If you go to the main page at www.usanetwork.com and click on the Monk tab you will see the Freak Out promo.
I wish they do a new psych/monk promo again.

They're running a promo right now that advertises that both shows' new seasons begin July 18th. It has clips from both shows. I just started seeing it yesterday so it's fairly new.
