Hey guys, here are the men who have held the WWE European Heavyweight Championship.

Hey guys, now as you know:

The WWE came up w/the European Heavyweight Championship

But many people don't know why they came up w/it:

Well, IMO it's very simple:

While WCW and ECW still had the World Television Heavyweight Championships

The WWE decided that they wanted another championship, and so, they came up w/the European Heavyweight Championship.

and so (excluding Triple H, HBK and Shane McMahon) I want to know, your thoughts on of these men who have held the European Heavyweight Championship

and here they are:

The late British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith (The 1st man to hold the Gold)
The late Owen Hart
D-Lo Brown (4x Champion)
X-Pac
Mideon
Jeff Jarrett
Mark Henry
Val Venis
Kurt Angle
Chris Jericho
The late Eddie Guerrero
Perry Saturn
Al Snow
William Regal (another 4x Champion)
Test
Matt Hardy
Gregory Helms alias The Hurricane
Bardshaw
Christian
Diamond Dallas Page
Spike Dudley
Jeff Hardy
Rob Van Dam (a man who unified the European and I-C Heavyweight Championship)

Please share your thoughts on all of them.

I didn't watch much WWE either until after they bought WCW.

But I did watch some Sunday Night HEaT on USA and that's b/c there was nothing else to watch.

I use to watch WCW Main Event and later WCW Pro on Sundays before they took Wrestling off of TBS on Sunday Afternoons and that's b/c WCW had Thunder on TBS.

I liked Eddie Guerrero,X-Pac,Val Venis,Y2J,D'Lo Brown,

The European title was really a better title during the Attitude Era.
