I know what the producers say, but that isn't going to stop me from enjoying all the adorable moments these two have shared over the past few seasons. I can not be the only Monk fan who thinks Monk and Natalie make an awesome team! SO I think we need a thread where we can hightlight the most adorable/hilarious moments they've had.
So here's a few on my list, in no particular order:
1. On the Run, part 2: The reunion scene when Monk pretends to be Mexican, and Natalie goes "Mr. Monk I know it's you!"
2. The college reunion episode, when Natalie comes back to be with Monk when she realizes his "friends" were just making fun of him, and he whispers "Thankyou."
3. The motorcycle ride, when Monk is holding on to her with his tissues and trying to touch every car.
4. Mr. Monks Biggest Fan ending with her chasing him with the doll "Clue hug!!!!"
5. The Mr. Monk gets drunk episode, when they discover how Monk's favorite wine is made, and Natalie agrees it's disgusting.
There's so many!!!

So many, indeed.
I just saw one this afternoon.
Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic
After rescuining her from the dump truck, the two-way street talk, Monk wipes the dirt from her face -- and she reacts so cutely.

Red Herring: When Natalie tells Julie she can only think of one other man who would have saved the fish -- Mitch.
Traffic Jam: The whole two-way street, and then Monk cleaning her face.
Election: The showing of the pictures of Mitch, Natalie, and Julie against the backdrop of Monk, Natalie and Julie.
Another favorite from Election was Monk and Natalie sitting on the edge of her tub. The concern on Monk's face was touching.
Secret Santa: The kiss on the cheek.
Makes a Friend: The "hugging the little boy" hug.
Daredevil: Two things -- when Monk is sleeping, and Natalie tells what she thinks he is dreaming about. She really knows him. I also like it when she tells off Herold. It sounds odd to be a favorite moment, but like people who have spent a lot of time together, they take on each other's characteristics.
Bank: Not the bracelet, but him lying in her lap -- I'm really not sure what I think of the bracelet thing. Also the bantering and the uniform compliments.
On the Run: The pass-stealing hug, the kissage, and the fact that Natalie left everything to run after him. Her genuine grief and concern were telling too.

Great ones you guys! I haven't even seen half those episodes yet, Bflogal! LOL
But I just thought of another. In Mr. Monk Goes to Vegas the episode ends when Monk asks Natalie how she left gambling and she says "I had Mitch." and asks Monk the same question. And Monk says "I have you." Awww.

There are so many great Monk/Natalie moments. I am going to list three of my favorites. I am kind of tired and these were the ones I could think of off the top of my head:
1. Class Reunion- When Natalie goes back to be the Monk. She puts her arm in his, and he tells her "Thank You."
2. Red Herring- When Monk saves Julies fish, and Natalie realized Mitch was the only other man who would have done that instead of saving the moon rock, and she becomes his assistant.
3. On the Run- You could really tell in this episode that Natalie really cares for Monk. She was devastated when she thought he was dead, angry when she found out he wasn't and the Captain let her believe he was, and excited to see Monk. The kissage is so sweet, she was just so happy to see him. Monk pretending to be Spanish is funny...Hola, Senorita....Mr. Monk I know its you! What's with the wipe? So Sweet!
Those were the only ones I could think of right off. I know there are more, I like, I just need to get some sleep to think of them.

I agree that there are many great Natalie and Monk moments.
Some of my favorites occured in the following and were already mentioned:
Mr. Monk is on the Run
Mr. Monk Gets Stuck in Traffic
Mr. Monk and the Red Herring
Mr. Monk Goes to Vegas
This is just another one off the top of my head; I am sure I will come up with more later.
Mr. Monk Gets Cabin Fever at the end of the episode when Natalie realizes that murders following Monk are not "bad karma" but "good karma." I love it at the end when she says, "Come on, I'll buy you a wipe."

At the very end of Mr Monk Stays in Bed: after the bad guy is caught and Natalie can't believe he took a taxi in his pajamas. "Mitch was right. The good ones play hurt." Sweet moment on both sides.

I just saw Mr. Monk goes to the hospital and I think it's hilarious the part where Natalie sees the two women baby talking their bosses "Here you go..here you go. I'll never leave you." and so she ditches her date to go be with Monk. And the flowers and balloons for him so he feels loved. Too cute!!!

Gotta' add the 'we should kiss' quote from "Genius" into this list.
But I loved how she also tricked him at the end of this eppy by flattering him. Great.

I am not a shipper, but I do think all of these are very sweet.

This is not a Natalie moment but one of my favorite Mr. Monk moments is with Sharona. Mr. Monk and Benji and one of Benji's friends are working a puzzle and the two boys dump out three puzzles together for Monk to put together and Sharona says to the boys something along the line of: "Stop that, he's not a toy" or something similar, it stands out in my memory, like showing off a genius uncle to your friends.

You don't have to be a shipper to appreciate Monk/Natalie moments -- even if you only see a friendship there -- their relationship is pretty sweet.
Sometimes I step back and look at them as just friends -- and I can picture them as having a Perry/Della type long-term relationship. But I think the longest I've been able to do that without shipping them was about five minutes.
I really don't know what makes a shipper ship -- some chemical thing? But I know it's not something you decide to do, and not something you can control -- sometimes it's rather inconvenient. But you either ship or you don't. Someone could do an interesting college thesis there. Maybe I should donate my brain.

Mr Monk Makes a Friend- She offers to take two tickets to disney on ice and ask Monk to come with, since they're friends
Mr. Monk at the Service- Monk saves Natalie from gunpoint by shooting at the sky to stop Paul of killing her
(Sadly he kill a quail in the meantime)
Mr Monk and the Daredevil- I know some parts have been mention, but you can't forget the part when they are on top of the roof. Natalie is struggling with cousin Joey and Monk breaks his fear of heights and saves her of getting hurt
I love these two and yes, I am a shipper

"Hospital" is becoming one of my favorite episodes. ... ... .... I liked when Monk couldn't look down (due to the nosebleed), so Natalie had to tell him what impression he was making on the receptionist -- whether she was pointing with the bad finger or the pointy finger. ... ....... It was also funny and clever when Natalie made a bluff that failed with Monk. Natalie desperately wanted to leave Monk at the hospital for 2 or 3 hours so she could go on her date. Monk wasn't giving her any free time for dates (many had to be broken) lately. She was so sure that Monk would let her leave for 2 hours (because she had such a great case) that she finally said to Monk that if he wanted her to stay, OK she would stay, but she really needed to go on this date (great guy, she hadn't been off in many weeks, etc.), but Monk said "No." So Natalie promptly said, OK, I'm leaving anyway!" Cute.

LOL. I loved Sharona and Monk too. I have to go back and watch the first couple seasons sometime cuz they had some great moments as well.
Hm, o yeah another one for me would be Mister Monk at you service when Natalie explains to Monk where baby pillows come from.

I was a Perry/Della shipper. I know there was something very special between them.

I love the Perry Mason/Della Street analogy.

One of my favorite moments is the motorcycle scene from
Bad Girlfriend. Too hilarious.

All the ones you all mentioned are incredibly sweet. I also love the scene from the episode where Adrian, Kevin and Natalie are watching Adrian's home movies (sorry, I can't think of the episode title). Kevin says something about the way Adrian's family isn't close, and Natalie comes over, hugs Adrian and says "I'm not hugging you. I'm hugging the little boy in that video." Something like that.
Another is from "Bumps His Head" and it has to do with Natalie, Randy and Leland. I LOVE the ending, where he's starting to regain his memory and he looks up and sees the three of them waiting for him and they just wave. That is SO cute! And then when he finally "understands" he looks at Natalie and says "I missed you." Awww...

I can't remember the name of the episode, but I love the one where it's Natalie's brothers wedding and Monk walks in on the hotel room party to get Natalie and tells the stripper they'll need him too bc he thinks he's a cop. LOL
ETA: After seeing Mr. Monk and the Genius I also loved the check scene at the end where Natalie flatters Monk for his "autograph" lol and then once she shows him what he's done he chases her to get it back.
