This weeks eppy had Liam, who plays little Shawn on Psych. Oh. My. Gosh. It was SOOOOOO sad, what happened to his character and I HATED seeing little Shawn cry! Makes me scared to watch the one with James and Maggie...
Although It was predictable, I liked it. The episode with Colin Ferguson is next.

I've been watching Eureak re-runs like crazy. I'm kind of excited to see Jack as a bad guy! Well, a good guy possessed with a bad guy's spirit...you know what I mean.
I agree. As soon as that guy died at the beginning, I thought, "The girl is going to be his sister or something and try to get revenge and stuff." But I thought visually it was a lot better thant he first one. Those paintings on the wall? Totally creepy!

I know! It explained why the Eric Roberts character was against guns. Liam has a knack for playing the younger characters of the same character. First it was James (which is why I love
Down the Strench Comes Murder and seeing James and Liam play off one another) and now Eric Roberts. That little dude is awesome!

I know you people have much James Roday love, but, seriously? That hair do looks like he'd be on Leave it to Beaver or something. Who knew shoepolish was a styling tool? I was kind of hoping he might have the long hair and beard like he does in the Dog Show clip on the USA page...along with Maggie and that pretty brown hair...

Speaking of "Family Man", Colin was awesome as being the serial killer stuck in a family man's body! He too was very creepy! And the minute the guy who walked in Colin's house, I knew that his family was dead and when Colin returned to his own body, I knew that his daughter would finger him as the murderer! I TOTALLY agree bigkitty! He was awesome! But I didn't see the daughter still being alive thing coming. Man, he made SUCH a good bad guy!
Next week's should be good. And I know I will probably get some flak for this since most people thing James is such an Adonis, but that hair is AWFUL! Color it red and he could be Howdy Doody! Seriously! I can't wait, though. I still think Maggie will end up being the killer...

OOOOOH! me too! I've been wanting to see him in a serious role for a really long time. I'm still currently trying to track down a short film he was in called "Believe" where he plays a guy who turns his roomate insane by pretending to be an FBI officer who gives the roomate assignments. Every independent movie rental/trading shop i've visted in the tri-state area hasen't even heard of it- but then again a lot of their workers aren't exactly what you'd call "sober"

WOW! Sorry I went on a Roday tangent! I'm suuuuuper excited about this episode!!!! It's going to be sooooo good!

I saw the preview on USA Network yesterday while watching Law and Order: CI! I am working tonight but will be home in time to see this episode! I can't wait! Besides Psych, I have seen James in Dukes of Hazard movie which he played Nascar driver Billy Joe Pruitt. Man, is that character a jerk or what? Even James, if read interviews, laugh about that role. The movie itself isn't that great. I often check out IFC on my satellite to see if they play "Rolling Arizona". No such luck yet. I can't wait for tonight!

Oh good, no one gave away the ending yet. I was watching it but had to go pick my daughter up so I missed most of it. I DVR'd it so I will catch it later. I did laugh at James' hair. It's not my personal fave but it's James so it's okay. It did remind me of a little boy style. But it fit the character. It was kinda strange to see them playing different characters together. Gotta go watch it. See ya.

So on the description of the eppy, it says on their wedding day, Maggie's character gets a note that says "The person you are about to marry is a serial killer." The assumption, then, is that James's character is a serial killer and Maggie's character will have to figure stuff out.
MY theory is that Maggie's character is actually the serial killer and that the note went to the wrong person! That's why it says, 'The person' and not 'The man.' Just a theory...

Well the end was what I thought it was going to be, but I didn't think it was going to be delivered that creepy. I enjoyed it, it was suspenseful and had me drawn in. James was amazing, I can't say that enough. He is phenomenal when he is doing serious acting, not that he isn't phenomenal on Psych, but this was an entirely different role. I couldn't get over it, and he played creepy very well. Maggie did a fantastic job too. Yes, questions, questions, and more questions...although I did think there were plot holes, I think it might have been intended to be like that. I have a feeling John Landis did it that way so we could just come to our own conclusions. It was all about the red herring in the episode though. I'm gonna go to work now and I can't wait to watch it again later online when I get home.
Can I just say that the confessional scene was absolutely amazing, the way it was shot, the lighting, the angles. That was just genius, kudos to Landis cause that was beautiful. I'm a dork lol, sorry I pay attention to cinematography like that.

Man, I am still going what? Especially how Maggie's face looked at the end about the note! Both Maggie and James were awesome! Especially Maggie! Being a fan of The X-Files, I recognized the priest who married Carlos (James' character) and Samantha (Maggie's); it was cigarette smoking man aka William B. Davis! I have seen the guy who played Carlos twin uncles before too, but looking him up on imdb.com, Marshall Bell has played a lot of authoritive figures! I love the way John Landis shoots things. I mean, I still get freak out when Juliet enters the room where Sherry "jumped" in Scary Sherry: Bianca Toast! Next week will be the last one I will watch since Burn Notice is returning on July 10!

Yeah, he was creepy - only at the very end did he make up for his creepiness, sort of.
For some funny reason, I was also thinking of Eddie Izzard's famous routine "Cake or Death" during the last shot - "cake" because of the wedding, and "death" - yeah, we know, we know...
"You - cake or death?"
"Oh, death, please. No, cake, cake! Sorry..."
"You said death first! Ah, ah! Death first!"
"Well, I meant cake!"
"Oh, alright..."
