want you to meet John and Fin, two of a partners in crime solving." "I am very glad to meet the both of you. I've been okay. I missed you El, and I know I am still in love with you." "Fin, John, I need to talk Becky alone do you mind". "No problem" said both of them. After they got their coats and left, Elliot said, "I was hoping you would come back, and I missed you too, so much," but I am now engaged to my partner of ten years, Olivia Bensen. It's a bad city late at night, so let me take you where you are staying". On the way, he couldn't help to notice Becky staring at him with love and passion in her eyes. He couldn't help to think that he might still be in love in love with her. As they were about to say goodnight, Becky pulled Elliot againast her and starting kissing him, then he pulled back. When he was about to get in his car, he ran back to her appartment and knock on the door. Becky opened the door and then they were in each others arms and kissing the rest of the night. When Elliot woke up the next mourning he throught Oh my god, I stayed with Becky all night and I am still in love with her. What am I going to do. Who am I going to be with?

Since Elliot didn't have to work that Saturday, he sneaked into Olivia's appartment hoping she was still sleeping, but no luck. Olivia was sitting at the table tapping her hand against the table. "Where were you last night?" she asked. "I ran into a old friend and we "talked so late that I just crashed at her house" "Oh ok, I was just wondering. Elliot, I have something to tell you." What's the matter, babe" he asked while thinking I did tell the truth, kinda. Becky is an old friend, kinda. Ok, ok, more then an old friend. "Elliot, I'm pregnat and your going to be a dad, again. Elliot said "Oh my god, Liv, I am so happy for us". "I am glad you're happy because I throught you said you didn't want anymore kids." I did, Liv, but a least I know I'm the father, not when Kathy got pregnat with Eli". Just then Elliot's m phone rang, but he didn't answer it because he knew it was Becky calling. "I'm going to get into the shower and then running down to my mom's to tell her and the kids that you're pregnat and spend the day with them and Eli. His dad is comming over today and we're bringing them to the park. I love you, Liv" "I love you too, El.' After Elliot got into the shower his cell phone rang again. She picked it up beacause she knew he wouldn't mind. "Hello" Olivia said not knowing who it was." "I'm sorry, I must gotten the wrong number, my boyfriend, Elliot has bad handwriting. "Elliot Stabler?" "Yeah, why". "Well, you got the right number, but honey, he's not your boyfriend. I'm his fiancee Olivia" "Well the way he was with me last night, I think you and him are over". "Well, we're not, and don't call him again" then Olivia slammed the cell phone shut. When Elliot got back downstairs about to leave, Olivia in tears asked, "You weren't with a friend last night. Who's Becky?" "Thed truth is Becky is an old girlfriend I did stay with last night, and I did make out with her, and slept next to her all night." Elliot wanted to tell Olivia what really happened because Olivia is pregnatr. "Do you still love her?" Olivia tryed to asked him when he walked out the door.

When Elliot left Olivia's apartment, he left his cell phone next to her. He went back to get it and Oliva said, "You can have your cell back when you tell me if you still love Becky." Yes, I still love her, but I do love you too." She gave him his phone back, and said, "Get out of here and don't come back."
Elliot just left Olivia's and he missed her already. What waa I thinking telling her that I still love my ex. Well, I do and I didn't want to lie to her. He throught as he tried to call Becky, but her cell was turned off. Maybe she hates me now too. I miss Liv, but I want to be with her and not Becky, but then again, I missed Becky and I do want to be with her, and not Liv. I wish I could be with both, but I know I can't. What the heck am I going to do, he throught.


Becky goes to jail to talk to Kathy


Becky has gotten Elliot's messages but she couldn't call him back because she was on her way to see his ex-wife in the Manhatan County jail. She knew Kathy for a long time, and that is why she tried to break up Elliot and Olivia when Kathy had asked her to. "Hey Kathy, what up? she asked. "Nothing much because there is nothing to do here in prison. So, did you do what I asked you to do". "Yes, I did, but I have to tell you that I do have feelings for Elliot, and I am going to try to win him back, but not for you, for myself. The moment I laid me eyes on him last night, I knew I was still in love with him, so you can kill me if you want." "No way, Becky. I don't mind if you two hook up, because Elliot and I are definely over, but I don't want him with the women that broke up my marriage to him."
