Referee Charles Robinson was examined by WWE athletic trainers and doctors after being brutalized by The Great Khali on SmackDown, and there is no further word on when Robinson will return to SmackDown. Robinson was forced into action against Khali by General Manager Vickie Guerrero after she informed the SmackDown referee that his recent decisions could be viewed as biased. The Punjabi Giant used his powerful chop and his devastating Vise Grip to pummel and punish Robinson, leaving the SmackDown referee motionless on the mat after the match - until he was taken out on a stretcher.

I Smell an angle for new GM.Charles Robinson might make a good GM.I bet he will come back at some point and end up becoming GM.
Hi Bubba here, he shouldn't have even been in that match. I don't about him becoming GM though.

Just a thought,i dont see who could be GM after Vickie is fired(which will proably be by after SummerSlam).He has been in the business a long time and been in diffrent angles.I think it could work out.
