Hi everyone just to say i have just arrived from NYORK I really enjoyed it weather really hot visited many places such has the Big Library where they do shootings also the Empire State Building Central Park Union Square and also actually got onto Chelsea Piers plus we had a trip on the Hudson River taking us by Chelsea Piers and the Statue of Liberty so has soon has i get the pics done i will put them on for you

Hi!Glad you had a good time there.You can't help but have a good time in N.Y.city.
There's so much to see.I used to live in Hoboken,N.J. for a nickle you could take the ferry across the Hudson river and spend the day there.That was in the late 40s.WE used to skip school and go to N.Y. and see all the N.Y. sights.
Iv'e been wanting to go back for a visit for the past year,but things like my husband
having a stroke have prevented me from going.I hope to get there in Sept.if all goes well.Maby it will be a little cooled then. Look foward to seeing pictures. CAROL

I didn't get to see much of New York when I went for my poetry convention. It's almost like I was being protected. I ended up partying with some young French kids back in the room. They had snuck away from their chaperones. They loved my boots. They thought it was punk rock.

Glad to hear your trip here was good. How did the natives treat you? I really hope it was good... us NYer's have a bad rep, hope we were kind... Anyway love the pic's. Did you walk the streets at night like I suggested? Did you fall in love...

Just to say yes we really enjoyed ourselves the first evening was in the dark upto TimeSquare and back. problems getting through the gates in the subway and people used their tickets for us because ours wouldnt work. The bus driver to Chelsea Piers let us off with the fare because we did not have any coins only notes. over all most people where pretty friendly. Hope to go back next year
