The WrestleMania that’s been 25 years in the making will take place inside Houston’s Reliant Stadium on Sunday, April 5, 2009. However, you are cordially invited to take part when the “mania building to ‘Mania” begins this Tuesday with a press conference starting at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT. And if you can’t be there in person, you can watch the entire event streaming live on WWE.com.

WWE Champion Triple H, World Heavyweight Champion Edge, Shawn Michaels, Batista, Rey Mysterio, and Divas Michelle McCool and Maria will be on hand at the Toyota Center to discuss what the Lone Star State can expect when WrestleMania XXV emanates from the surrounding region. It is expected that fans from all 50 states and more than 21 different countries will converge on Reliant Stadium for the pop-culture event of the year. Last April, WrestleMania XXIV generated an estimated $30 million in economic impact for the city of Orlando, Fla., and broke both attendance and ticket sale records at the Florida Citrus Bowl.

In addition to Tuesday’s press conference, SmackDown and ECW will host their weekly television shows that night from the Toyota Center. Those in attendance for the event will be informed how they can be the very first to score tickets to the “Granddaddy of Them All.” A limited number of tickets are still available for Tuesday’s SmackDown and ECW live events.
