Not sure if this means a movie like a remake of Walken's movie, or one to finish the show, it doesn't say if it'd be a tv movie or an actual movie, movie either.

At least it is some good news!! Maybe the syndication ratings are just good enough!!

Don't worry about it. The forums have been acting up all night. Admin will take care of it. Thanks again for the article. smile.gif

They're just talking about it, nothing definitive yet, so don't start the party just yet.

And from reading the article you can figure out that if there will be a movie, it will be a movie of the TV-series, not of the original DZ movie.

Also one thing the article doesn't say if it'd be a TV movie or an actual movie. I would think TV Movie because it'd be hard to have the movie make sense to those who didn't really watch the show and it would provide a more fitting way to wrap up the series, but the way AMH references The X Files and Sex and the City makes you wonder.

I'm hoping talk about this picks up because interest in the show will drop for most people as the cancellation runs on.

ohmy.gif I won't get my hopes up but I'll keep my fingers crossed. I never thought I'd even read something saying there was "talk" of such a thing or even the slightest possibility. I'd love for this to happen and allow us to see a proper ending to the show.

Here's hoping for a DZ movie too. But meanwhile the new Batman movie with Mike is out this month. That I want to see.

If there's a movie, it better be long and complete and it better wrap things up.

I don't want some silly no ending, no story arc X-Files movie.

At leat they didn't tack on a lame ending like CBS did years ago with "Golden Years", the show that made me boycott CBS to this day.

I don't play games with these networks and their bottom line only attitude. Sometimes they need to stand up for art and for the fans that have been watching the show. Maybe there weren't as many of us as they needed to keep the ad revenue high enough to line their pockets, but I think those of us who DID sit through endless diet aid and pimple cream ads deserve more than the hearty middle finger USA gave us.
