Full Version: Confused about ending...

I have all three House seasons and I watch the same few episodes for a whole week.
On Season 1 Episode 7 "Fidelity", (where a man leaves his wife at the end of the episode because she cheated on him with a guy with African trypanosomiasis AKA African Sleeping Sickness) at the end it shows Cameron walking up to a house with a kid playing in the driveway and she asks him "Is your father home?". But what I'm confused about is who the guy is that walks out the door and greets Cameron... Is it the husband of the wife who dies in the episode (because it kinda resembles him)? Or is it a flashback of Cameron when she meets her "husband"? Because earlier in the episode, Cameron talks to House about her husband.
Please help! I've watched this episode many many times, and I still don't get it. It's the only ending of an episode I don't understand.

Nvm everyone...I figured it out. I re-watched the episode from the beginning, paying close attention to every detail. The guy at the end of the episode is the husband's friend in the beginning of the show he jogs with.
But I still have one question:
Why did Cameron want to talk to him? unsure.gif

i thought the guy was the guy who the lady cheated with and she is telling him to get tested for the sleeeping sickness

I don't think so...I'm not sure, maybe it did happen...Maybe it was the guy. But it definitely was the guy at the beginning who the husband was jogging with.

The guy Cameron was going to speak to in the end was definitely the husband's jogging friend. Unfortunately, he was also the man who had the affair with the wife. House told her that she had to tell him who she had the affair with because HE had to be treated as well. She had to tell, and that's why Cameron was going to talk to him. You guys were both right.

I loved that scene between House and Cameron in the lab. He was very sweet to her. I miss those days.

Thanks for clearing that up...Now I understand everything that happened.
I thought House could've been a little more sensitive, but yes, I miss those days too. But I still wish Cameron and Chase were back together. sad.gif But hopefully within the next 3 seasons, I rele hope they do get back together.
I still believe in Chameron!!!
