Ooh, don't say that loud in a crowded room. That whole other "USA, the Law and Order network" thread disappeared. I think I angered the gods. Ssssssssssssssssssshhhhhh.

I don`t know what`s up with that. It is on right now as usual. I like the show but have seen each one dozens of times.

I've counted at least four L&O-athons in the past two weeks. They may not have announced them as marathons but 5 or more episodes back to back, and I call it a marathon. Monk has a new season starting in about three weeks. They should also be pushing that. Where the weekends are dead zones for Monk, how about popping a few episodes in on the Saturdays and Sundays between now and the 18th? They're still running their regular schedule. Three a day but you're only getting two different episodes a day.

I agree! Law and Order has already started their new season. Why not do Marathons or just show a few extra Monk episodes to promote the new season.

How about 8-10 hours of Monk once a week? So in addition to the Fridays, they have this Sunday slated for another thon. Damn.

Let's hope we get our fill of Monk this month! We deserve it after all of these L&O mini-marathons.

Anyone else amused that the show about catching murderers is on so often it make me want to off the program directors?

I swear it, just one more marathon and I'm going to add them to my human hunting permit list. (Dont worry, I wouldnt hunt any animal that couldnt brush it's teeth when told. That would just be cruel!)

Well being a BN fan I can't complain about this marathon. I believe this is the first time they've actually shown a BN marathon. At least it isn't L&O for once. Just wait, us Monk fans will get our due in 2 weeks!

I can't really fault them for pushing Burn Notice--it's a new series and as someone mentioned, they haven't been playing them nonstop 24-7. I still think they need to have a Monkathon between now an the 18th, at least 6 hours long. I think they're not tripping over themselves to push Monk because it doesn't need pushed. rofl.

Isn't there a Monk marathon the week of the season premiere? I thought someone mentioned that. I don't have the time to try to find when it is, but I swear someone said there was going to be one soon.

Someone said something about that but it's just about right on top of the start of the new season--I could be wrong. I'd like to see them Monkathon it a week or so in advance.

If I am not mistaking, there is a Monk Marathon next Friday, July 11.

I haven't checked but that's very good news--I'm so disgusted with TV right now and I get no boxing tomorrow on espn2, I've literally been Monkathoning since last weekend. I mean NOTHING else has been on my TV for a week. Between the 21 monkisodes I have recorded on my DVR and my season 5 DVD set, I just haven't been watching anything else. Not a single thing. Perhaps this is what people do just before they go nuts. rofl. I have a Wings Season 3 disk from Netflix I may pop in some time tomorrow. Beyond that, it's all Monk, all the time. lol.

Your welcome. Anytime!! That is to funny that you have them all recorded. I have seen all of the episodes as well, but my TV will be turned on USA all day that day if for no other reason than for the ratings, although I do plan on watching them.

yea i love L&O but i do have to say that i've had enough with these marathon of them! lol with SVU and CI always on, i can only depend of my two episodes of Monk. if im not watching SVU, im watching Monk....on my dvds!! lol
