My husband was a big fan of the show. He said that Chuck Norris was finally overwhelmed by the physical demands of the dual roles of actor and producer. I don't think there are any current plans to make more episodes. However, you could try sending a paragraph treatment to him, as an incentive to do a few TV movies. My husband would love them. I would go through his agent. Try tracking the agent down through SAG.
