I totally agree!!!! I've watched Moonlight since episode one and since then, have grown to love the show and absolutely adore it's character. You couldn't dream of a better cast than this one. It's a new and fresh spin on the Vampire genre. It's a show that I would definitely follow to any network. With the already large and growing fanbase for this show, USA can only benifit by adding this show to it's evening lineup.

Moonlight is one of two shows that I previously watched on CBS. Needless to say, I won't be watching anything on that network anymore!! If one of the few quality programs on network television can be cancelled after only one season (and additionally, a season interupted by a writers strike), why would an intelligent viewer waste his/her time, when there is such a greater variety of entertainment available on cable TV?? Please consider adding Moolight to your schedule. Many grateful viewers will be most apprieciative!!! P.S. Absolutely love Burn Notice!!!

USA Network:
Please consider bringing "Moonlight" into your prime time line up for next season. It is a great show and would complement the variety of shows currently under tent ( e.g., Psych, Monk, House, the 4400, Burn Notice, etc.). It is a ratings winner and has consistently met the 18-49 demographic each week. I personally look forward to viewing the show each week. The script is one of the best in television which is evidenced by the audience draw on the season finale (7.6 Million). The cast interaction is a dream come true. There is real feeling in the dialogue (Ron Koslow) and the script has many plots and turns to come. The acting complements the effort that is being set forth by the entire team of Joel Silver Pictures.
Again, please bring "Moonlight" into your stable so that fans may continue to enjoy the show without interruption or disaffection. Thank you for your time today.

The show rating says between 7 and 8 million people watch per week.
This is a great result considering the show had production problems that they overcame then the writers strike to deal with yet still managed these results. Imagine what a second season could do with not interuptions to the productions. The writers are brilliant, the sets are amazing, the lighting superb and the cast lead by the sexy, gorgeous and extremely talented Alex O'loughlin, Sophia Myles and the gorgeous Jason Dohring. Voted Best new drama 2007/8 in the peoples choice award, Alex O'loughlin was just voted tvguide's sexiest scifi guy. There are so many fans that were not even counted the don't have a nielsen box there are countless numbers that watch this show. I am in Australian and I love this show. We also get other usa show here I love house, law and order, ncis, smallville to mention a few but my biggest love is for moonlight!

I, too, would like to appeal to USA Network to consider bringing Moonlight on board with your network. As you are no doubt aware, CBS recently canceled this after only one season. They didn't seem to give much consideration to the fact that this show won the People's Choice Award for Best New Series or that Alex O'Loughlin recently won the TV Guide's Sexiest Sci-Fi character.
I admit that I was initially reluctant to give Moonlight a try. I couldn't see beyond it being a vampire show. I didn't start watching until about episode 7, and quickly discovered that it is so much more than that. Moonlight deserves a second chance to give other viewers the opportunity to get to know and fall in love with this series as well. All it needs is a little more time and just the right advertising to achieve this end. It would be a shame to lose a show with this quality of writing - it is witty, thoughtful, and insightful not to mention the sex appeal and cohesion among the entire cast. You couldn't get better performances from Alex O'Loughlin (Mick), Sophia Myles (Beth), Jason Dohring (Josef), David Blue (Logan), and Jacob Vargas (Guillermo). I looked forward to seeing each and every one. (If you do make the decision to take them on (and 8 million fans wish you do), I hope the entire cast listed above will be embraced also. The chemistry is perfect.
The final episode has left so many unanswered questions, hopes, and aspirations and Moonlight fans are wanting more!

Moonlight is the best new show of the season. The storylines are fabulous and all of the actors are perfect for their characters. I have enjoyed watching this show so much. Please, USA, take this show and give it another season. It is so rare to have a show so entertaining AND so interesting to watch. I'm a female in my 50's (early!) and absolutely love this show. Please give it a chance and thank you.

I am writing this e-mail in hopes that the USA Network will consider picking up Moonlight from CBS. Moonlight was cancelled by CBS. On Friday night (5/16) the last original episode aired. I was glued to my TV from 9-10pm (as I have been since this show first started on CBS) crying my eyes out. I cried, not only for the content of the storyline, but because Moonlight was cancelled and I would never see the love story of Mick & Beth again. I am 46 years old female and have never felt this way about a show and have been moved to write as I have by Moonlight. What was CBS thinking by cancelling Moonlight. Despite a low rating...8 million viewers voted and the show won the 2008 People's Choice Award for Best New Series. Also, TV Guide named Alex O'Loughlin as one of its Sexiest Men on TV. He had a two page spread in the TV Guide. Moonlight has a loyal following...just check out Moonlight.com and CBS.com message boards. Additionally, the Red Cross launched a Moonlight Blood Drive using the Moonlight logo and Alex O'Loughlin is their spokesman. Please, please USA Network...consider adding Moonlight on to your 2008-2009 Fall lineup...you won't be disappointed. Your station will also gain many new viewers. Moonlight followers go wherever the TV SHow goes.
Thank you in advance for your consideration in picking up Moonlight.
Sincerely & possible new viewer,

Please continue Mick & Beth's captivating story by picking up Moonlight. You'd be starting with an established dedicated fan base, a season's worth of exposure, a People's Choice Award winner and a 'Sexiest Sci-Fi Guy' that fans are willing to donate blood for! Alex O'Louglin, Sophia Miles and Jason Dohring portray their characters with such authenticity that the audience believes they are real. The viewers are passionate about Mick, Beth and Josef and will keep coming back for more.
Please consider adding Moonlight to your network!

I am an avid Moonlight aholic they say that there are only 8 million people that are watching our show but I disagree there are so many more that don't get counted that are living in parts of the states that don't have nielsen boxes that don't get counted people all over the states watch this amazing show and are waiting for many more seasons. I think that the 8 million counted is just the tip of the iceberg! There are people in other countries that love this quality unique wonderful show I am in Australia and simply adore the storylines and the character are bought to life beautifully by a superb cast. So please USA give my MickBeth a home and you will recieve the gratitude and loyalty of millions of Moonlight fans from all over the world!

Thank you USA for giving us hope for our favorite show. Yes you should take the show on and of course our 8 million strong moonlight army. To all the other fans on moonlight-detective.com please dont give up trying to vote. Once you register for USA , wait until they send you the confirmation email then click on the website they send you in the email, that is what gives you the ability to vote. It is alittle confusing but keep trying . I can't wait to see what ADA Talbot does with his list, and what happens when that door opens next season...... Our whole family and friends have Moonlight Fridays on every episode that has been on, and we all love the show. We all range in age, from 5-60. Those of us over 50 haven't had this much fun with a TV show since Miami Vice went off the air. I am just amazed at the varied age groups that really love this show. Just goes to show you that it has in deed crossed all age barriers: that takes an incredibly talented group of actors/actresses to touch that many different people at their different levels. I think CBS has lost their grip on what the public likes, and for those that don't know one of the blogs on TV Guide stated that they felt(TV Guide) CBS has made a horrible mistake by canceling Moonlight. Thats ok, let the spoils go to USA!!!! :D

MOONLIGHT IS THE BEST SHOW EVER!!! VOTE YES! IT DESERVES ANOTHER SEASON!!!
Moonlight will shine on USA!
I have never been addicted a show, until Moonlight! It is the one drama that turned my attention, and had me at "hello"! 8 million fans can't be wrong, and it was the People Choice Award winner! The cast has terrific chemistry, great one liners, "out there" characters, and a very special romance that has not been captured since "Scarlett Ohara"! Moreover, my entire family (kids ages 11, 16, 18 & parents ages 44 & 45) all watch and stop everything when Moonlight is on! What tv show do you know can make a family stay together, and watch? The Answer is MOONLIGHT! USA, please realize what a great drama Moonlight is, and would be a great addition to your Network! It is not everyday that I take time out of my busy schedule to write a network, but I believe this terrific show deserves a second and third season on your network. As they say "the best is yet to be", Moonlight will sparkle on USA!

CNN's iReport accepted my story (after the second try). I know it's little but I didn't want to step on any toes to get it yanked (copyrights and such) and I used promo pix that are available but the fact is that it's on CNN. I'll take any exposure I can get right now.

Dear USA,
I am a fan of House, Law and Order, and Monk. I love this network. Today it was announced that CBS is cancelling Moonlight. The devastated fans are looking for a home for Moonlight. I am petitioning/requesting/begging USA to buy Moonlight and give us a season 2. I believe Moonlight will benefit USA for the following reasons:
1) It is a People's Choice Award winning show that will lend more prestige to USA.
2) It has an 8 million viewer strong fan-base who will gladly follow the show to USA and promote loyalty to USA and its other shows.
3) It has a cult-like following that has no qualms about evangelizing the show and bringing in more word-of-mouth advertising for USA.
Thank you for listening to my heartfelt appeal.

Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to add my 2 cents worth. I, like many others on the message board, have never been this obsessed about a show before. I am 45 years old and have suffered my share of favorite shows being cancelled, but this is different. For some reason I can't put my finger on I just couldn't let this cancellation go by without a fight. I'm not one to bring attention to myself but for this I have been posting every place I can and calling every phone number I can get my hands on. Somethings are just worth the fight. And Moonlight is definitely that thing. Whether it's the humor, the romance, the sarcasm, the inter-character relationships, or whatever, this show just does it for me. The high point in an other wise dreary and dull life. I too cried at the end of the final episode as if I had just lost my best friends.
The thought of USA picking up this wonderful show has given me renewed hope. I will continue to go on fighting and hoping and praying. If there is anything us fans can do to convince the network of our loyalty to this show, by all means let us know. We'll do it in a heart beat.
Everyone keep up the good work.
Vampire solidarity! RAH! RAH! RAH!

I am from Australia and Im here to request Moonlight be picked up by USA. We Moonlight fans are extremely loyal and are working extremely hard to save our show. Never in my life have I loved a show so much to want to trawl the internet to find every scrap of information I can find about such a wonderful show. Being in my forties and female, I was never a fan of the vampire genre. Dont get me wrong, I love my action, but I always found traditional vampire characters had no heart and soul to draw me in. Moonlight has changed all that for me for not only does it contain action, it is full of humor and romance with a plot that always keeps fans guessing. The cast are superb and have accumulated a massive following all over the world. The best thing about my Moonlight journey, is that I have met other fans that are just like me and made some wonderful friends. Moonlight truly is a thrill ride that I hope will never end.

Hello, fellow Moonlighters! As a fan of the show and of USA Network, I can't think of a better new home for "Moonlight." Any network that manages to bring it on board will reap the benefits of CBS's folly. "Moonlight" is over 8 million viewers strong and growing despite the writer's strike and a lack of publicity for the show. The cast is amazing; I haven't seen such chemistry since the X-Files which is the only other TV show I have ever been this attatched to. Please, USA. Don't break the hearts of millions of fans and let such a fantastic opportunity slip through your fingers. Can you feel the Love, USA? It will be all yours if you don't let us down.

I agree with what is being posted here. Moonlight is a great show and deserves a second season. My parents, who are in their 60's, love the show and never miss and episode. My sister, brother in law, brother, sister in law and myself, who are all in our 30's, love the show and never miss an episode. We are all disappoint that CBS has decided not to renew it for a second season. It has a loyal fan base, who would follow it to USA. Also it would be a GREAT addition to the USA lineup.
