In Gemeni, what are the names of the two books the lady points out to Goren and Eames?

Excellent question! Requires some research. I'll be back if someone else doesn't beat me to it.
Edited to Add:Research completed. The two books were "Survival Strategies" and "Endless Struggle".

Glad you did, I wasn't in the mood, but did watch legacy again. I find the new Bobby so much sexier these days. So not into the old episodes anymore.

Manner Row?
Sorry for the delay in responding. I have had difficulty logging in. I'm still not at home and I''m still pirating a very weak wireless signal to log in. I think the weather affects the strength of the signal. For some reason it is very good tonight.
Manner Row sounds correct. I actually thought she said Manna Road but you may be right. It could also be Manor Row (or Road). Either one fits the bill. Your go.

In Semi Detached, where was the Drug rehab located that Nelda worked at?
For bonus points why does this point make this episode highly unlikely?

I think the drug rehab was in Ithaca. This would make it highly unlikely because Ithaca is between Binghamton and Syracuse and way to far for Nelda to commute from NYC. (I'm a NY native
