The WCW World Light-Heavyweight Championship
Long before the Cruiserweight Title and long before the WWE had their version of the Light-Heavyweight Championship, their was the WCW World Light-Heavyweight Championship.
The WCW World Light-Heavyweight Championship was held by the likes of only 4 men during its 1 year history of the belt.
Scotty Flamingo (Raven), Jushin "Thunder" Liger, Brad Armstrong (son of Bullet Bob Armstrong) and of course, the late Brian Pillman.
Brian Pillman has held the title twice, and Brad Armstrong was the last one to hold the belt.
Sadly, in the fall of 1992, the title was abandoned and forgotten by WCW Management.
But thankfully, the NWA has their version of the Light-Heavyweight Championship.
and in 1996, WCW introduced the Cruiserweight Championship which would later end up in the WWE, before they abaonded it in 2008.
and that is you look @ the short-lived history of the WCW World Light-Heavyweight Championship.
