Why does it say Cougar on The Reel? Is it Betrayed or Cougar? Its not nice to confuse the old ladies.

It seems like they are not sure yet.

The title of the June 22 episode does not bode well for Bobby and Alex, especially after the promos of what is happening with Bobby.

I was thinking that too. But wasn't there an article from the beginning of the season that said Bobby would go through drama and have to lean on her, and then she would go through drama and have to lean on him? VDO said her character would be more established the second half of the season, so maybe its her turn to freak a little and he can help her.

Aw, come on--was there ever any really sincere doubt? We know the show is continuing and that both will still be in the show. Changing a show so drastically (like the two of them not being partnered any longer) would have leaked by now.

As for the title of the ep, Betrayed; I am guessing it refers to the vic or the perp, and not to Eames or Goren.

He used to be my favorite cartoon when I was little. What happened to it?

On USAs posted schedule, it's listed as "Betrayed." I guess they should know.
(Note: on previous listings, it was called "Cougar" (aka Betrayal).

We have Season 1 on DVD; got it at Wal-Mart. You can find it there, as well as Season 2. Amazon should prolly have it also. My kids LOVE it, and The Hubby and I have enjoyed watching it with them.

But if Bobby's idea of "leaning" on his partner is to not return her calls when she is clearly concerned about him, I would feel betrayed, too. But I think that is where the stem of the problem lies. Bobby is used to dealing with things on his own, not being able to rely on anyone but himself. Alex is used to hiding her feelings in order to compete in a male dominated career field. It is going to take something pretty dramatic for them to break that pattern. I mean all the stuff they have gone through the past two seasons has only seemed to drive them further apart, not closer together. (And you can take that in either the friendship or the shipper sense. Either can apply. Well the latter only if you are a shipper, which I am. ) I think it would be good for Alex to lose some of her guarded nature, though I can understand why she is that way. But maybe it would help to shake Bobby up and out of his depression if he could have someone else's stuff to focus on. I mean, they always say that the quickest way to forget about your own drama is to help someone else with theirs.

BOT Why imagine the title has something to do with Goren & Eames relation ? I mean even when the plot includes it, titles were not related to what happens between them. And I read Ross and one of the guest lead for this epi are friends, so maybe "betrayed" is going to refer to their friendship too.

Wow, we haven't seen the 'Purgatoty' yet, already we have a new one. This better be good.

I think that I once read that VDO used to do magic tricks as a kid. I hope he will show a few tricks in this episode.

Vanishing Act? The title is almost as similar as Special Victims Unit called 'Disappearing Acts'.

Yes and thats one for the bloopers thread as well...the little girl was coloring with a red crayon to start...then the camera goes to Goren, comes back to the girl she is coloring with yellow..with no red visible on the coloring book page...then he does the "favorite color, magic trick"...kinda funny. But he is so cute with children!

We need more of that classic cuteness with the new episodes!

I think that Brenda Strong is from Desperate Housewives. She was the original housewife that killed herself (Mary Alice?) and narrates the show. Eric Roberts always plays a crazy, dark kind of guy.

I know ::hangs head:: Sorry, Valley. It's just that for SO many years, Wal-Mart was THE biggest place to shop. Never had Target much. There is a Target close to where I live, but still a block away from Wal-Mart. Our Target is regular store, probably a 'C' level, where as the Wal-Mart is a SuperCenter, probably an 'A' or 'B' level..........habit to just run to Wal-Mart......especially when you need a bubble terrarium at 2 in the morning....(sorry, very old inside my family joke)

You did well again, ciaddict. The first time was when you asked if someone was feeling "Betrayed", which is the title of the thread.

I know this is the second Eames/Goren episode, but have we started a thread for the first Logan/Wheeler episdoe, and do we have any details on it?

I think Asassin is next, but no one created a thread for that yet.

Vault started one for it, but I don't know if we even knew the title. I'll try to find it and bring it back up.
