Fin~
There was never a doubt in his mind that everything would go back to normal her at his precinct. With his partner being arrested and charged with murder a month ago, and him going off on one of his trusted friends, Elliot. He felt bad about that, really he did, but what else could he do, Lake was in trouble and he had to help him. The papers were already filled out, and all he had to do was juast say the word to Cragen, and he'd be out of there. He loved his job though. Even though he was a tough guy, he still had a gentle heart and warmth with the victims. It was here, where he spent his past 5 years, rescuing lives, hunting down the perps, listening to the occasional conspiracy from his old partner Munch. Even then, he knew that it was time for him to depart and start something new of himself. Maybe just leave the justice department altogether. Start his own company, he did earn a degree in Entrepenuerial and Marketing Business. Or begin with his rapping career. He loved to write and put all his thoughts through a rap. Or just find a woman to settle down with. He did have his eye on Novak, until she was suspended and he didn't get to see her as much and found that she had a boyfriend already. That one defense attourney, Langdon.
He walked into the office and went to his desk. It was halfway empty. Just a picture of him and the gang, his computer and a little radio Munch got him for Christmas one year. Munch was out, and Ellito and Olivia were not in yet. Better that they weren't. He didn't want to face them after the whole scherade he caused with the both of them. He felt embarrased but nonetheless ashamed. He sighed and then began to walk toward Captain cragen's office. He had been expecting him.

Olivia~
Things weren't the same between she and Elliot since the whole ordeal with Fin, Lake, and Novak. All she really had was Elliot, but she couldn't very well talk to him. It was just this: Elliot would pick her up for work. Dead silence in the car. The go inside the precinct and get a case. They would go all over the city, if nessecary to talk with either a vitcim or a suspect. Then come back, discuss or analyse with Cragen or Huang about a crime scene or a suspect. Do some more research until they got the OK from Cragen to go home. They go to the locker room to refresh themselves and it was just instinct to follow Elliot out to the car, again in silent heading home. They haven't gone out for drinks, or hit the coffee house just two blocks from work, and just talk. It wasn't that way after Fin blew up with Elliot and he felt ashamed and hurt. She tried before to talk to him, but Elliot always said "Kathy needs me.." or "Kathy wants me to get some diapers for Eli, gotta go" right before he took off after dropping her at her apartment. She couldn't invite him over to her apartment to sit and have a beer and pizza like she used to. She was losing her Best friend.

Elliot~
A man of dignity and power. A father to 5 beautiful children and a respected husband to Kathy Stabler. Who was he kidding when he thought this? He wasn't any of the above. It was a waste of time to even think that he was. He was a failure at whatever he did. Hurt everyone around him, was a kitty when it came to owning up to his mistakes. He totally shunned Fin, Lake, the captain and the one that meant more than anything, Olivia. He grew up to beleive that he had to take care of everything and everyone he knew or cared about. Lately, he hadn't been doind either. Last week, Kathy gave him a choice of being a man and start talking to her, or just going back to the way things used to be before Eli was born. Needless to say, he is back at his old house sleeping on a dusted matress and eating leftover pizza. He began drinking, which later turned to reading the bible and visiting his priest. He confessed some gruesome and vile stories that needed to be confessed. He knew that talking to Father was not the right person to talk to about these things. But he didn't want to bug Olivia about it. He knew she was probably mortified byt these tales as well seeing as she encounters them just like he.
He just picked up his partner, and made their quiet way to work. He noticed Fin's car parked out in front.
-"Fin is here, El" said Olivia.
-"yea, i see"
He was nervous to think what he was diong here. He last saw Fin when he was in his face about what a dog he was.
you're a bulldog stabler. Quick to assume, slow to admit when you're wrong. Makes for a good cop but a lousy human being.
He could never forget what he said to him. He felt stupid in front of him Munch and Olivia. When Munch handed him Fin's transfer request, he knew he screwed up big time with everyone.

well i lost my voice today! lol so i sound like crap!haha but i just found out im going to CALIFORNIA in two weeks and im verrrry excited!!! anyWHO................

CRAGEN~
He had always been dedicated and true to his job.He was allowed to do so by the honored and respected detectives behind him. Everything was going great with this squad. Or so Captain Cragen thought. Last night, Cragen took a walk down in Central Park and down the dirty streets. That was where he baught a bottle of whiskey. and in his office is where he secretly drank it all. He lost one of his good friends,Casey. He always thought she did the right thing. He felt helpless when he saw that he could do nothing more to help her keep her job. And with Lake, he never really got to work or soend a good amount of time with him to really know him. He noticed how distant Stabler and Benson were becoming. How Fin had remotely left this joint and Munch, well he was just off on another tangent. With all that goes wrong, its only fair to say that he is to blame for all of it. All the catastrophe, all the dreading, all the breaking.

MUNCH~
Nothing ever really bothers him. He always saw that everything happens for a reason. He was in God's mysterious game that was being played here in the precinct. He was spending lots of time with Huang where they would talk about miraculous things. Like how humans were created, and why we die. Is it for a purpose. Where do we go after earth? are we wanted someplace else? Are we really being watched? by who? Big Brother? was he really telling the truth? He didn't really beleive himself sometimes. He was always an observant person. For instance, he knew that Lake was known to go biserks on someone, it was only a matter of time. Elliot and Liv, they hadn't been acting the way they used too. He always imagined the both of them getting together someday. Only until he heard the Elliot got Kathy pregnant again. "oh well" he used to say to himself. he really did want Olivia to find a man. Maybe someone who would bring happiness in her dreary life. He knew that she was wanting a baby. He found out that she secretly kept a boyfriend from Elliot. pretty balsy he thought. There really isn't anything that Munch needed or desired. Just the need to keep an eye or two open.

FIN~
"So cap'n, you know you got my paper outta here. all i got to do now is, sign em i guess right?"
-"yea, uh i got'em right here."
He signs them right on his desk. He stands up straight and hands the papers to him.
-"you sure this is what you want? because you know there's no going back, Fin"
He thought about it for a sec
"dumpin my phone was a b**** move stabler, yeah i called him i didnt think he'd run!"
-"you shoulda stayed out of it" shouted Elliot
-"he's my partner
-"who you helped him made a rat!"
-"Fin, you ok?" asked Cragen.
-"yea, im good Cap'n. It's time for me to roll. i will say to you sir that it had been an honor working under you. you the best man, and i want you to know that."
-"yes well....ahem..thank you. you will be missed by EVERYONE."
-"haha i don't know bout that one cap'n. see you around. maybe we can go for some drinks later"
-"uh, i don't drink anymore Tutuola!"
Fin just winked at him and closed the door behind him.

Elliot~
With Olivia nagging him about finally talking to Fin now that he had the chance, he couldn't really concentrate on anything else as they walked into the precinct. He just felt so bad for what he had done, to not only Fin but the whole job. Everything was going wrong with him, between the job and his family. He wanted to beleive that he could make both better. But who was he kidding? He imagined himself breaking down in front of Olivia. He didn't want her to see him like that. She was the only person he felt secure and strong with. Kathy kicked him out like a dog, Fin referred to him as a dog. He just wanted to bad to be treated like Elliot again.
They both walked in the squadroom together and Elliot went straight to his locker upstairs. Olivia went to her desk until she saw Elliot turn direction. She followed him.
Fin noticed Olivia go upstairs and wondered if Elliot was with her. He followed her upstairs too.
She walked in and saw Elliot sit down on the cot.
-"el, you okay?"
-"huh, yeah im good why?
-"well you're in here, and...Fin is down there"
-"Yea i know."
-"well...dont you think you outta go down there and talk to him before he leaves?"
-"he's not gonna leave Liv, okay?
Fin opened the door and felt something block it. Olivia jumped back.
-"oh, my bad, Liv, i just thought i'd-" and then he saw him, sitting there on the cot.

Fin~
Damn, he didn't know Elliot was already up here. He almost walked back, but that would have meant he was chickening out.
-"sup El?"
Elliot looked up at him and simply said, "hey Fin, how you doin?"
-"uh, im good you know, just takin it easy. Hey Liv can i talk to you?"
Olivia, who was standing back with her hands on each side of her waist, be alert to break up any fight that was about to happen, looked up at Fin in confusement. She really wanted them two to talk.
-"uh, yeah sure."
-"in private"
She looked at Elliot who was still staring at the tiles on the dirty floor. She walked outside with Fin following bhind her.

Olivia~
Oh crap, what now? she thought. She felt so uncomfortable talking to Fin. She didn't really want to talk to him. She felt she'd say something wrong. She just wanted Fin to stay and have everything go back to normal. Really only to get her and Elliot back to normal.
-"so what's up? how you hanging in?"
-"oh you know. im just been doin a lot of thinkin, i already talked to Cragen and im offically outta the squad.I'm thinkin bout just doin something fresh and somethin that will keep me happy and movin ya know?"
Olivia simply nodded and looked away. She kept her eye on the door behind Fin to see if Elliot would come out.
-"Well, Fin, i must say that i'm really going to miss you and i hope we are still good friends. There is no hard feelings between us or anyone here. And i speak for everyone when i say-"
He inturrupts her
-"naw, don't say 'speak for everyone' when i know for sure that 'everyone' means it. you know? They can own up to their apologies and they dont need you to do their dirty work"
-"Fin, come on. look, El feels really bad about this, do you know how hard it is for h-"
-"No Liv, you know how hard it is for me to accept the fact that i been working with someone i thought trusted me, respected me, beleived in Me?"
Olivia was becoming frightened by the loudness of Fin's voice. She knew Elliot was giong to come out any minute and say something.
-"ok Fin, ok. im sorry. Look, let's just go out somewhere tonight? huh, you and me. no Elliot."
-"naw, i gota stuff to do. Gotta go...just do stuff. i'll take a raincheck."
He sighed.
-"I'll see you around girlie. Stay strong, keep 'em in line you hear me?"
She giggled.
-"ok Fin." They hugged and in the corner of her eye, she saw Elliot peeping through the cracked door.

Why couldn't he just man up and apologize?

~Elliot
He should have just opened the door and told Fin everything, instead of having Olivia do the dirty deed. He hadn't felt more like crap than ever before. Elliot turned away from the door and sat back down on the cot. He lay down and listened to Olivia's faint voice as she said bye to Fin one last time. He knew that she was going to come in any second and tell him off. Question him why he didn't come out and apologize. He just held his eyes shut.
He heard the door open, and saw a bright flash hit his face then quickly fade. He opened his eyes and saw Olivia hovering over him. He jumped back and looked at her.
-"what?"
-"you know what Elliot. God, what is it with you men, why is it so hard for you to accept the fact that maybe you did jump to conclusions and made a mistake. Why not own up to those mistakes, El?"
He didnt really have anythign to say to her. He was ashamed and speechless for that matter to explain himself to her.

~Olivia
As she stood there, watching her partner scramble in his mind for a perfect anwser to give her. She just wanted him to talk to her and finally open up to her about everything. She missed her Elliot. Her partner that she could confide in him for whenever she needed to. As much as she hated to say it, She blamed Fin and Lake for all of this. Had it not been for them, they could have been so much happier than now with each other. It was impossible to think that it was going to go back to the way it was before.

~Elliot
He didn't want to think about it anymore. He just wanted Liv to forget about Fin for a second so that he could finally talk with her. Like real talk.
-"Can you sit with me for a second?"
Without hesitating, Olivia sat down right next to him. She placed her hands in her lap and stared at the floor.
-"I..i uh, just want to figure out something first before i do anything with Fin or the captain or whoever's left. I want to figure us out first. Can i do that?"
He finally shifted his vision to his partner, who looked like she was about to cry.

~Olivia
Figure us out first? she thought. Did he read her mind, had he realized that they were so messed up too? she was beginning to feel a little better.
-"yea, of course. what's wrong?"
-"I just want to know if you feel safe with me. Like do i still have it?"
She was in confusement.
-"Have what, El?"
-"Do i still seem fearless towards you, or i mean everyone. Do i still make sense anymore?"
-"Elliot, you don't even make sense now...i dont know....haha....im lost with you"
He chuckles. It was the first smile she had seen on him in a while.
-"i just wanted to make sure that you don't think im....you know...a loser...a...quitter or a damn sorry excuse for a man."
-"oh...never El, you never, nor were you ever seen any less of a man to me. And i do feel safe with you, i feel confident to have you as my partner. You're the only partner i really had. That is, one that i feel confident with."

~Cragen
-"Where the Hell are my detectives?" he yelled as he stood outside his empty squadroom. He saw Munch sitting at his desk playing with his plastic doll he had laying on the desk. Huang was just coming in with several files in his hands.

~Huang
-"Am i too early for you all this morning?" He was a doctor, and FBI agent, a wonderous eye for this squadroom. Before, Cragen always asked him to keep a special eye out for Detectives Benson and Stabler. The many feudal arguments or the attachments they each had on a certain case that would conflict with each other's thoughts or idea. And once, the relation they had for each other. If it was more than just that of partnership. He knew that they could possibly have a more depth relationship outside of work. Even when Elliot was out of his marriage and suitted for a divorce. Lately, with the whole ordeal with Fin and Stabler, Cragen had asked him to seriously keep all options open with not only those two, but everyone.
-"what's going on Captain?"
-"well my one detective already left, my top two are missing, possibly just late and the lazy ass over there seems bored to be here, so you tell me, which one is more pathetic?"
-"ahhh, why don't i just get started setting up these pics and info for you. Stabler is here, i saw his car outside"
-"well then that mean that theyre both here. Elliot usually picks up Benson to work. Where the hell are they?"

~Stabler
-"so, you're okay being with me?"
Olivia laughed and hit his shoulder with hers.
-"yea of course i am. are you okay with me El?"
-"yea, im fine. i just, felt like we weren't working out anymore. I didn't want you to seem like you would need to run to Cragen again and have me wind up with another partner. I can't bear to lose someone else."
-"oh come on, i wouldnt do that. and besides you didn't technically lose Fin, you just need to tal-"
-"I wasn't talking about Fin"
She just stared at him.
-"well who then?"

~Cragen
He walked up to the door of the locker room and heard his two detectives talking.
-"You two gonna sit and chat like some ol' ladies on a bench or are you gonna actually get to work now?"
The two detectives stood up so quickly, they accidentally hit each other's chest.
-"Yea cap'n, we were just leaving" said Stabler.
-"well come on then, Huang is h ere. He's got something for us to see."
