I especially liked the Paul Butterfield Blues Band(w/Mike Bloomfield on Lead Guitar) playing "Mary, Mary" from their seminal album, EAST/WEST. Very, very cool. Way to go!!!

I liked the song that played in about the last 30 minutes...I wanted to write it down but didn't, and now I can't remember the name..Seems it was something about eyes. I think it was playing right after she left Raph's place.....Anyone have any idea what song that was or who does it?
Thanks!

I have that information for you, NightRaven. Here are the songs played in the pilot episode. The song you're asking about is #3 by Paul Simon. It's called "Something So Right".

S1E01 - 060108 Pilot "In Plain Sight"
1. "Happy Together" by The Turtles
Scene >> (Opening Scenes) Frankie Nuts and his wife are driving in their car and he stops to make a hit on a guy, who jumps out a window instead.
2. "Mary, Mary" by The Paul Butterfield Blues Band
Scene >> Mary goes to the bar looking for information on the bikers that were at the crime scene.
3. "Something So Right" by Paul Simon
Scene >> Mary leaves Raphael's place after they make love. She is sitting at work with her head down on her desk when Marshall comes in.

Wow, that's good detective work. I will have to listen for those the next time I watch the pilot.

Hi, I'm new here so hope I'm posting to the correct area. Does anyone know who sang Bring It On Home To Me at the end of In Plain Sight tonight? The epiosde was Hoosier's Daddy. Thanks for your help, Norma

I believe it was Sam Cooke, but I'm not a 100% sure though.

Hey, everyone.
I am looking for a song from the first episode. It's a spanish rap song I think and it plays when Raphael arrives at the centre and walks inside to give the padre the tickets. Does anybody know it?

The Kinks - "Lola" was the last song.

Lol, thanks but I knew that one. It was the one where Jinx and Brandi are in the bar and are all mooping, anybody know?

Oh, I'm sorry I misunderstood you.
I don't know the song. Tried googling the lyrics but nothing...

I know the first song that was played in tonight's episode, it was "Hot Fun(in the Summertime) by Sly and the Family Stone, from 1969, but I didn't recognized the other two originals, the one at the apartment and at the end. Anyone have an idea?

The last song that played during 1x07 was 'All That Matters Is Now' by Chris Pierce.

You won't believe how many hours I devoted to finding that out! LOL!
