Here are some ideas I think should be for the tenth season.
Dominatrix
A recent rape of a successful female accountant leads Benson and Stabler to find out who could have rape her, but when Warner reveals the truth of the accountant's rape, the investagation goes to a dramatic turn when the rapist is actually the victim and it reveals it was the accountant who raped him a month before. The detectives later learns the man wasn't the only victim as the investagation turns more to her as they uncover she's using her power over men to get to the highest social and economical level.
Gamble
When an cop's teenage son is found tortured and butchered to death, Detectives Tutuola leads the case as he and Benson probe the case. They question his father, his aunt, and his friends, but a discovery of him being a gambler leads their investagtion to the world of sports betting and they suspect that someone wanted him not only to loose the bet, but his life. As the case gets to trial, ADA O'Mara realize that the addicited excuse will be use, but Tutuola gets hit the hardest when a dark past comes back to the light.
What are your thoughts of these ideas.

I have two more ideas.
Unforgiven
A 13-year-old unsolved rape case is resurfaced when a inspector, who investagated that case, is attacked by an unkown assailant. SVU already knows the case, but what they don't know is that the assailant who attacked the inspector has a vendetta and accuses the SVU detectives of blackmail. Cragen take it on himself to clear SVU's name by retaking the unsolved case.
Toxic
Stabler and Benson investagates a mystrey when they discover a young kid is poisoned; while helping the girl and finding out who done this, the detectives soon discover more kids are being poisoned eventually by the same toxin. Against the clock, Benson and Stabler must trace down the toxin and the suspect before even more kids are affected.

Those are too good. They should be episodes, I like how you describe them. Got any more?

I got more...yet they are only titles, I will put descriptions later.
Mirage
Benson learns of a close friend, Josie, who she known for years, is having a mental problem; She discovers Josie has a mental disability that she see things that isn't really there. One of her so called visions, is that she witnessed a rape. Benson seeks professional help while questioning if the rape is really real or not--but the big twist of them all is when Josie is the person who is raped.
Hope
Tutuola and Munch investagate the case of a kid who has been in a coma since he was born; the parents tells the detectives that the mother was beaten and raped while pregnant; Warner tells them that the abuse of the mother has affected the child's brain ability and with the kid still lying in a coma, Tutuola and Munch must find out who could have raped her while preganant while hoping the child wakes up for once.
Blanket
Stabler and Benson probes several rape cases of children and each of them has something in common and that is each of them have blankets, and that the rapist has a ceartain fond of blankets. Dr. Whoung tells the detectives that this rapist must have not had a blanket when he was a child, so he seek to hurt others who has it. The detectives are racing aganist time to find the rapist before he strikes again.
Blue
A dark time in Warner's past is brought up when her husband is accused of rape; she doubts it at first but when the three bodies of women, all attacked, raped, and beaten to death, have the DNA of her husband. Warner will test her friends' trust as she is going to a place she never thought she had.
Action The kidnapping of a tv child star, leads all SVU detectives to their breaking points when they discover this kidnapper likes to play games and wants to star in his own movie...death to the police. Against the clock, SVU must find the missing child, but in a season finale twist--Benson, Stabler, Tutuola, Munch, and even Capt. Cragen are all caught in his prusuit to test each of their loyalities and SVU may never be the same again.

Here are other two:
Temptation
The squad still have a lot of stuff to deal through after what happened in Action, but when several females have been attacked in days, the detectives discover that these attacks have been occurring recently and they later learn these attacks are what Warner described as a "instant rape". To find the cruel rapist, will tempt all detectives to go to their dark side.
Revival
The SVU squad is on the step to renew themseleves, and in order to do that the squad must solve three seperate cases: Stabler and Benson solve the raping of a good cop-gone-rogue; Fin and Munch gets caught in a sex scandal between a political tycoon; and Cragen and Dr. Woung, both solve the imprisionment of a innocent mental paitent--yet there's a big twist...they all have a common connection.

Here are the last three ideas for what I think season 10 should be.
Partners
Fin and Munch are sent to New Jersey to investagate two cops who are accused of assulting and raping their suspects; even to fuel more oil to the fire, Cragen's job is on the line when rumors are spreading around the squad about Stabler and Benson's relationship.
Unnatural
A wealthly family is put in the center of a investagation when one of their own is killed; filled with distractions in the squadroom, Stabler and Fin are put as partners to solve this one, but what they don't know is that this family has a book of lies and secrets. Meanwhile, Cragen's job is still on the hotseat and soon Elliot and Oliver's relationship are all caught in a major conspiracy.
Departed
When solving the case of a missing child and the parents both as prime suspects, things are about to change in SVU literally when two members decide to leave, but who. In a case of shocking twists, the Internal Affairs and the District Attorney are forced to act when Cragen is down by the wire, the conspiracy of Stabler and Benson's relationship, and as well the missing child case are forcing everyone to relook each other. In the end, Fin uncovers a new family secret; Munch gets a revelation; Benson discovers she's pregnant and is shock to see who's the father; Stabler and Kathy gets into a big fight; Cragen realizes what he must do to save his squad and his job; Dr. Warner, Dr. Whoung, and the ADA are all forced to be in the middle to witnessed a major shift and two major departures.
(I feel Departed is a season finale to me for a season ten and all these ideas I mention were season 10 ideas; now I must work on season 11 ideas)

I'm back with some new ideas.
Face
Even though thinking of leaving the squad, Stabler helps Benson, Fin, and Munch in the hunt of a pedophile who rapes then kidnaps young girls for profit. However, the one thing the detectives can't find is his face, even though the rapist has a identity the twist is that the name doesn't exisit. With the help of Whoung and Grayleck, the detectives are under the clock when other helpless girls are vulnerable to this mysterious pedophiler. Meanwhile, the SVU squad has to adjust to their new strict captain, Veronica Morgan (Glen Close), and with Stabler potentially leaving for good.
Combat
While Capt. Morgan gets adjusted to SVU and Stabler staying for a little bit, him and Benson investgate the murder of a young teen; their case soon links up to the sudden investagtion of underground boxing. Fin and Munch solves the rape case of a young girl and learns how she got attacked. Olivia realizes her pregnancy will complicate her work, so she decides to tell the captain.
Vigilante
Capt. Mogan, with the knowledge of Olivia's complications between her work and having her baby, brings in another detective, the sassy Det. Erica Pierce (Cassidy Freeman) to help fill in with the sudden chaos in the squadroom. Meanwhile, Benson, Stabler, and Pierce probes the supicious death of a high-leveled attorney and suspects his vindicitive wife of killing him and in a huge twist, their first child.

And here are three more cases.
FuryDetectives are spellbound when a victim they helped capture her rapist, is raped again by another. What's more weird is that she and a band of other female victims is creating a anti-rape program that call F.A.R. (Females Aganist Rape) and they decide to stop every raptist they see. Detectives must find a way to stop them before their pursuit to justice land them in serious trouble.

Now Fin and Pierce must find the truth of how this perculious case happen, but they will be surprised to know what really happened.
Shame
A secrective cult of baby sacraficing are in the center of the investagtion when a infant is missing and found dead, Benson and Stabler are caught in a web of lies and secrets and their trial of finding the criminal who done will bring them to the baby's foster parents, the baby's biological parents, and even the foster agency have soemthing to hide.

Disgust
A series of rapes have pushed the squad to extreme limits, but one rape of a college grad has really upset Pierce and she and Benson goes on the trail to find the rapist. However, the female, Susan, don't want to find out who is the rapist. Seeing rape as disgust, Pierce has to go deeper into her feelings and connect to the victim even if Pierce has to go back to a past where she faces a stunning truth about her life.
Sympathy
Stabler and Benson inestigates a boy's murder connecting to another boy being raped and another boy still missing; their clues about them reveals they are brothers and that someone is hurting them. The detectives must find the missing kid and stop the person who is causing the trauma for the boys' family. Nevertheless, the father of the boys will do at nothing to find the rapist/killer himself.
Fear

When they do it without any authority, Benson disappears without a trace. Stabler searches for her, but he soon discover by re-examining the old case a old nemesis returns. He reveals he have kidnapped Olivia, but as well Stabler's wife, Kathy; now Elliot is stuck with a major conuldrum when his nemesis is going to force Elliot with a desicion of his life: save his partner, lose his wife...save his wife, lose his partner.
Father
When Benson is out on maternity leave and Stabler, remembering what happened in Powerless, chose to suspend his duties until further notice, Morgan has it tough making rough desicions around the squadroom and enlist Fin and Munch to probe the murder of a judge's son. Pierce probes a mysterious suicide of a young teen girl and questions her family; however, since she has no partner Pierce's father, Johnathan Pierce (Michael Ironside), who is a former detective requests Morgan for him to work alongside with his daughter on the case. Morgan has doubts as well as Pierce, but she wants to do it and see if she can let him answer many questions she has about her troubled past-as for him a chance to rekindle their broken relationship.

Here are three new ideas:
Charm
Olivia returns to the squad after her maternity leave and things in the squadroom heats up when she returns especially her encounter with Elliot. When a teenager is found brutally attacked and sexually abused near a high school football field, Morgan enlists both Benson and Stabler-- their first case back-- to investigate; when the detectives lead the evidence of the attack to the high school itself, they suspect a very popular football jock, Adrian Moore, who has a act of getting what he wants because of his looks, to the crime. Seeing how much popularity he has for his school and how much popular his parents are with the justice system, the detectives are left in a standstill; however, they soon uncover more cases of similar attacks and it all leads back to Adrian making Benson and Stabler wondering what does it takes to be the most popluar student at his school.
Flattery
Munch and Pierce investigate the murder of a about-to-be famous author and sees if her tell-all book was the cause of her death. Yet things in her life starts getting weirder by the mintue, when the detectives probe most of everyone that knew her and all her close friends. However, when they learn the true reason why she wanted to make this book, it leads them to a very strange culture that is being studied by a controversial arthropologist (Bradley Whitford). Their investiagtion eventually clashes with his work when he is discovered to be the potential source of the victim's facts, and that his knowledge of the strange culture creates a controversy in the media.
Quest
Benson and Fin work together on a case of the bizzare death of a teenage thrillseeker; their case leads them to the world of thrill hunting, and when things get more bizzare within the investigation their case lands them on clashing blows of a organization, which is advertising thrill hunting to a whole new level as it is in the center of the detectives' investigation; and its founders (Nate Corddry and Simon Helberg) are the prime supects.

Here are the last four of the group
Whisper
Pierce and Munch are sent to find the rapist of a mother-to-be, but what is more hideous that the mother died after childbirth without knowing if the cause was attributed to her attack. Seeing this as a cause, the detectives hunt down the rapist/maybe killer of the mother, but what is truly interesting is that the only witness is a mute and that the victim was borned deaf. Leaving plenty of unanswered questions and uncertian suspects.
Promise
A prominent wedding between two affluent stars, fame actor Derrick Lawerence (Ray J) and inspiring actress Kristin Kambrige (Megan Good) are about to rumblish when Stabler and Benson investigate a rape and that the raping has ties to the two stars' lives. What is also weirf is that the deeper the case gets, the detectives uncover a lot of scandalous secrets both stars are hiding and that the rape case is just one of them.
Match
Captain Morgan realizes a case close to home and its affecting her work with her detectives, so she seeks help from former Captain Don Cragen as the both share a secret they don't want to alarm the squadroom. When a killer they were hunting for years rises again they don't know that Benson and Stabler are investgating the same case. Not only they know each other personally, but intimately as well alarming Olivia and Elliot about their relationhip.
Instinct
A murder of a esteemed ADA Leo Hampton (Steve Baldwin)'s son, sparks a battle with the squad and the DA office; when they try to uncover the killer, the detectives don't realize their case links back to other murders of male teenagers --all who was rape--and now Stabler and Benson hunt for the killer, while Pierce, Fin, and Munch go after more potential victims and warm them. What else will be more shocking to them is that the victims that was murded was all under the Hampton's files putting him as the number one suspect and starting a war between the SVU and the DA office like they never seen before when the detectives' close allies, Dr. Werner, Dr. Whoung, ADA Grayleck, and their family is pulled into the middle.

Yet when they do find out that his name was Richard Sark and that he was only 17 years old, they soon discover he was kidnapped, left homeless, and was brutally attacked all in the same time. The detectives try to find who could have done this, but when they do they go to the homeless world to smoke out the killer.

Compulsion

Aim to see if they are lying, they put the couple to a polygraph test and they both pass. Feeling something is going on, Olivia tries her best to communicate with Alicia in order to find out why is she having these nightmares and consults with Dr. Huang to find the cause of this problem; Dr. Huang later discuss to the detectives that maybe the reason of her condition is because of her birth parents' actions. Olivia continues her best to try to see what's wrong with Alicia, while Elliot and Fin track down her birth parents. However, the turn in the case is to their disbelievement when her birth father, Jonas Harthon, is already serving years in Sing Sing because of two counts of murder and they believe Alicia's condition is becuase she was actually sexually abused by her birth parents; and then they look for her birth mother with the help of Alicia and her nightmares.

I absolutely love SVU, but due to giving birth to two children in two years I regret to say that I am not current on the show. I would like to know if anyone can tell me new season show times and help fill in the blanks for me because I believe I am out of the loop as far as Benson and Stabler go and his marriage and the new ADA. I would be grateful and yes I am a new-B and would gladly take any useful information...thanks!
