Edge stated during an WWE mobile segment that he plans to "banish" Matt Hardy from Smackdown next week. Apparently, the stipulation will be that Hardy must beat Edge to keep his job, as the article questions whether Edge will "get the opportunity to face Hardy or will the 2008 WWE Draft" cause them to move to separate brands. This might be an indication that Edge and Hardy will have a program after the Night of Champions pay-per-view and the draft take place. Then again, it could be a one night storyline or even a draft red herring. That being said, my guess is that the match will take place on Smackdown.

Hi Bubba here, I think they wore out the Hardy/Edge storyline out the first time around. But, it will be interesting to see what they will do with it.
It will be cool to rekindle the feud for one night.It should be a good match before Night of Champions.
I gotta say I loved this feud. If they ignited it again, even for one night, I'd dig that,.

Agreed! Edge and Matt have so much history together.They have been rivals since 1999.All the way back during the days of the Brood and then the classic tag team years 2000-2001!
