She go ther nickname when House was origanally doing the..."recruting". Her assigned number was 13 and it just stuck. He couldn't think of a suitable nickname for her(such as he did with Amber, or "CTB"-Cut Throat B**tch). Her real name, however, is Remy Hadley.

Yeaah I knew her name, but didn't know th story behind the nick. Guess Im behind . lol

The writers want us to think of 13 as "mysterious."
I think of it as "tedious."

I did not know that. I just knew her as 13.

The funniest thing about 13 being bi, is watching House make fun of her....
One episide they were off to go test a patient for something and the conversation somewhat went....
House: "31 are you coming?"
13: "31?"
House:" 13...31...I thought you liked it both ways."

I love that too. I like it in the finale when he calls her a lesbian and she says I am not a lesbian and House says I know I was rounding up from 50%. LOL, that totally cracked me up.
