okie dokie peeps, so i tried to write this story the other day, but as some of you know, that i did an oopsie and deleted it. LOL i got frustrated and decided to wait before i wrote it all again. So i hope it goes well today. I leave for California tomorrow, so i probably wont update til next week. If my cousin takes her laptop, then i can write on the way there! lol

So this story does contain some EK and EO, its weird. Just imagine what would happen if Olivia was Kathy and Kathy was Olivia. How did it happen, why did it happen, WTF is Elliot doing?! lol

The captain watched his two detectives finish up with interrogating the suspect they caught a couple hours ago.William Morgan, age 7 was reported missing a week ago. White male, with a scar on his left arm. They found his body in the back of a vacant van with a man in the driver's seat. It was William's music teacher, Bradley Spencer.

-"Ok, spencer, go over your story one more time for me, cuz im really havin a bad time understanding it" grunted Elliot.
-"Look, i told you before, and all you need to know from me is that i found William and tried to save him" replied Spencer.
Elliot smacked his hand on the table to shake him up a bit. Olivia jumped as well, totally unexpecting it.
-"You know what i think? i think you think that im an idiot! We found you in the van with the body. I think you took him from his home, and did your disgusting thing with him, and finally thought, 'oh hey, what am i doing?' so instead of returning the boy to his family you killed him. Am i right spencer?"
-"No! No, thats not how it happened." cried out Spencer.
-"Ok, well then you tell me" said Olivia. Elliot looked up at her with the sweat from his forehead crashing his red tired eyes.
-"Ok, i was walking home from the store and i cut through the park. So as i was walking i saw these two boys rumblin on the grass. They were yelling and i heard some little voice staying to stop. I ran over to them and yelled out to leave him alone. When they heard me, they took off. I looked down to the person and saw it was William. I picked him up and took him over to this van i saw. I put him in there. When i got in the van, someone came up the window and hit me with somethin,and the next thing i know, im here with ya'll" lashed out Spencer.
Elliot glared at him, thinking of the words he was about to give Spencer.
-"Well why do we have evidence of you with William at the school. Teachers report that you sorta took a 'special interest' with him" Stabler said as he read the reports he had in his hands.
-"William is- William was a child prodigy. He could perfectly play the piano. I would take him and teach him some songs, Bach, Mozart and whatever i gave him, he could play it very beautifully. He was a star pupil, but what's wrong with that. Many teachers gloat about a certain student they have?" said Spencer.
-"yea but most teachers don't hurt or kill their star pupils" replied Elliot.
-"I didnt hurt William!" shouted Spencer.
Olivia walked out of the room and Elliot followed her.
-"So he look good for this?" asked Cragen.
-"As much as Elliot wants him to be, i doubt it. His story seems to check out. Munch got the tape from the store Spencer said he was at til he got to the park. Time puts him there at the store, and just enough time to find William. And with the bump on his head like that, im pretty sure someone banged him up." said Olivia.
-"Well why didnt they take anything, his wallet, clothes, or William" asked Elliot.
-"I don't know El, maybe they just wanted to hurt him. or possibly kill him. Maybe it was those two boys he scared off. Maybe they thought he saw who they were and didn't wanna risk getting caught"
Cragen replied, "well Warner called, she said she has the DNA evidence that was left inside the boy, go check that out, see if it clears or proves Spencer".
Elliot, still disturbed and somewhat angry that Olivia might have been right about Spencer, walked out with his arms crossed at his chest.
-"Oh hey, Elliot Kathy called. She wanted you to return the call" said Munch. Olivia looked at Elliot who sighed and went to the phone on his desk. Olivia meantime walked over to the coffee machine and grabbed two cups. One for her, one for Elliot. She poured some and put two sugar packets in Elliot's. that's how he liked it.
-"ok Kathy, i will" said Elliot. It was the only thing Olivia heard out of the whole conversation.
-"Everything ok El?" asked Olivia as she handed him his coffee.
-"yea. ok well let's go see what Warner's got for us huh?" he said
-"yea, let's go"

Kathy couldn't help but think that Elliot was going to forget what she asked him to do. It wasn't that hard to buy some milk and bread. But Elliot seemed to have his mind on something else. Even when he got home, he would be very solemn and discreat about his job. Just like before. Before Eli came, he said that things would be different and he would try to make it work. She had yet to see that happen. He was now sleeping in the room down the hall from theirs. It was Maureen's old room. They turned it into a den, with a cot. That was where her husband slept in the meantime. She was really worried at this point.
She just wished her life was the way it used to be in the beginning.
Dickie and Lizzie were in the basement playing videogames and the baby had just fallen asleep. She went into the kitchen to grab some of those candies that she bought from this chinses store. They were 50 cents each and she bought two. She had dropped on on the ground the other day at the park when she took Eli out. So she was really curious to see what it tasted like. She unwrapped it and put in her mouth. She savored it for a while and then went to the living room and sat on the couch. She kept thinking about Elliot and also Olivia. She thought how lucky she was to see and talk to Elliot while she couldn't even get a word out of him. Kathy laid down and shut her eyes. Then she got up and decided to take a shower.

Olivia and Elliot were coming back from Warner's office when she read the DNA test results in the car.
-"well, we can clear Spencer out, his DNA didn't match the seman we found on William, Elliot" she knew that she was dissapointing him with this information.
-"Damn it, ugh well we'll have to keep looking then" sighed Elliot. Olivia had dranken all her coffee and smelled the coffee stain that left on her breathe. She took out a piece of candy she had stuffed in her jacket pocket. She slid it in her mouth.
-"hey you have another one of those?" aske Elliot who saw her eat something.
-"uh lemme check" she stated as she searched in her pocket. "NO, that was ly last one. Im sorry"
-"oh your fine. Coffee leaves a nasty taste doesn't it?"asked Elliot. Olivia chuckled.
-"This candy is good" she said as she read the wrapper.
-"Ok now, don't tease with that" said Elliot
-"where did i get it?....oh wait, now i know. From this little chinese store on 23rd. Only 50 cents. they're good though. Have to get some more" thought Olivia.
-"well don't forget to get me some then" winked Elliot to Olivia.
-"haha, ok.....so how is Kathy? what was wrong earlier?"
-"oh yea, thanks for reminding me. She asked me to pick up some milk" exerted Elliot. Olivia laughed at him.
-"ah El."

well i had a lot of time thinking about what to update for this next chapter.

Elliot and Olivia drove off out of the drugstore. Elliot bought the milk that was promised to kathy. Cragen called Liv's cell and said that they were going to arraign Spencer in the morning. So Elliot dropped her off her apartment. As Olivia finally finished sucking on her candy, they approached her apartment.
-"Thanks. So i guess i'll see you tomorrow?" asked Olivia.
-"Yeah, I'll come by to pick you up in the mornin" answered Elliot.
She smiled at him and got out.
-"oh here's your milk. I almost took it." she smirked as she set the carton down in the seat. He looked up at her and said "hey now, Kathy would kill me if i didn't take that, let alone give it to ya." He smiled as she shut the door. She turned and pulled her keys oyut and he drove off.

Kathy set the water temperature just right. She stepped out the bathroom to check on the baby once more before she went in. She peeked through the door and heard him breathing. His little chest pumping up and down. The covers on him were rising and falling back him. She left the door ajar and walked back down the hall. She noticed a note on Kathleen's door.
"going out to eat with Sarah and Maddy, be back later"
She sighed and threw it in the trashcan by her door. The bathroom water was still running.Kathy forgot about it and hurried back into the bathroom. She kicked off her slippers and took off her robe. She draped it over the door handle. She chewed on the bits of pieces she developed in her mouth from that piece of candy from earlier. The steam fogged up the mirror, she stood underneath the faucet and let the hotness hit her cold body.

Olivia opened her door and took off her jacket, she went to the kitchen and saw her unopened envelopes. She left them aside and propped her elbows on the table. It was only ten o clock. She thought about the day..Finding William, catching the suspect. Then finding new DNA evidence. Onto Elliot. How he had been doing with the job and his family. She thought about how much better he and Kathy were doing,or if they even were.

Kathy finished shampooing her hair when she felt a little dizzy. She stuck her head under the water again. and grabbed the bar of soap.

Olivia placed her head in her hands with her wlbows still placed on the counter. The room began to spin. She shut her eyes. A draft of cool air hit her face.

A draft of cool air hit Kathy. The hairs on the back of her neck stood. She reached to the faucet to make the water just a bit hotter. Just then, she saw a light yellow orb surround her. She tilted her head upwards and dropped the bar of soap.

The pictures on the wall fell, and the junk mail fell to the floor hitting Olivia's feet. Olivia's upper torso was dangling on the counter and a yellow mist began to form in front of her. The drippy water from the kitchen sink froze in place. She couldn't move or blink. Her body began to shiver violently.

"Mom, hurry, up in there. I gotta pee" yelled Dickie through the locked bathroom door. Olivia opened her eyes and felt the hot, steamy water hit her body. Shampoo was sliding down into her eyes, stinging them. She shook her head
-"aah" she grunted as she wiped her eyes with water. When she opened her eyes, she saw that she was in an unfamiliar place. She spun around to shut off the water. She jumped when an angry voice and beating door began.
'"Mom, come on. how long does it take to shower?" complained Dickie.
"what" Olivia whispered. She slid aside the shower curtain. What she saw in the fogged up mirror was a reflection on what looked like Kathy Stabler. Olivia lifter her right hand and tried to touch her face. Kathy's image did the same. When Olivia grabbed some locks of her hair, in hte mirror she held up blonde hair. When she looked away from the mirror and onto her own hair, she saw her same brown hair. She looked down her body and saw it was her same old body. When she stared back at the mirror, she saw a different figure.
-"ugh forget it, i'll go use yours"
-"Dickie?" asked Olivia.
-"forget it mom..." said a faint voice drifting away.
Olivia was dripping water and wetting the entire floor. She reached her a robe that was placed on the door handle and threw it on.


Kathy woke up to a messed up apartment. She had never seen this apartment before. She walked out of the kitchen and into the living room
-"he-hello? anyone here" she asked. But no answer. She tried to look down the hallway to see if anyone was in the room. But no one. She turned and saw a picture frame on the table and saw Olivia and Elliot. They had their arms over their shoulders wearing sunglasses. THen she saw another picture right next to that, of Olivia and she assumed her mother. The frame was pink and white, and when she saw her reflection through it, she saw Olivia. She dropped the frame and spun around. But no one was behind her. She ran to the mirror that hung in the hallway and saw Olivia's face. She thought at first it was a trick mirror or some sort of holographic toy. When she looked down at herself, she saw her normal self. But when she stared in the mirror, she saw Olivia. She saw brown, short hair that came to her shoulder. Brown eyes, and nicely shaped eyebrows. When she looked at herself, she saw her blonde hair, lightly tanned body, wearing someone else's clothes. Olivia's clothes.
-"what the hell is going on here" she said quietly.

ok here summore!

Elliot pulled up to the driveway and shut off the car. He didn't get out of the car just yet though. He sat there staring at his house. He hadn't called it his home yet, just a shelter for him and his family.Elliot thought about a lot of things, about what matters most to him, what really made him the way he was right now. He was tired and exhausted of being tired and exhausted. He knew he messed up with a lot of people, let victims down, let Kathy down, his children, Olivia, and himself. He reached over to the glove comparment and took out the little bottle of vodka he had stashed there. He chugged down a couple of sips and stuck it back inside. The carton of milk that was sitting on his lap began to wet his pants. He held on to it while he opened the door.

Olivia gently opened the door and poked her head out the bathroom door to see if anyone was there. She saw many pictures hanging on the walls across from her. Pictures of Elliot's family. Some with Dickie and Lizzie, some with dickie, lizzie and Kathleen, One with the whole gang. But there wasn't one with just Kathy and Elliot.
-"Mom, are you okay?" said someone.
Olivia turned her head to see Lizzie staring at her.
-"uh...yea?" Olivia said confusingly.
-"You sure? you look sick?"
-"what do i look like Lizzie?" asked Olivia
-"You look, like green,like nauseous or something.
Olivia couldn't beleive that Elliot's daughter was calling her mom, not noticing that she looked nothing like Kathy.
-"That's what you see Lizzie? i don't look like anyone else?"
-"umm, no, you look like my mom."
Olivia nodded and poked her head back inside the bathroom. She tightened the robe strap around her waist and grabbed a small towel to dry off her shoulders from her dripping wet hair. She, again opened the door. She had no idea where to go, which room to walk into. When she stood in the hallway, someone hit her lower back.
-"Oh, sorry mom, you were in the way" said Dickie.
-"Dickey?"
He looks up at her, "yea"?
She stared at him for a few seconds before she could say anything.
-"um, can you go into my room and turn on the light for me?"
He raised an eyebrow.
-"what for, why can't you?"
-"Can you just do that for me please?" she asked once more
He shrugged his shoulders and turned to reach a room. Olivia eyed him to see which room it was.
-"There ya go" he said then ran down the other direction. Olivia walked towards the lighted room. She heard some slight crying in the room right next to the lit up room. The door was slightly open. She saw a crib inside and saw something moving inside it. She pushed open the door and walked up to the crib. The baby was cooing and gesturing his arms to be picked up. She smiled at him. It was little Elliot. She was about to reach for him when she heard Elliot's voice.
-"Hey, i got the milk"
Olivia froze. She wondered if he would recognise her voice and wonder what she was doing in his house. She didnt even know why she was there or how she got there.

Kathy walked into Olivia's bedroom and turned on the lamp. She sat down on her bed and sighed. She felt something in her pocket and stuck her hands to get it out. It was a cell phone. She flipped it open and studied it. It had to have been Olivia's. She went to contacts and tried to look for Elliot. She wanted to call him to have her be picked up. But since she looked like Olivia, she didn't want to confuse or even say anthing about this weird phenomona. She began to search for her own number.
"Kathy" it said. But then she feared Elliot would answer and chaos would abrupt there also. She just shut the phone and laid on the bed. Kathy again grabbed the cell phone and began to look through it. She went to pictures and saw nothing except for two pictures that were taken. One was of Central Park sign. Nothing too exciting for her, then she clicked over to the other picture. Someone must have taken the picture for Olivia because it was both her and Elliot. The scenic area they were in looked like a bar, they were both holding BudLite beers and gesturing a cheer sign. Kathy's eyes began to wet. She closed the phone and turned to her side. "So this is what they did behind my back?"

Stabler House

-"Is the baby alright?" asked Elliot. Olivia nodded her head yes. But she knew that wouldn't get rid of him. She heard his footsteps come closer to the crib. He stood to the side of her and placed his hands on the rim of the crib.
-"Look at him sleep. Doesn't even have a care in the world. Wish i felt like that." whispered Elliot as to not to wake the baby. Olivia was sweating underneath the robe. She shifted her body so Elliot couldn't see her. Elliot placed his hand on her back.
-"Any leftovers?"
-"Olivia didnt even know that answer. She was very frightened right now. All of this was starting to even piss her off. Was this a joke? was Elliot and the kids in on it? If so, where was Kathy? How did she even get in their house?
-"Kathy? you ok? what's wrong?"
-"....uh..nothing El," she stammered softly.
-"You sure? you seem cold? or sick? Go lie down" Then Elliot turned and headed for the door. Olivia waited til it was safe for her to go back out. When she did, she shut the baby's door, and walked into 'her' room. She turned on the bathroom light in the bedroom and dropped the towel on the floor. She came back out and walked over to the dresser. There were so many drawers, she didn't even know where to begin. She opened one and saw the bras and underwears. She was afraid to grab them, they weren't hers, or were they? She felt disgusted to put them on. There was a matching pair, a silk red brasiere and underwear. She grabbed them and closed that drawer. She opened another to see what else was in there. There were boxers and wife beaters in this drawers. She assumed they were Elliot's. She smirked and closed the drawer right away. The one underneath that one was Kathy's nighties. Stuff that she would probably wear to bed. There were all kinds. Different colors, different styles. Some seductive, some plain, some that looked new, some that looked old. Olivia stuck with a lilac colored long dress gown. It was spagetti strapped and little low cut. She had one like this. Kurt had bought it for her on their two month anniversary. She told him not to get her anything, she didn't want to start with the whole presents and celebration of one month two month three month anniversaries. She quickly dressed before Elliot came into the room.
Oh crap! she thought. Elliot was going to come up the stairs soon and come to sleep. In the bed. Where was going to sleep. Together. I gotta get out of here now she thought.

Kathy found some pj's Olivia had in her closet. She threw them on and got into bed. There really wasn't anything to do. She knew that tomorrow she would have to go back home and figure out what happened. Why she was Olivia now. She wondered if Olivia was her back at home. With her kids, with her husband. But her being with Elliot right now didn't bother her, seeing as they were always together anyhow. She turned off the lamp beside the bed and shut her eyes.

Olivia was freaking out at this point. She couldn't sleep with her partner. Although, physically she was Kathy, inside, emotionally, mentally, she was Olivia. Olivia Benson. Partner to Elliot Stabler, not wife to Elliot Stabler.

Elliot scarfed down a ham and cheese sandwich with some chips and a beer. He cleaned up the counter and turned off the kitchen light. He checked on the little ones that were in the basement still playing.

-"You two should get to bed soon, it's already midnight.

-"Dad!" the both shouted.

-"Dad come play Guitar Hero with us" asked Lizzie.

-"Naw, later honey, im tired. See you two tomorrow"
He walked back up the stairs and went to the bathroom. He took a quick shower, then brushed his teeth. He walked out of the bathroom and went to his bedroom. He saw Kathy sitting on the edge of the bed staring out the window.

-"Kathy? why aren't you alseep yet?"

Olivia jumped up and fixed her dress. Elliot gazed at what Kathy was wearing. A purple long, low cut silk dress. She never wore that. Ever. Olivia glanced at the little towel he had wrapped around his waist. She gulped.

-"Oh, um, yea i just couldn't go to sleep just yet." she stuttered. Her palms were getting sweaty.

-"oh, well. you should get some sleep." He started to walk towards her. Kathy just stood there watching him. He walked past her to go to the dresser. Elliot unwrapped the towel and dropped it. Olivia kept her eyes fixed on the door. She knew that if she turned, she would see all of Elliot.

When Elliot turned to the closet, he had already put on his boxers. Olivia let out a sigh of relief. That was ok, she thought. He reached for a t-shirt to put on. It was a grey, NYPD shirt. Olivia recognized that shirt. She had one just like it. Except hers was white. He turned around to face her.
-"well um, i'll talk to you tomorrow then, i'll check on the baby for you."
Olivia was still very nervous. She couldn't believe that Elliot thought she was Kathy.
-"um, yea ok thanks" she was still confused as to why Elliot said that. Was Elliot not going to sleep in here?
-"Where are you going El,?" she asked but wished that she didn't.
He turned around and said,"Goin to bed."
They stared at each other for a few seconds before Elliot let out a sigh and shut the door. He walked over to Kathy and hugged her face with both hands.
-"Kathy, i know this may seem all too much, but you and I both know we're not ready for me to get back into bed. I said i was going to be there for the family, the kids, and to help you out. What we need to do is work each other out. I just can't sleep with you in that bed when all we do in the day is argue and have so much distrust for each other. If and when we are BOTH ready, i can come back here and sleep right beside you"
Olivia wanted to laugh so bad. He really had no idea who he was talking to. But at the same time, she felt bad. Bad for him and Kathy. She had no idea how much pain and chaos they were both having on each other. She thought everything was peachy since the baby came. But she assumed it only made matters worse for them. No wonder Elliot has been acting the way he has at work with her.

Elliot felt bad having to say all of that to her, but it had to be said. He left Kathy standing there. He shut the door and walked over to see Eli.
As he crept into the room and rubbed little Eli's forehead he whispered
-"my little Eli, sleep well buddy" Eli.Elliot Stabler junior. It seemed that he was the only one calling him that, Eli. Kathy called him either sweetheart or just Elliot. she said she didn't really like calling him that. Just like she would always call Elliot, Elliot. Never El, or any other nickname. The only one that would say El was Olivia.
where are uou going El? he replayed what Kathy asked him before he walked out of the room a few minutes ago. El? She never said that. He closed the baby's door and walked down the hall to the last door on the right. It was where he had been sleeping lately. It used to be the couch. It was closest to the front door in case Olivia called saying to meet him somewhere about a certain case. That way he could just bolt out before he could wake anyone. But the couch was becoming stiff on his back.
He turned on the little tv he had in his room and sat down on the bed. he grabbed his cell he left charging on the nightstand. He didn't really feel like sleeping just yet. He wanted to go back down and drink a little more.
He stood up and walked out to the kitchen. By that time, Lizzie and Dickie were headed to their rooms. They kissed and hugged him and told him a 'goodnight'. He replied back and turned on the light. He opened the fridge and took out two bottles of budlite. He opened them with the bottle opener and walked back to his room. He kept the tv on, but muted it. He sat one of the bottle on the floor next to his feet while he chugged the first one down. He stared at his phone and went to his inbox messages. He read all 12 of his messages. Two were from Kathy that just said Bring home some milk, Don't Forget! and then another I washed your shirt for 2morrow.ur welcome! The other ten were from Olivia:

He decided to text her tonight. He figured she was probably up as well. Which she usually is. He loved getting text messages from her. He would always send her funny messages. She would always reply with an LOL or a youre 2 much El. He liked having fun and making her smile after a serious day at work. He loved doing that with Kathy. He loved watching Kathy light up a room with her smile. But lately, he wasn't seeing much of that. He was living in a dark world with her now.
He didn't even need to look up her name in the contacts. He memorized her number by heart. 523-7121. Right away the number switched to 'Liv'. the phone had recognised the number. He starts typing
-"hey, just wantd 2 say nite. c ya in the mornin k? this time i'll bring the C! LOL"
He hit send. The message was sent. He closed the phone and waited for her to reply.

Kathy woke up to the sound of a ding. The cell phone was flashing. She flipped it open and saw that a message from 'El' was recieved. She pressed Read Now.
Hey, just wantd 2 say nite. c ya in the mornin k? this time i'll bring the C! LOL
She stared at the message on the cell phone. She didn't know whether to write back and tell Elliot that it wasn't Olivia reading this message. It was his wife Kathy. She was nervous all of a sudden.

Ok Kathy now would be a good time to just call Elliot and tell him whats going on. But i really don't know what's going on except for the fact that she's Olivia now. How did this happen, i have no effin clue. But how should i say it. Um Elliot this isn't Olivia even though i sound and look like her right now. But im actually Kathy, your wife. Kathy was sweating out the cell phone from her hand. She kept squeezing it tightly in her grip. She opened the phone again. She hit reply.
"Thanks, Elliot. good nite to u 2!" She hit the send button. Kathy was very nervous. She never thought of Elliot and Olivia texting each other at night like this. She also wondered what else the did.

Elliot finished his other beer when his phone started vibrating on the table. He flipped it open and saw Liv sent him a text. He read what it said. "Thanks, Elliot. good nite to u 2!" Although Elliot was a little buzzed at the moment, he questioned this text message. In all his times texting her, she never spelled out his name in one. It really sort of bothered him. He wondered why all of a sudden, she did that, and now Kathy was calling him El. Maybe it was just all in his head or maybe the booze he was drinking tonight. He didn't bother texting her back so he just turned off the tv and went to bed.

Olivia was still pacing back and forth in her room, well Kathy's room actually. She didn't want to fall asleep and risk the chance waking up as herself in Kathy and Elliot's bed. It would be too embarrasing for her. But she really wanted to figure out what was going on. She wanted to find Kathy and see if she was okay. Or in her case, Olivia. since she was technically Kathy now. She was worried that something was going to happen to her. She couldn't take it anymore. Olivia had to find out if Kathy was Olivia now and what went wrong or what happened that needs to be fixed back to normal. She opened the bedroom door slightly, she looked through the crack of the door to see if anyone was in the hallway. When the coast was clear, she stepped out. She tiptoed her way down stairs to the kitchen. When she turned on the light, she looked for the phone. She was hoping they had a cordless one so she could talk upstairs in her room. Well Kathy's room anyway. She found what she was looking for and thankfully it was a cordless. She hurried back up to the bedroom. She thought it out clearly in her head about what to say but anticipated on who would be picking up the phone when she called her home.

Kathy was sleeping until a phone ringing woke her up. She turned on the lamp and saw the house phone ringing. She didn't bother getting up to see who it was. She didn't want to risk getting caught that she was there. She let it ring until the voicemail picked up.
"Hi, you've reached Olivia Benson, im so sorry im not able to pick up the phone right now, but if you would like to leave your name and number, i'd ne more than happy to call you back, thanks! bye"
Kathy laughed at how seductive Olivia sounded through that voicemessage.
-"uh, hello? Um, hi...Kathy? uh...are you there? Can you pick up please? its us....me...Olivia.."
Kathy jumped out of bed. She stared at the machine. She couldn't beleive it, Olivia was her. She put her hand over her mouth acting as if she was going to hear her breathe over the phone.
-"Kathy, i know you're there...can you please pick up? im...im really scared right now...and...and uh i don't know what's going on. One moment im me...and the next...im..." Olivia's voice began to choke.
"I just need to know if this is real and that i'm not going crazy...I haven't told anyone about this yet. Not your family or anyone. They all think that i am you...and i guess physically i am, but....Kathy please..."
Kathy reached over.
-"Olivia you're not crazy!" she shouted.

Olivia was very thankful that Kathy was seeing the same thing she saw. She didn't however like the fact that she didn't know what happened either.
-"I...uh i don't...know. It had to have been something that we both did, or said, and we must have.." Just then, the lines disconnected.
-"hello? HELLO?...Kathy are you there?" She kept clicking on the tone button. Nothing.
Kathy tried to call back, but nothing.

-"Dammit" they both said. Olivia quickly looked at the end of the kitchen to see if anyone heard her shout. No one. Kathy began to pace back and forth. This just wasn't happening to her. Or Olivia. Or whoever.
Olivia tried one more time before she gave up for tonight and headed up for bed. She picked up the phone, but still nothing. She slammed the phone back down and turned off the lights. She walked past a door with loud noise coming from within. She heard what sounded like snoring. She figured it must be Elliot. She grinned as she stared at the bare door. Just then, form downstairs, Olivia heard the front door open. She walked to the top of the step to see who it was.
-"mom, what are you still doing up?" asked Kathleen.
Olivia sighed. "i uh had to go to the bathroom and check on the baby. Where you been? it's past midnight almost one"
-didn't you read that note i onced had to my door?" she said pointing to the door. Olivia's eyed followed it and saw nothing on that door. She figured that Kathy did read it before this change became so she just nodded and answered back," oh yeah i forgot. well come on, get to bed now. Now i can sleep knowing your home and safe."
-"yeah right" said Kathleen in a sacrcastic tone.
She watched her enter her room before Olivia walked back inside her room.

Kathy picked up the cell phone one more time. She knew that if the house phone wasn't working, this cell will work. She dialed out her house number and almost hit send until she thought that there would be nothing Olivia and she couldn't do at this hour. She laid back in bed with the cell phone cupped in her hands laying above her stomach.
-"oh lord please help me" she whispered before she shut her tired eyes. Olivia's eyes really.

Next Morning

Olivia was awake, but hadn't opened her eyes just yet. Her ears were open and alert, trying to hear the recognized sound she would always hear in her own bed. She heard nothing. Which meant she was still trapped in Kathy's body. She released her hand out from under the cover and felt her hair. It was still short, the way it used to be. She felt her face, still felt like her face, she could feel the scar she had on her lower left side of her neck, where Gitano had cut her 2 years ago. She sat up straight and looked through the mirror. She still saw Kathy Stabler.
-"ahh damn" she sighed out. It was 6:12 in the morning. It was still quite dark out. She got out and walked over to the curtain to open them up. She knew by this time, she would be up getting ready to take a shower, in her own bathroom. Then, eating a bagel or a toast and just wait for Elliot to come and pick her up. But she knew that wouldn't happen today, unless she was able to get ahold of kathy and have them reverse this switch. She sat back down on the bed, thinking about how this came about. What made these two people switch lives? Was it something they ate? something they said? Something they shared?

Elliot's cell phone alarm was going off until he finally woke up. He sat up and stretched his chest out. He rubbed his stomach and let out a yearning yawn. He got up to go use the restroom. He scratched his private area as he opened the bathroom door. Once finished, he hopped in th shower. Olivia heard the shower water turn on. It had to be Elliot. She got up and opened the door a little to view the end of the bathroom door. Steam was coming out and drifting into the hallway. Elliot scrubbed himself dry and wrapped the towel around his waist before he came out the bathroom. He walked over and into the bedroom.
-"mornin" mumbled Elliot to Kathy.
-"oh hey El" said Olivia. Elliot ignored the fact that Kathy again called him 'El'.
-"so uh where's that shirt you cleaned for me?" he asked in an assertive way.
Olivia stared at him in confusement. She really had no idea what Kathy did with that shirt.
-"uh, it should be in the closet huh" she mumbled. He looked inside but didn't find it.
-"nope, not here. Are you sure you washed it?" he asked again, like he was interrogating her. It was funny how he still acted like a cop, even to his own family.
-"Yea..yea im sure i did. I'll go look out in the living room or in the laundry room if you'd like?" she replied.
-"No no dont' bother, i'll just wear the shirt i had left in the locker i have at work."
Olivia knew what shirt he was talking about. It was a navy blue shirt with light yellow stripes. She had bought him a tie to wear for that. That,too, was also in his locker.
-"ok then" she answered happily. She couldn't go along with this cherade any longer. Sooner or later, this madness was going to pick up and Elliot would never want to believe either her or Kathy.

Really sorry about your aunt, hope she can get better and i have to say this story gets better every time i read it!! so hope u can UPDATE SOON! lol

well she is in the hospice, my aunt. She has liver cancer, and really no hope, only a God's miracle can save her now.

Elliot changed in his room while Kathy was down in the kitchen laying on the couch. He had to hurry up because Olivia was waiting for him. He texted her that he was on his way, which was a lie. He hadn't even gone to the coffee shop down his block for the both of them. He opened the door and checked on Eli one last time before he took off. He kissed him on his forehead and turned on the baby monitor. The had been awake already but was kicking and flailing his arms underneath the blankets. Elliot walked out the room and left the door open, for Kathy was going to come in to feed him soon. He hopped downstairs and turned on the baby monitor that was in the kitchen. He could hear his litle boy cooing and playing upstairs. He grabbed the monitor and walked it over to Kathy, who had her eyes shut on the couch.
-"you not get any sleep, like i thought" he asked her. Her eyes quickly shot open.
-"huh..oh yea. i guess not. You were right all along" she yawned out. She stretched her arms and yawned once more. Elliot stayed glaring at a tired Kathy.
-"well, here's the monitor. He's awake, but not fussy. So uh, i'll see ya tonight. I don't know what time i'll be home. Prolly late again". He hesisated because he knew Kathy was going to flip about his tardiness for coming home a lot lately.
-"Ok that's fine. Don't uh, get too stressed at work or anything. See you tonight El." She said as she rolled over on the couch. She wasn't actually going to sleep, she was just avoiding the "goodbye kiss" that he would have given her. She just shut her eyes and listened for Elliot to walk out the door.
-"Kathy, are you feeling okay? You just seem, really.....odd or something? Or is this just the time of the month already?" He kept looking down at her.
Olivia's eyes kept looking back and forth on the couch thinking of what to say. She couldn't say El, im not Kathy, im Olivia. Olivia Benson. Your partner. As much as she wanted to, she had to first talk to Kathy. No one else could know. She wanted Elliot to leave already so she could call Kathy and tell her not to go to work. To not answer the phone when Elliot would call. Just get out of her house. She couldn't let Kathy go to work for her. It wasn't a place for her to be in.
-"haha, no Elliot. I'm alright. I'm just kinda tired. But um, you should go. Time for work right? Go get that coffee before they run out down the street, right?" she chuckled.
-"How did you know i get coffee there?" he asked her.

Kathy was fully dressed and ready for this dreadful day. Another day of being Olivia Benson. She was still confused by this mess. She thought about every possible situation that could have happened to make this transformation occur. Could it have been the weather, or the stars and the moon connecting or that mumbo jumbo that she refused to believe? Or it could have been she pissed off some God, or Olivia must have prayed for something to happen like this. She was really just trrying to find a way to blame it on her. As much as she was grateful for Olivia, who literally saved her life when she had baby Elliot, she still could not hide the fact that she could not stand her. She hated that she was the one working with Elliot 24/7. Why could it not have been some fat gay guy partnered with him? Why someone like her. Kathy looked in the mirror and she saw a beautiful woman. She saw a brown haired, brown eyed, nicely figured woman. She was both smart and level headed, but on the inside, a seductresss. It didn't cross her mind that Elliot never had a crush on her, or was simply smitten with her. Then when Kathy looked at herself, away from the mirror, she saw a worn out woman, who seemed to have lost everything. Just then, Olivia's cell phone was ringing again.
-"he- hello?"
-"Kathy? it's me."
After all that, she was glad to hear Olivia's voice.
-"Olivia? thank God" she replied.
-"Hey, Elliot is on his way there now. Now listen to me, he's supposed to get you and then to work. But i'm not gonna let that happen."
-"well why not, i mean, don't you think he'll get suspicous if you, er you don't go? He still doesn't know right?"
-"No, of course not. I almost thought he knew, he kept asking question this morning. I had trouble geting him to leave the house."
-"Huh...that's funny. It doesn't take much to leave the house the rest of the time" Kathy chuckled furiously.
-"Yea well look, i want you to call him and tell him that you have to go meet Dr. Ribero today and that you can't work. Once you do that, then i want you to-"
Kathy cut in.
-"Olivia, why not let me just go? i mean, i think i can pull it off. I'd rather do that than trying to make an excuse as to why i can't go. Elliot's a stubborn man. He'll start to ask all questions and im afraid i'll mess it up. Come on, please let me do this" she pleaded.
Olivia thought about it. She hesitated before she said the ok to it.
-"Ok, well, then that's that. I'll call you from time to time to ask you for any questions or how things are going there ok?"
-"(sigh) yea ok. And Kathy.........be careful"

Sorry i wasnt on today peeps, i finally had the chance to, and its already midnight. I just wanted to say thanks for the reviews and concerns about my aunt.

When i get home from work tomorrow, the first thing i will do is update this story, i knw some people are a bit ansy for me to update! lol

Kathy waited anxiously for Elliot to come and pick her up. She thought about what she was going to face. She remembered how Elliot would feel when he came home from a hard day of work. How stressful and sad and sickening it was. He once told her that no one should have to face this, that there was no reason to. Whenever she would ask him then why he did it, he would simply relply "Someone has to". She never understood that, but Kathy had a funny feeling that by the end of tonight, she would.

Elliot used the elevator to come up to Olivia's apartment. He knocked on the door and waited for her to open the door. Kathy peeked through the eye hole to see if it was him. She opened it.
-"Hey....Elliot.." she was very nervous. She thought he would notice it was really her not Olivia.
-"Hey, gotchya your coffee." He said handing it to her.
She took it from his hand.
-"oh, uh thanks. so, we should go?" she asked.
-"Well we don't have to go in for another half hour. Can i come in" he chuckled.
She was puzzled by his reaction.Nonetheless, she stepped aside and let him in.
He sipped on his coffee as he sat on the couch.
Kathy took a sip of hers but suddenly spit it out. It got all over her shirt.

-"you ok Liv?" he asked standing up.
-"ugh....this tastes horrible" she smirked.
-"really? huh....mine tastes fine. I even tasted yours to see if i put enough sugar. Two packets, how you like it. It was just brewed too."
Kathy felt so stupid. She was Olivia now. If this was how Olivia liked it, then she had to like it.
-"oh, yea, well i did just brush my teeth, maybe that's just it. it just gave me a funny taste. Ugh im a mess, i gotta change again. Be right back" She walked back into Olivia's room to change her shirt.
Elliot remained seated on the couch.
Kathy just felt so stupid. This was tough for her. She knew throughout the day, she was going to do something...unOlivia like. But that wasn't going to stop her from doing what she, or Olivia rather, had to do. She anticipated what was going to happen tonight, she just had to meet Olivia so they could figure out how this whole scenario happened. Once she changed into another outfit, she walked back into the living room and found Elliot already outside the door.
-"I liked that shirt" he teased her.
She looked at him, not laughing.
-"ahem, never mind...let's go" he said turning around and towards the elevator.


Olivia couldn't stop shaking her feet. She had her arms folded across her chest and kept breathing anxiously. She dreaded what would happen to Kathy. She just didn't want her hurt or getting too upset because of the job. She should have just insisted that she not go to work. But just like Elliot, Kathy was very assertive. Just then a noise came from the couch. Olivia walked over and saw the baby monitor going off. She headed upstairs to Eli's room. She walked in and heard a hungry baby crying.
-"aww how's hungry huh?...yeah, you hungry baby? okay come on let's go get you somethin to eat, yes" she said in a bablylike comforting voice. As great as she was with kids, she felt very awkward holding Elliot's baby and acting like she was his mother. Although, it was something she was never able to do. Olivia has always been...well alone. She never really had to care for anyone but herself. Maybe Elliot at times, but that was another issue. This made her feel so content and needed.

Kathleen had gotten up already.
-"hey, you make breakfast already?" she asked, still half asleep.
-"uh...no. But..i will get on that now" Olivia replied back.
Kathleen grunted.
-"well wake me up when it's ready" she answered back.
-"ok sweetie" Olivia said. Kathleen turned her head quickly back at her mother.
-"sweetie? really mom? how babyish" She rolled her eyes and shut her bedroom door.
Olivia laughed and carried the baby downstairs.
-"ok, Eli, what should i feed ya huh? You want some babanas? huh yes...or you want some....applesauce?" she asked excitingly to the baby. The baby smiled and reached for her mouth. Olivia opened her mouth and pretended to eat his hand.
-"yum yum yum..." she laughed at him. Eli laughed with her. She felt that she was enjoying this more than the baby.
She placed the baby in the highchair while she cut a banana for him. She got out a bottle of milk for him and placed it on the highchair. she sat down next to him and began feeding him. It was so cute the way he ate it. When she would stick a banana in his mouth, his tongue would stick it back out and he would widen his lips to suck it back in. She giggled at him. He would make the cutest faces when eating the banana. After a while, he stopped accepting the banana pieces so Olivia took him out to give him his bottle. Eli was capable of holding the bottle himself and sitting there, but Olivia used up this advantage of caring for a baby. She looked in the cabinet and found the pancake mix, got out the ingredients and found some bacon in the fridge.
She mixed the pancake batter with one hand, Eli in the other. He kept messing with her hair and tried to grab her earrings. Olivia shook her head away from him and smiled at him. The fact that a child was smiling back at her, made her feel so happy. She was liking this whole mother experience. She was liking it a lot.

She placed the baby in the crib that was near the living room and went back to cooking. After a while, she finished finally, fixed four plates for her and the kids. It took her longer than usual only because she couldn't find the right cabinets or drawers to find a certain utensil. She walked over to Eli, picked him up and went upstairs. She knocked on Kathleen's door
-" hey, Kathleen, breakfast is ready for ya honey" she quietly said.
she grunted in her pillow.
-"finally"
Olivia just grinned and shut the door. She walked down to the twin's room. She knocked on the door and waited for a reply. But nothing. She opened it and saw two little sleepyheads.
She whispered,"hey, you two, come on, rise and shine, i made pancakes for you guys" Two heads shot up and got out of bed.
When she finally grabbed them out of bed, and into the kitchen, Dickie said,"mmmm, smells good down here mom". Olivia smiled.
-"yea but will it taste good?" Kathleen added in.
-"Well i hope so" Olivia answered.
They all sat around the table and began digging in.
Olivia stared at all of them while they ate. She smiled the whole time. Kathleen shot her head up from the plate and added, "ok, you hoped correct, it's pretty good"
-"well thank you." she said.
-"pretty good? this is awesome. Mom make this for us everyday ok?" said Lizzie.
Olivia laughed.
-"i'll try sweetie."

While Olivia sat comfortably in her, well Kathy's home with the kids, Kathy was merrily on her way to the SVU precienct. She didn't know what to expect. Of course, Kathy has been inside the precienct area to either drop off some lunch or dinner for Elliot. When she USED to. Or if it was something the kids wanted from him. She never really took the time to bother look around and see what it was they were working on. She dreaded seeing a picture of a dead body or a rape victim or suspect. But here was, Sitting in as Olivia, knowing good and well that no one else knew. She felt hot on the inside, her body was becoming like mush. her palms were sweating so bad, she couldn't hold on to the coffee cup Elliot bought for her. She hadn't taken another sip, just pretended to. She would lift it up to her lips and act in front of him that she was enjoying it. As the pulled in the lot and parked, Kathy opened the door quickly and discretly poured out the coffee. Elliot got out and walked around the car and up to the door. He held the door open for Olivia. Kathy walked inside and headed for teh elevators.
-"Where are you going?" asked Elliot.
-"Where are yuo going? I'm going to work" she smirked back.
-"The elevators are broken remember?" he said.
Kathy looked back at the elevators. A sign on one of them the clearly said "Use the stairs please"
-" Oh, yea..haha i forgot. Whoops."
Elliot laughed, "How could you forget, it's been broken for two weeks now, and you were the one who posted that sign on that elevator."
Kathy didn't look at him, she merely ignored him. She knew if she said anything else, he would catch on to her.

Elliot thought he pissed her off. He felt bad, and wanted to say sorry, but he knew she would bite him off. So he left it at that. When they got to the second floor, they saw Munch walking in their office.
-"Sup, Munch" hollered out Elliot.
Munch turned around to greet them both.
-"Hello, my fellow workers, i shake you warmly by the hand" He sticks his hand out to Elliot. Then to Olivia. Kathy sticks out her hand and Munch grabs it and kisses the top of her hand.
Kathy was so strucked, she yanked back.
-"Oh, im sorry, didnn't think i was that hideous that i couldn't be seen kissing your hand. I'll let Elliot do that for ya." He winked at Elliot and headed inside the office. Elliot looked at her and she at him. He rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders. He again, held the door open for her and let her go in first.
Kathy held her breath as she walked in. As if a disease were in the air and didn't want to contract it.
She saw many other detectives scurrying along the room. The pungent smell of coffee and what smelled like BO. Papers were on the floor, phones were ringing, a light bulb from a lamp by the window kept flickering. Elliot headed towards his desk and took a seat. Kathy followed him and saw the desk right across from his. She knew that that was Olivia's desk. It had to have been. Kathy pulled out the chair and sat down. She carefully sat down as if not to break anything. She saw the picture frames Olivia had on the desk. One with her mother, one with a man, he had short, brown wavy hair. He resembled her a little bit. The last one was with her and Elliot with Fin crouched down in front of them holding a gang sign. Elliot had both his arms around her, like a side hug and Olivia had her hands on his elbows. Kathy couldn't help but laugh. It was amazing what kind of chemistry they had after work.

The captain came out of his office and walked over to Elliot and Olivia. His detectives were finally here, ready for another dreadful day here at Special Victims Unit.
-"ok you two, so Huang is coming over in a few to do another one of those assessment tests. Now don't get too excited over this now." He teased.
-"ah dammit" Elliot mumbled under his breath.
-"well you nominated yourself to go first Detective" Cragen said to a cranky Elliot.
-"come on Cap'n. why do we even need those anymore. We're fine." argued back Elliot.
-"Are you, Elliot? are you really? Besides, i can't have a say in this madness, it's just something that is manditory, especially for this department. So perpare yourselves."
Munch chimes in,"Well if that's how the government wants us to think, then i guess that just means the world is corruptive and controlling"
-"....In other news, we still have to find some more evidence linking Spencer to the Kidnap, rape and death of William. We gotta have all that good stuff in order for us to convict him. ADA Shields is stepping in on this one. He was going to stop by as well to give us some update and info from the DA. Give us something we can work on to convict this sonofabi***"
-"Well, we still gotta go talk with Warner, she ever call back with the DNA results?" asked Elliot, seeming more calm.
-"Yea, she wants you two to see something first. So why don't you two go there now before your assessments" ordered Cragen.
Elliot sighed and got out of his chair. The entire time, Kathy just sat back and listened. She had to take everything in and tried to understand what they were doing.Apparently, a man named Spencer, in a suspect in a rape/kidnap/murder case of a boy named William. She was hoping that they wouldn't have to see this dead boy. She was so in her thoughts, she didn't hear Elliot call her name the first two times.
-"Ol...iv....ia?.." Elliot taunted.
Kathy looked behind her and saw Elliot waving his hands in her face.
-"oh what?" she asked.
-"you coming to the locker room with me? i gotta get changed first."
Kathy just stood up and that was an good enough answer for him. They walked out and to the locker room. When they reached the door, Kathy began to recognize this room. He opened the door and walked in. Kathy followed after him.
This was the place where he took her a year ago. This was the room where she told him that she was pregnant with Eli. This same place where she begged Elliot to come back home, not for the kids, but for her.
Yes, all of those memories came flowing in her head.
Elliot unlocked his locker and grabbed a shirt that hung on a hanger inside.
He took off his one shirt he had and took the shirt off the hanger. Kathy, were concerned that she was in there, being Olivia, she turned her head to not watch him.
-"oh come on, you've seen me many times change my shirt. Why today, must you look away?" Elliot chuckled.
Kathy lowered her eyebrows. Has Olivia been watching him dress and undress here at work?
This was beginning to feel like she was at home, like nothing ever happened. Like he knew that she was Kathy. But a reflection she saw in the mirror, proved her wrong when she saw an image of Olivia.

Elliot drove them down to Dr. Warner's office to see what she had for them.
They got inside and into the coroner's office.
-"Hey, Melinda." greeted Elliot.
Dr. Warner had been cutting open a body. It looked like a young male. Caucasion, blonde hair. He had what looked like bruises on his face and upper chest. A blinding white cloth had covered the rest of his body.
-"Oh, my God, is that William" blurted out Kathy, looking away with her left hand over her eyes.
Elliot looked at her, and reached for her hand. He pulled it down and held on to it.
-"Olivia, you ok? what's wrong?"
-"that.....that..kid.. is that William?" Kathy said in disgust. She felt so naucious.
-"Liv, you know what the victim looks like. Come on, what are you doing?" he said while squeezing her hand.
Kathy quickly opened her eyes and turned to face a confused Elliot and Warner.
-"look, Liv i know it smells bad in here, but i thought you'd be used to that smell by NOW" said Dr. Warner.
-"yea...yea i..i am. I'm just...you know Elliot, i think it was that coffee i drank. It must have upset my stomach or something, i should get out of here for a second."
-"What coffee? you didn't even drink it" said Elliot.
Kathy lied,"what? yes i did."
-"nooo, you spilled it out when we got to work, i saw you empty it by the car." he chuckled.
Kathy was in deep. Her heart beat began to increase. It was so loud she thought he would hear it too.

That was some great writing!! I like how nice Elliot is so nice to Olivia *wish they could be that way on the show lol*, if i was Kathy i would be jealous lol and its so cute how you have the pic with el half hugging liv *i can just pic it in my head * lol Plz update this great story soon!!

After Olivia finished cleaning the kitchen, she took the baby upstairs to the bedroom. She placed him on the bed and she laid right beside him. Of course, the baby turned on his stumach and tried to crawl over the bed. Olivia kept a close eye that he wouldn't fall off. Olivia had grown to love to play with Eli. A baby, that wasn't afraid of being around her. Before, when Olivia was actually Olivia, baby Eli was afraid to go to her. He would cry and want to go back with either Kathy or Elliot. But baby Eli was all over her this time. Mainly because she was his mother. She was Kathy, for the time being. Olivia was left at home by herself with the baby. Kathleen went out with her friend while the twins went to the video game store with their friends. Olivia didn't know what to do with herself except play with the baby. She never did this. Sit at home with a child the entire day. It was relaxing and comforting while at the same time, she felt useless. She wasn't at the precinct where she is known to be at. She began to feel that strange vibe again. She couldn't beleive Kathy did this everyday. Thinking about her, Olivia quickly imagined how she was doing at work. She also wondered how the kidnap case of that William was doing. Had they convicted Spencer yet? Found a possible match to the DNA that they found a couple days ago.

-"Well, anyways, i called you down to tell you that i did find a match from the DNA you presented to me" Dr. Warner went on to say. " It's deffinatley a match-only not to your suspect. It didn't show up in my system, but it might on VICAPS. A male, and it seems to have similar matches to Wiliam. We might be looking for a relative in the family"
-"Well William's dad died three years ago. His grandfathers are both deceased. No brothers. I think he had two uncles though, didn't he Liv?"
Kathy was drawing a blank. She pretended to think about it though, as if she did really know.
-"well, whatever the case, we'll look into it thanks." Elliot said. He walked out the door and before Kathy could follow him, someone grabbed her wrist.
-"Olivia, you sure you're ok? you want some aspirin or something?" asked Dr. Warner.
-"Oh uh no im fine, i guess i just need some fresh air or something" Kathy thought out.
-"well ok, you just seem 'out of the zone' right now. (laughs) you know?"
-"oh (fakes laugh) yea you're right. I guess it was some of that drinkin i had done last night." And with that, Kathy walked out. As she made her way to the car that Elliot had already turned on, she noticed a mother and sister walking inside the building she came out of. They were both crying and holdig each other close.
Kathy turned and got in the car. She took a deep breath. Elliot had his head turned watching the door of the building.
-"You see them? that's William's mom and sister. Why didn't you say anything to them just now?" he asked her.
-"Well what was i supposed to say Elliot" Kathy asked angrily"
He turned to look at her, he showed a sarcastic face at her.
-"oh i don't know, maybe, 'Hey, you want me to walk in there with you?' or ' i should go with you' OR better yet, ask about any male relatives that spent time with William. God, Liv"
Elliot sighed and reversed the car and out of the parking lot. Kathy couldn't say anything. She felt bad. She was making Olivia seem bad towards him. She didn't want him to think Olivia couldn't do her job anymore. It wasn't her fault though. This curse or whatnot happened.
Inside the car, it was silent. The radio wasn't on, Elliot was focused on the street, and Kathy just viewed the scenery.
Finally, Elliot spoke up
-"Hey, im sorry ok?" He reached for her hand that lay on the handle bar.
Kathy felt the touch and stared at his hand. She flinched and got out of his reach.
-"It's ok. It was my fault Elliot."
He nodded his head. "So, you wanna go grab a bite?"
Kathy looked at him. She was overcome by jealousy once again. She knew that no matter what they did together, it would never be Elliot and Kathy. It was going to be Elliot and Olivia. Olivia was the woman he was taking out for a burger. Not Kathy. Although, nothing would happen because Elliot promised to be there for her anyways. But what would make it worse was that, either way he would be with Olivia. He was technically with Olivia right now, but when he goes home, he would be with the real Olivia. Only in her body. She was frustrated with it.
-"Don't we have to get back to work for that assessment thingy?"
-"oh crap, i forgot. (sighs) alright, we'll just go out tonight or somethin" he said.
Kathy swallowed and kept quiet again.

When they finally got back to the precinct, Kathy sat back down at her desk and fixed up the stack of papers that were scattered across the desk. She honestly did not know how Olivia kept organized at work. Elliot was in the captain's office talking about what she thought was the information Warner gave to them.

Huang walked into the precinct and saw Olivia at her desk
-"Mornin, Olivia"
Kathy didn't respond.
-"Olivia?" he asked.
Still nothing. Huang began walking over to her and said in a louder tone
-"Olivia, good morning"
Kathy looked up at him.
-"oh im so sorry, hello, i mean good morning. How are you?"
-"I'm fine but i think i should be asking you that. Well i will in a little bit. Elliot is up first. If you see him, tell him i'm upstairs setting up for the assessment." Kathy nodded and went back to her cleaning.
As Elliot walked out, he and Cragen were finishing their conversation. Elliot nodded and went to his desk.
He sighs.
-"ah man, i really cannot wait for that friggin interrogation thing Huang has got us into." Kathy glared up at him and told him that he was here already.
-"Yea, he's upstairs, and that he would wait for you".
-"Dammit. ok, well i'll be back in a little bit". He stood up and headed upstairs.

After a good half hour passed, and the endless boredom that Kathy had, Elliot finally came back down and took a seat in his chair. The noise Elliot made scared Kathy. She came out of her daze she had and asked
-"so..how'd it go?"
-"sucked. your turn"
-"me? well what does he want?"
-"the usual. Asks those personal, but idiotic questions." He mimicks Huang 'So, Elliot has dealing with the current case of this littke boy, does it make you think about your children?' ugh. I think i aswered that question the last time we did this. And its like the same question, only worded different. He tries to break you, but im used to it i guess. Well he's ready for you"
Kathy's eyes began to sting. The questions that he was going to ask, she was afriad she'd melt and screw Olivia over on the job. She had to be strong. THe fact though, that Huang would ask that question to Elliot about his kids, made her a bit teary eyed.
-"Here goes nothin" she sighed out. Elliot smiled at her as she walked up the steps.

...idk if i should take that as a compliment or an insult. LOL maybe if you read this story from the beginning, you'll see that this has nothing to do with Kathy destroying Elliot's life. I understand why you don't like her because you're a big EO fan? am i right? lol

Elliot was sitting in his chair typing his old DD5's and trying to get rid of his work so he'd finish early. When he had none left, he reached over Olivia's desk to work on some of hers. He wanted both of them to finish early. Munch had taken Cragen out to lunch at the moment, so Elliot was left by himself at the office. His phone began to go off. It was a text message, he could tell by the ringtone he set for it. It was from Kathy. Probably another message to get something from the store. He read it and it said
"Hey how's work going?"
Elliot stared at the message, wondering why in the world she texted him that. She never thought of texting him something like that. He decided to text back anyways.

Olivia was so bored, she texted Elliot about work. She didn't think anything of it, she just sent it to him. The baby had taken a nap, so she was completely alone. Olivia just wanted someone to talk to. Kathy's phone began to buzz. She opened it and saw a mesage was sent to her. It was from Elliot.
"it's going ok. Is everything ok there?"
Olivia wrote back.

Elliot finished one file for Olivia when his phone was vibrating. He turned it on vibrate so no one cuold hear it.
"Yea. I was bored. srry if i bothr'd u."
Kathy was known to not write in 'txt' languange. She was always precise with her texts. He was actually liking the conversation they were having so far. Olivia was upstairs with the Huang, so there was nothing else to do.

Olivia didn't want to keep texting, she didn't know if Kathy was around wondering why she was texting him Her phone buzzed again.
"Well y r u bored? go shopping or sumthing"
Olivia laughed. She didn't have any money on her, and she did not want to use their credit card for shopping.

Elliot read her text she sent him
"Naw, i'll just sit here..alone. The kids r out and the baby is sleepin. Dont wanna wake him."
Elliot wrote one last text quickly because Cragen and Munch were back from their quick lunch. He sent the text when Cragen asked Elliot where Olivia was.
-" she's with Huang right now."
-"You went first though right?" asked Cragen.
Elliot nodded his head. Cragen had Elliot work on the William case, he wanted him to go to William's home to talk to his mom about any male relatives that were close to William.
-"Shouldn't i wait for Liv?" he asked.
-"No, it'll be a while before he gets done with her. you go, i'll let her know where you were" Elliot stood up and walked out. He looked upstairs to see Huang talking to Olivia.

Well i'll see u 2nite then.
That wasn't the type of message she wanted to read. She expected him to write something that would cheer her up or something funny like he would always text her. But she was forgetting that she was Kathy now and she couldn't expect much from Elliot while she was Kathy.
