Did I miss something or did Monk's "favorite" water change? Dr. Bell offered him his "favorite" as Summit Creek. But isn't his water Serria Springs?

Well, Sierra Springs is a real brand of water, and in the second episode with Marci Maven, she talks about how his favorite water "used to be" Sierra Springs and is now "Summit Creek." I guess Sierra Springs was getting a lot of free publicity out of it.

Also, they've known about the perks of product placement for a while. (Mr. Monk and the TV Star). Also, there are other 'products' placed on Monk. Lysol, Wet Ones (formerly Lever2000), Buick Lucerne, etc....

Yeah, I don't remember that at all either! blink.gif I thought it was just a stupid mistake on the writer's part when Dr. Bell offered him the other brand, and I thought "How in the world could the writers miss something so obvious?" Apparently it wasn't obvious enough. huh.gif
