In "Mr. Monk and the Employee of the Month" the security guard(I forget his name)says that the woman that was murdered was employee of the month for 11 months. Monk didn't make any comments on how close that is to 10 months.
Things like that. This will become more fun when the new season starts.

It seems to me that Trudy`s grave and head stone is different in some episodes.
