When a suspicious husband tries to catch his cheating wife in the act, he is found murdered and the wife is being made as the prime suspect; Detectives Goren and Eames tries to find who really did killed him, while both are being interragated by Internal Affairs for their actions three months ago.

A Chinese worker is found assissnated in a Peace Confrence and Logan and Moore are send into a perilous loophole when their case links back to a infamous hate gang led by a anti-war activist.
9.03 Sister Act (G/E)
Goren and Eames probe the murder of a esteem doctor and their list of suspects instantly goes down to two sisters, who both have secret lives with the doctor; and the detectives tries to prove which sister has the motive to hurt him.
9.04 Wither (L/M)
A teenage couple, who thought to be missing, are found dead; Major Case is sent to find the killer, but what makes the case more mysterious and bizzare is when the detectives have to probe the couple's lives and why the public is so against their relationship.
9.05 Imposter (G/E)
When a taxi driver is found strangled to death, Goren and Eames tries to find a key clue to find the killer, yet their trail traces back to a private investagator, who has a past score with him; but when the detectives learn of the investagator's past, they soon discover he's a con artist and his many known disguises causes a stain to Locke's case.
9.06 Perfect (L/M)
A little girl is beaten to death and the crime hits close to Logan and Moore; when they try to probe the case, their feelings gets in the way, so Captain Ross sends in another detecive who has connections with this kind of crime to offer solace, but her actions to find the suspect questions Major Case's trust in her.
9.07 Dancing Fools (G/E)
After a popular nightclub goes on fire and a teenager is found dead inside, Goren ad Eames tries to reinterpet what happened at the club, yet their case trails back to serial arsonists, who has grudges over raves, and a sly city councilman, who has a vandetta over the club owner.

An car accident that was thought to be a traffic case turns out to be a criminal case when the two vicitms, both who don't know each other, are found out to be targets of a Russian mob. The clock is ticking, so Locke, Logan, and Moore in desperate hours goes undercover to find out who wanted these victims to die.
9.09 Interactive (G/E)
A online-addicted gamer is mystreiously murdered upon strange cirmcumstances; Goren and Eames are trapped in a bubble, but their case soon leads to a trail of suspects: the gamer's online friends, his brother, and the game company that desgined it. They soon discover a loophole in their case, and the only way to track down the killer is to go online to find him. Meanwhile, Internal Affairs Detecive Fields continues investagating Goren and Eames.
9.10 False Pretenses (L/M)
When Governor Shalvoy's close friend is found buried alive, but soon dies from his complications of the burial, Jack McCoy, who has a personal vandetta with the governor, requests Locke to bring in Major Case to probe the crime scene. Logan and Moore are soon caught in a war of words when the governor threatens Major Case to get out, but his involvement has much more controversy without the case that sends Locke and McCoy to their ends to find out the real truth.
