If this has been done before...very very sorry. With that said my need for Law and Order: Criminal Intent isn't satisified with just the three seasons!!!! Are there any plans or news on a possible season 4 being brought to the DVD world? I've tried to email usanetwork for news or anything with no response. If anyone knows or has a plan of action I am very interested

I think they hate us so it will be a while before they release it. They are just now continuing to release L&OSVU.

I subscribe there, they gave me news for any new JAG DvDs, L&OSVU, and LOCI. There has been no news for LOCI season 4 so far.

Okay. I just purchased LO: SVU Season 1 - 7 (7 is out July 29th) and LO: Mothership Season 1 - 5. If anyone from NBC Universal/ USA is paying attention: We are fan(actic)s and we have money and we want our LO: CI Season 4, 5, 6 DVDs and we want them now. There I just had to say that. I'm not the world's most patient person.

I believe Universal Home Video hates or doesn't care about CI fans. Why they released Season 1 then released Season 3 and then waited forever to release Season 2 is beyond me. That is bad enough but they have yet to release Seasons 4-6 which I have been ready to buy now for ages.

They seriously need to get with the program...we don't all love using iTunes or now Amazon Unboxed to buy our CI seasons. I don't own an iPod and have no plans to buy on

I'm taking mine with me on vacation (the hubby and kids need to find their own TV )--would be nice to have Season 4 too. Guess I'll have my cranky pants on about it until it's released.

plus season four is - IMO - the best! I think I'd buy it right away, no matter how much it costs!

Germany just got the first half of season one!!! I really wonder if there is another country in the world that splits seasons in half. They do it with Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives... I don't get it! The second half will be released in autumn.

They do split some shows, but haven't done with LOCI yet. I have a friend who is nuts about Love Boat and they released the first half of season 1 in March and are releasing the second half in August. It's ridiculous, who's only going to watch half a season of anything?

I am a massive Law and Order Criminal Intent fan from Australia.
In Australia they have only released seasons 1 and 2. I had to get the season 3 dvd from USA.
Apparentely there has been no release of a criminal intent season on dvd for 2 years. I hope that it hasn't been discontinued!
It is so frustrating that the mothership series and SVU have all been realesed on a continual basis, and criminal intent hasn't.
Please Universal release season 4 of Crminial Intent on Dvd, there are heaps of fans waiting!

I own the first 3 on dvd as well and the others just vhs copies. I would LOVE to see the other seasosn released to dvd. I am willling to pay for them, it makes me to feel that I am supporting the show and the actors by paying to own my own copies!

YES !!!! Been waiting forever for those DVDs. Lord knows, they're fast enough to release a bunch of crap on DVD.

Bumping this because I still want some Season 4-6 DVDs (and season 7 DVDs too once it's in the can...we're sooo close to finishing up shooting on the last Goren & Eames episode for Season 7...if the AMPTP and the actors can just keep it together til Wednesday we should be home free).

How much longer are we going to have to wait for Season 4 anyway?

It's just another example of LOCI not getting the respect it deserves. These days they typically release seasons before the nest season starts because it helps build momentum and bring in viewers who don't like to join a show partway in. Now I know with procedurals that's less of a factor, but this is ridiculous.

Vault, who would be the person(s) we could write to about this? Just USA, or NBC or who? I think I wrote once to the NBC store, and have asked about it in the store while in NY awhile back. Maybe if we got a write-in campaign going... ever notice how they put out dvds of shows that couldn't even make it a full year, or real old ones that few people will buy (I think) and here CI is going into its 8th year. Doesn't make sense.

I love season 4 so much I guess I'd even buy the DVD box from the US, buy a new TV that can display NTSC and a new, code-free DVD player

I agree with you KimberlyT. I have Seasons 4 through present taped on VHS, but I would also feel more like I was supporting the actors and writers if I had the DVDs. I know watching reruns on USA is also supporting them, so I do. But I noticed that the reruns are sometimes edited a little to fit in more ads/promos and sometimes it's the best lines of the episode like Eames' snarky little comments.

I dont think i know a single Criminal Intent fan (or any L&O fan) who would disagree with this, so what i dont get is why Universal Home Entertainment wont release more sets. What Gives? Might be time for a write in campaign, anyone got the address?

I have a question: I just saw an ad for season 2 and it said "Almost 30 minutes of deleted scenes". The UK version doesn't have that. I've once seen a deleted scene from Shandeh on youtube, what are the others???
