I knew it- this is gonna turn into a 'Jeffrey drooling' thread!

I don't need to see more bikinis but I think she is perfect. Personally, I don't care for the question, because I think her weight is none of our business. I've been on other boards (which I don't frequent anymore) where they rip her apart and a close friend of hers replied and said she was incredibly healthy and eats normally. Isn't that what we want all our daughters to do?

Peeps in that line of work depend on how they look, or how the can look. I was just lookin' to see if anyone felt there was a way for her to be even more lovely than she already is.
Of course being healthy is of first importance- to all of us.

I was a little worried about her in season one (think I commented in a season two thread b/c in all my speed-watching, I forgot when I was!), when I could see her ribs all too easily. So far I think, yes she is very thin, but I haven't seen anything to worry about, so maybe she's gone for those few extra yogurts already

As far as appropriate or not....we're not talking about her "personals", we're (or at least I'm, and I haven't seen anyone do contrary) discussing our possible concern over her weight....it's not (necesarily) asthetics....it's a health thing too.....

I think she looks really good. She's very petite, but I think she looks a bit more muscular this season? She looks not so painfully thin to me this year. I never thought she looked anorexic - she looked very lean, as though she had very low body fat...I'd say she was painfully thin last year, whereas this year she looks just very thin to me.

Yeah, there were moments in season one where I wondered if she was going a little too hard for the super-slim model look- but she does have those cool abs..I read that she does hardcore pilates or somethin'.
But...there are studies that show being underweight extends your lifetime...

I wouldn't go that far myself, but I will say that seeing her successfully straight-punch someone larger than her at that weight stretched my suspension of disbelief. Small peeps need to do less Karate and more Tai Chi moves when they fight.

She's thin but she looks healthy. Lots of muscle tone and definition. She appears to be naturally thin. 


BTW, I'm in the don't really care 'cause looking at JD camp.

I did notice those abs! What a woman...how did she give birth to 3 children? Life's not fair......!

I do love her hair much better this season than last season. Small body and big hair - she must be from Texas (I know she's an English lady, but I have to give a shout out to all Texans on the board)!

I only say "painfully thin" because whenever I saw GA from behind and saw the vertebrae in her neck [in season 1] it made me a little uncomfortable. But I think she's beautiful and wonderfully stylish, both in season 1 and 2.

Very good point vestokes. Back when I was really heavy into yoga I too had that kind of body. Gee why did I ever give that up? Hmmmm. I think GA looks great and she kicks ass. Go girl!

Do I think GA would be beautiful with 5 more lbs... yes

This topic is offensive and insulting to Gabrielle Anwar and needs to end .. I got criticized for trashing Tricia and stopped and feel the same applies to Gabrielle.

GA is fine the way she is. Just like all the haters on Holly Hunter's site, somebody got to bring up size. She is just fine.

I really don't see any trashing going on here- we're all saying mostly great things about her- if I was reading this king of stuff about ME, I'd be ecstatic!

Regardless, I think she's fantastic on the show, from any conceivable point of view.

I think she looks just perfect but in all honesty I voted #3 because well it's the half truth. We really needed a #4 because Bruce turns me on just as much!

I admit that my maiden post on this site is to say that I too had to add to the Jeffrey drool. But I will give Ms Anwar her props. At first I thought she might have been just skinny for the sake of being skinny but she is packing some serious looking muscle when she moves. But if he is in the scene I don't see much of anything else.

Fi looked kinda old for me this seaon especially in Ep 3. I dunno, GA lookes much better looking off the show or in interviews. Something too do with the make up and the way she plays the character make GA less hot in this show.

If I am not mistaken, she has a daughter and a son. I am prety sure she was pregnant with her daughter during the filming of The Three Musketeers.

She actually has 3 kids...and she looks marvelous!!!! There is something a little different about her this season, I haven't quite put my finger on it yet! I don't know if it's her hair or if her face is a little fuller or maybe it's just the makeup and camera angles!! She doesn't need to change a thing!!

OMG she looks so beautiful this season...she obviously ate those extra yogurts.

I don't know if this would be it, but I had heard that she had some extensive dental surgery over the winter. Perhaps that has changed things in some way, maybe in the way she speaks or in the shape of her face?

Dude, I have HD on a 8 feet projection TV.

I thought that HD tended to make all actresses look older. Picks up every little wrinkle, every little crows feet (or would that be crows foot?). Anyway, GA is hot. I'd do her if I were a guy! She's not too skinny, she's lean and muscular. The too skinny women never put on muscle because muscle weighs too much!

Let me revise that statement...I'd pant over her, I'd chase her, and I'd want to date her. Probably never "do her". Sorry, sounded a little too much like a jerk there, didn't I?

Sorry, I did vote a 3 on that poll but I did give it up for her. I love her character above all else. I was pleasantly surprised in the direction they took her. I thought she would be a whinning albatros(?sp) but not at all. She is so cool. I think I will make my way to her appreciation thread.
