This should be a good show. It'll be good to see Wheeler back with Logan. smile.gif
LOCIFan2
I seems to me a good idea to have the "Logan/Wheeler Epi 06/08/08" Thread merged into this one' so we have only one Thread for the episode.
ValleyOfTheShadow
YAY! Wheeler is back. smile.gif
krissa
Bravo for Wheeler!
Jryan
she looked sooo cute and refreshed in the preview.

It is great to see Wheeler back on the show.

And what of Falacci? I actually loved her. IMO Wheeler is a wet napkin...
LOCInumber1fan
I will miss Falacci... I hope in this episode they have a line that tells us what Falacci is doing now... instead of just not mentioning her..... I'm still trying to get used to Wheeler... Over time, I will get used to her, I guess.... This looks like a good episode.....

Falacci is still my favorite Logan partner... [I'm running away... hiding from those who dislike Falacci... Don't throw the... Aaah!]
LdynPnk
Falacci is okay, but she's just another Bishop. Wheeler's the best so far.

Falacci tries WAY too hard to be tough. I think i'd like her a lot more if i didnt think she was always trying to prove she was good enoguh
omerta3
I think this should stay near the top at least. Come on people show some Logan/Wheeler love.

Hey, Mary McCormack from In Plain Sight is going to be a guest on CI for this episode. Its probably just a teaser and she'll only have a couple of lines. But I think its pretty cool. It will be interesting to see how Logan and Wheeler react to her.

I'm actually really excited for that smile.gif I already like her from watching the two eps of IPS, so I'm looking forward to seeing her on LOCI

Oh good...I wasn't hallucinating when I saw that promo.

I haven't watched Ep 1 of IPS. Watched Ep2 though...the marshalls are all okay but Mary's family is way to Jerry Springer for me.

General consensus is that you didn't miss much when you didn't see the first episode. That one was a bit like watching a kid who can't swim being tossed into a pool, lots of splashing. Second episode the show is starting to hit it's stride (or find it's stroke to continue the metaphor).

Hmmm... I wonder if Mary's in character and we're having a crossover episode? It's been known to happen before in the LnO universe, and Bobby did give her that pie. (Does anyone else think it's weird that he didn't smell the pie somewhere along that 32 hour drive from NYC to New Mexico (where IPS is set)? No he saves it right for when it's in her hands...)
JanxAngel
That's our Bobby! Always sniffing things in front of people.

I'm sure she's going to be character. I'm pretty sure that's the point since in her show she's a US Marshal.

Yay for Wheeler! I liked her and Falacci. If Falacci wasn't just a temp, I think it would have been fun to see how her and Logan played out over time. However Logan needs some stability and getting a steady partner I think is just the thing.

Who's to say he didn't smell it all the way there? LOL! It is strawberry rhubarb after all.

Who else thinks that Falacci's quirkiness mirrored Robert's? I always felt she was a female Goren- - prolly why I liked her so much.

Amen to that! A big ol' hug! I noticed in the preview her hair's a bit shorter and lighter. I hope Logan doesn't say anything dumb to Falacci (if she's in the eppy at all) like "oh look my real partner's back". I doubt he will but it'll probably be awkward.

I'm out of my mind to see Logan and Wheeler back! ohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboyohboy!

My hubby was glad to hear that Wheeler is back--He thinks she's 'cute'

I'm really looking forward to this epi.. I really love Logan and am glad to see Wheeler back.. i liked most of the epis with Witt.. and have nothing against her.. just glad that his real partner came back.. Wheeler is my fave of all his partners and they play off each other well... looks like Logan will be in great form.. all snarky and those evil/sassy grins. his epis make me smile.

Do you mean Fallacci? She was just Logan's temporary partner until Wheeler came back. As for Barek, no one knows.

Cute. USA really wants "In Plain Sight" to be a success, don't they?

I haven't seen it yet. Sassy, over the top chicks portrayed on television annoy me (like Falacci). Is Mary like that?

Now that you mention it, I guess she is kind of like Falaaci. Maybe that's one of the reasons I like her. I love Falaaci, thought she was a lot of fun to watch.

Did you hear Logan's line at the end ... "I wonder what they do in Albuquerque on a Sunday night at 10 o' clock?" Isn't that when IPS airs?
Bubba_Bridges
Hi Bubba here, just pulling this up from the bottom. Any thoughts so far?

Is it just me, or is Wheeler looking different . . . really really different? blink.gif

Ross and Rodgers having lunch! Nothing particularly romantic, but YAY anyway!

seems like a good episode so far... I like how Logan stopped to get all the facts together... It's easier to understand... (all that info at once!)

(OT: LOVED THE PREVIEW FOR NEXT WEEK...)

Well played Mikey! I'm beginning to enjoy Logan's arias as much as Goren's. And nice (if short) touch with Mary.

i thought the episode was pretty good. in the middle of it, my mom yells out "this is about heath ledger" refering to the actor who died while making the movie. but anywho, i love the falacci bit. i started laughing when i saw wheeler pulling out the princess mug. it was nice to have wheeler back. overall the eppy was good.

Oh really. I didn't know that. Wasn't quite paying attention the whole time. I will watch again later in the week. Told my daughter because she was a big fan so she could watch with me.

Spoiler:
Hey, what was that bit with Wheeler and T.K.'s little sister? When she was telling Wheeler about being raped, Wheeler said she knew what it was like to be 16 and looked like she was going to cry. Was that a hint that something bad happened to Wheeler when she was 16?
sweetsherry08
Spoiler:
Yeah, I thought the episode was good (although, it wasn't Goren and Eames, so how good could it get!). One thing though.....Wheeler said she had gotten engaged and that Logan would meet him. Did that happen in this episode and I missed it?

I myself thought it was absolutely bizarre that this "unknown heart disease" twist comes out right after Tim Russert's death. Absolutely bizarre.

I thought that this episode has some of the most beautiful location shots that CI has used in a long time. The exterior view at the beachhouse at the end was beautiful and the kitchen scene inside of the home was gorgeous.

I thought Chis Noth was doing a lot of posing. Physical posing. A look here, a look there.

Was the guy that played Frank the same guy that played Silvio in the Sopranos?

Actually, I was talking about her face looking different. But the feeling went away after awhile.

Anyone care to summarize and/or quote the preview for next week?

Also, I'm watching the Tony's tonight and I've noticed there are a lot of L&O:CI guest stars that are also, not only Broadway performs, but featured perfomers. Anyone know if this is happy coincidence or a, for lack of a better term, a New York thing, or what?

(The performers I've seen are Mary McCormack, Liza Minelli and the person who played Jo Gage)
