Olivia Benson had just came home early from her undercover job in Oregon. She missed a certain detective with dreamy blue eyes. She would never admit it, but she was in love with her partner and best friend, Elliot Stabler. Liv turned on the radio and 'I Miss You' was playing. She started to listen to it. That song reminded her of Elliot.




Olivia started to get some tears in her eyes. She missed Elliot sooooooooo much. She thought of him about 23 out of the 24 hours each day. She was trying so desperately to remember what she was talking to Elliot about in her dream. All that she knew was that they were talking about the Gitano case. The next thing she knew her roommate was asking who 'Elliot' was. Olivia reached her apartment and went up to take a nap. The trip back to New York had made her tired, so she decided to go and get some rest before going to surprise Elliot.

I promis i will update at around 1, i need to go to school. It is my last day. I will work on thiss all summer. I will finish I promise. Right now it is hand written.

Olivia walked up to her apartment. She could not stop thinking about Elliot. When she finally fell into a light sleep, she was dreaming about Elliot.

She woke up an hour later and sat straight up in bed. She then rememberd that she was going to suprise Elliot. She took a shower, did her hair and dressed. She put on a shirt that she knew Elliot would love. She drove to the precient with Elliot on her mind. She got to the precient and went inside to go see the captian.


"Olivia, what are you doing here?" Kragen asked.
"I came back a month early"Olivia replied to him.
"Elliots not here right now" Kragen told her. He knew that she wanted to see him.
"Who says I came here to see Elliot" Olivia told him. She was suprised that he knew that she wanted to see him.
"I wasnt born yesterday"
"Okay, Okay. You win. I came back early to see Elliot"
"He is at the bar with Dani"
"Dani" Olivia said to him with a sad voice and a sad look.
"His temporary partner"
"Im going to go see him" Olivia told Kragen.
"Okay" he told her.
"Dont tell anybody anything" olivia said with a smile on her face as she walked out of the office. She headded to her car to go to see El.

Elliot and Dani were about to get into the car when Elliot stopped her by putting his hand on her shoulder.

“Yeah” Dani said. Elliot and Dani leaned in to kiss. (EO4EVR ducks for any incoming objects). Elliot put his coat around Dani because he could tell that she was cold.

“Thanks. How did you know that I was cold?” She asked.

“I could just tell” he replied. They started to kiss again when she stopped.



“We can’t do this. What about your wife, your kids, what about Olivia” Dani told Elliot.

“My wife and I are divorced and Olivia is undercover somewhere right now” He told her.

Elliot leaned in to kiss her again when the car next to them opened and Olivia jumped out.

"WHAT THE FLIPPEN HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING STABLER?!" Olivia shouted, bursting into tears. " I saw everything."

"Oh. You must be Olivia"Dani started off.

"SHUT UP you frizzy haired bitch!"

"I thought you wernt coming back for another month Liv"
"Dont you go and 'liv' me. I came back early to see you and this is the thanks that i get!?" Olivia shouted at him. She got into her car and started to drive away. Dani was in the car thinking of what the hell had just happend.

"What the hell!" She screamed. "I am gone for nine weeks and he goes and kisses that-that slut. I have been his partner for 9 flippen years and he never even held my hand!!!". olivia did not want to go home for fear that elliot would come looking for her. So, she made a u turn and headed to casey's office. She hopped that she was home.

" Olivia! We were not expecting you for another month!" Casey told her. She noticed that she was crying. "What is the matter?" She asked.
"El-el-elliot and Dani"She managed to get out through her tears. Casey went over to Olivia and gave her a hug.
"The replacement was only temporary" She told Olivia.
"No- they were kissing in the parking lot of the bar." She started out.
"Oh my gosh. Its going to be okay. Its gonna be okay. I promise." Casey told Olivia.

casey sat straight up.
"You like Elliot?" Casey asked Olivia.
"WELL DUH!! Of corse I do. Why wouldn't I."
"Well you 2 did flirt a lot. I could tell that you had intrist in him"
"It was that obivious?"
"Yeah. "
Don't tell anyone Casey. If u do so help me I will kill you." Olivia told Casey.
"Don't worry." casey replied to Olivia. Just then Casey's phone rang.
