I'm not sure on your first question. You probably have to check your yahoo account. Also, I don't think you can unsubscribe to this forum, you might want to PM admin and tell him to close your account.

Well for your first question I don't know but for your second question I think you go to My controls then click on view forums. Hope that helps.
