ok um in the seconds sesons final i dont understad it was the whole show a holusionation (sp?) or what happed at the end, and if he was shot in the hopistal why did he come of a strecher from a amulance? what did he say at the end? did he kill that one dude? and what was the bullit in that guys hand for????

The first part of the episode where House gets shot is NOT an hallucination. That was real. That last scene of the episode where House is being wheeled into the ER is NOT an hallucination. Everything in-between those two scenes IS an hallucination.

The hospital is very large, as we can see from the pictures. It must have been best for House to go out of the hospital from his office and in through the ER doors. It definitely was the same hospital, though.

At the end, he says to Cameron, "Tell Cuddy I want the ketamine," which is a drug treatment that was supposed to have a good chance of taking away his pain. (Someone else may be able to explain it better than that.) We can see from the opening episode of Season 3 that he did have the ketamine, which is why he is able to run and walk without a cane.

The thing that fell from the guy's hand during House's hallucination was a bullet. It was seeing the bullet fall that brought House back to reality and the realization that he had been shot. And no, he didn't kill anyone; that was all in his mind.
