It's been doing this since the system change--I just found several old PMs in my inbox that didn't pop up for me and didn't show up at the top right as a new message. I just replied to a lot of old PMs that I never saw. I prefer emails. lol

Also, Bflogal--thanks for the livejournal link to Kathy's site--I just got that PM, and I'm in there reading now. smile.gif I belonged to an online critique group years ago. I prefer the local, face-to-face one I belong to now, but I got some really good critiques with the online group. If ever you and Kathy would like to form a group, let me know. We met once a week through an instant messenger window--like the meebo chatroom--and we critiqued each other's work by email. Maybe Mandeville would join too. Groups like these can help new writers maintain direction in their stories, and with me, it helped with pacing and structure. We also did writing exercises to get each other through blocks, and we exchanged links and information we came across at other writing sites.

Oh, and lol, if you're interested, I'd rather get an email than a PM. smile.gif Damn inbox. lol. Let me know.
