Hey folks, now as you may or may not have known:
RAW does NOT, I repeat, does NOT have a World Heavyweight Champion.
Now, RAW does have Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase, Jr. as the WWE World Tag Team Champions and Kofi Kingston as the NEW WWE I-C Heavyweight Champion and as for the WWE Women's Championship, Mickie James is still the Champ.
But, RAW does NOT have a World Champion on their brand.
Triple H and Edge have def. Cena and Batista to keep their titles.
and as for ECW, they have the U.S., Tag Team and the ECW World Title BACK on their brand as Mark Henry def. Kane and the Big Show.
and so, w/o RAW having a World Heavyweight Champion or a GM and w/Micheal Cole and The King together again on RAW, there's only one thing to ask:
Will Monday Night RAW EVER be the same....again?
That's the Question!

It has changed for the better it looks like.We really needed this change!
The title situation is fishy though,i mean RAW has NO World Title while SD has no Mid card title.ECW Has no tag team titles, yet the WWE Tag team champions are from ECW and most of the challengers are from ECW.Plus the US Title is now on ECW.Its Crazy right now.
Oh and i have not been on much last week,i was on vacation at the beach so im back Now!

I smell a Smackdown vs. RAW storyline in the works...

but as for your question, yes RAW will have a World Title back, it's just a matter of how they'll get it and when.

Hi Bubba here, looks like I was right about Punk cashing in The Money In The Bank clause and winning the belt. Good for Punk.

I thought RAW was extremely well-written tonight...
With new faces resulting from the WWE Draft, J.R. being sent to Smackdown, and the end of the Million Dollar Mania, the WWE is really experimenting to see if this shake-up will help the ratings... if not, you will see Vince back sooner than later resuming his $1,000,000 give aways...
