I didn't see her but I may have gotten there late....I don't know her but I've read some of her posts....I hope she comes back too......I'll offer her the protection of the WOLF PACK....Wolves have the Alpha Male and Female but they socialize with everyone, play with the little wolfs, share everything and mate for life......plus we're good hunters and fighters ....GRRRRRRR (bares he teeth at bad bad posters)

She's not the only one who has left, Yvette is gone, Designer and Mandeville left, Bubba hasn't shown his happy face around here, innardamok and MO......others and I'm seriously contemplating it.

Yvette was there tonight....... I understand people's frustration .......and I've been in many forums......I find ignore, don't talk to the bad ones, and don't tell the one's that do talk to them not too is the best policy. People all have buttons that can be pushed. I'm no arbitrator of their emotional responses. When they r pushed I laugh at the pusher and sympathize with the pushee........it will all pass and the best you can hope for in this lifetime r like minded friends who make u feel good. Or at least that's what I hope for....so I never let bad, dork, jerks or bullies chase me away from anything. And I never let my friends suffer in silence. Yvette was where? In the chat room? I can't access the room, my firewall says it's a restricted site and I'm not going to reset my firewall just to jump into a chat room, if that's where you were referring to. She wasn't on the USA board and neither were a lot of others who were regular posters until recently.

I've tried to stop negativity before it gets started, the old 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you' - it doesn't go over very well. Seems there are a few who apparently like to get angry then get even. I've been here a long time, I've ridden out more battles than I can count and I've lost many good friends because of the aggravation threads.

I don't sweat the Wolf pack, I use to own one - 14 in all, I can hold my own with the best but why should I and why stay when almost every thread turns into another case of one-up-manship, or when two friends gang up on those who try to be reasonable and are trying to see the post from the posters POV. Sure, some newbies come here and make one post and leave and some come here to seriously discuss what makes them unhappy, get bashed around in a not very courteous way and leave and a few come just to agitate. It isn't rocket science to determine which newbie belongs to which group, who deserves a courteous response, who should just be ignored and who is here just to stir up trouble, have a few laughs on us then leave.

I think the point is you're missed.....I don't know you, have never spoken too you, but it's clear many here miss you. No worries the chat room runs itself ....I was just blundering around trying to figure out what in the name of "Shirtless Randy" was going on!!

It's not ez getting technical help here at the Sunnyvale Happy Farm for the criminally insane. We had a computer dork from the "geek squad" with us for a while. But he wrote something unflattering about Dr. Lector in a blog and now...........the details r a little gruesome so I'll spare you.

That's as much as I know....and probably as much as I'll ever know unless you can come back to the board and educate me.

FYI to anyone who remembers her--
Talked to MO today on the phone. She's doing good, or as good as she can outside of the padded hamster ball and bubble wrap. Yes, she laid out to sunbathe on an anthill, and got bitten; also, she tore ligaments in her ankle last week and is on crutches. Other than those things, MO is MO---still fun and funny. She said to tell you all hello for her. She has no internet right now, so she can't come play in the sandbox for a while yet.

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the chat room? It keeps bumping me back to the password screen, even though I keep typing it in.

Maybe this is Meebo's final effort to get rid of me.

I'm having exactly the same problem Foxy - I'm taking it as a sign that I need to get some sleep and step away from the boards.

I'm taking it as a sign that Meebo software is messed up or someone changed the password.....I take tiredness as a sign I should sleep......I must be really silly .

I miss MO and Nard's, they put the fun in dysFUNctional! I had a really nice letter from MO and a birthday card. What a great gal she is and what a ton of fun she was to have around here - even when her hamster ball kept bouncing on the threads and the oven mitts made her typing a tad bit hard to read.

When oh when will our MO come back, oh why oh why did she leave! With her internet cut and her protective gear on she was a wonderful person to read.
