I went shopping for more spring-ish clothes, and tried them on yesterday. I forgot to do the adjustment test on the blouse I chose to wear today. Yesterday, in the mirror, everything was fully covered. As I was walking to catch my bus, my blouse rode up a little, and so I hitched it down, and when the bus came I got on and had a seat. I noticed the men were looking at me more than usual (and some of the women looked..uh, like 'what's going on here." ) I looked down and cleavage city. I readjusted myself, and I am now okay but OH BOY!!! I almost want to put my blazer on backwards. Will do the oops test tonight on all the new blouses.

I don't know that it's actually a figure of speech yet, it means I had an "accidentual exposular cleavage" or a lower than I had thought, cut blouse, for about ten mintues. I've been checking myself throughout the day...oop, need to get back to actual work.

This can happen with the styles right now! I have gotten too sexy for my shirt a couple of times! The under camisole type shirt stretches out during the day and gets lower, lower, lower. OOPS! And the over shirt is way way too low. Quick! Tie knots in those straps and get it back up to my double chin! Otherwise I could be arrested for terrifying small children and others.

Yeah, pulling a Sharona on an interview can backfire, depending on your interviewer. I'm glad it worked out for you, tho... wink.gif

Well, I kinda did a Sharona...I had to wear a very low cut dress for a wedding I was in. I was feeling very self aware...so I had the lady altering the dress to add a stitch to keep the girls covered and not pop out. Well, I did well during the wedding and all but I had to drive to the reception. I didn't notice until my husband came up to me and say he liked my cleavage. I looked down and saw that the stitch had broke! ohmy.gif I had to keep the girls in check while I danced the night away..I didn't hear of any pictures on the internet so I think I am safe! wink.gif

I agree with other posters that the styles that are out now are very low cut and having to wear a cammy under a shirt is more common that it use to be. I do like the fake out shirts with it looking like you have 2 shirts but only one. I picked a few of these ones up at Penny's. I just went today to see if they had anymore simular styles and they had a super sale going on! I picked up 3 shirts...they were 50 % off to start, then a discount of 20% off that...so for 3 shirts that were 30 dollars I picked up for a nice price of less than 7 bucks! biggrin.gif
