I loved it when Michael did commentaries for DZ. He often had some insightful moments to share. I won't be buying a new version of The Breakfast Club anytime soon though. This kind of rerelease nonsense is another way for studio execs to bleed consumers dry. It's about greed and it makes me angry.

Well I already have all three movies, but if it has Mike's audio commentary on it I'll be buying it. Can't miss that in my collection and it will be fun to hear how he remembers that time. smile.gif

I always thought it a shame that the re-releases of those 3 movies never had any interesting extra's.
Pretty much like the Dutch seasons of Dead Zone...no extra's at all which is why I ended up buying everything double...Dutch and US version.

What is the dutch version of the dz. Never heard of it. How do you get it and do you need a special dvr for it?

Dutch version of Dead Zone is just The Dead Zone season boxes in region 2 with Dutch and other European subtitles and different box art then the US version. But as I said they have none of the extra's that are on the US DVD's so I ended up buying both versions. And in Holland they're only up to season 4. Season 5 is released I believe somewhere in June or July. I don't know if I'll even be buying that, since I already have all seasons on US DVD now, once I receive the season 6 dvd box from amazon.

Let me see if I can post the box art for the Dutch version of DZ:

Season 1:
outside and inside.

Season 2: outside is the eye, inside is Johnny's image, it's the actual box.

Season 3:

Season 4:

Dead Zone season 5:

And this appearantly is going to be the new box art for season 5, which I just read will be out on July 10th.

LOL Well I already bought the first 2 season when I found out that the region 1 DVD's had extra's. Then I was so addicted that I wanted to get both collections complete so kept buying season 3 and 4 on region 2, too, but now I really have to think if I want to continue for the last 2 or that I'll settle for just a complete collection of region 1 DVD's and sell my region 2 dvd's. tongue.gif Ah well I still have a month to decide.
