Dear USA Network,
I am here to serve as a Represenative to all of the Moonlight fans who are not able to have online access to support the show to move to another network. I hope the network understands that the offline Moonlight fans are supporting this pick up campaign even though they may be silent in not knowing how to be heard. I garantee that if USA Network picks up Moonlight and the news gets out into the media, those who are offline will be thrilled to have their show back. They will make the move to watch Moonlight on USA Network.
Please, USA, pick up Moonlight - A People's Choice Award Winner!

I'd like to add my voice to the others asking that you consider adding Moonlight to your lineup. I've been a viewer of USA Network for years, all the way back Silk Stalkings. I've watched Monk since its first season and have added Psych and Burn Notice.
I think Moonlight would be a good fit for USA Network. It has just the right mix of drama, action, humor, romance and the supernatural. It also has characters that fans of the show have come to care about and enjoy spending time with each week. The show has had some difficulties but it has grown since its pilot episode. The final episode was the best of the season, and the show has the potential for further growth.

Ok. I have just heard that CBS is the parent company of USA network - I thought the parent company was Warner Bros. IS THERE ANYONE FROM USA NETWORK VIEWING THESE POSTS? CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THAT YOU ARE NOT CBS' SIBLING???? I HOPE I HEARD WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will admit USA - I love your line up and you have always been a favorite network of mine. Please consider Moonlight? You would then have an awesome lineup!!
I'm a gramma and in my 60's.......so, the ages of the fanbase are expansive!!!
Also, take a look at the many, many, fansites and blogs for moonlight resurrection!!
I do apologize if this ends up to be a double post. I believe USA is part of NBC. NBC is the parent company. When I called the USA comment line, the lady on the phone said NBC.

USA, I have been a loyal viewer since 1980. Remember the "Once In A Lifetime" video by Talking Heads? Yeah, I think I watched that thing 17 times a day...and loved every minute of it! I've never asked you for much until now.
As you know, CBS has cancelled my favorite series "Moonlight". I am one of 8 million + viewers who will gladly put their purhcasing power and ratings boost behind this program if it is renewed (WHEREVER it is renewed!) for a second season. I would prefer to see it come to YOU, because I am appreciative of the care you take in supporting your programming. The clever and effective advertising and promotion of your continuing series is just what the doctor ordered for "Moonlight", and it is a series that deserves a fair shake! Let's make this happen, and get ready to welcome about 8 million more characters! Thanks so much for this forum and your time!

Smart, sexy, funny and romantic! Save this show!!!
Apparently being all the things I mentioned above as well as consistent in the ratings (mostly top 40), even with the writers strike just isn't enough for CBS. Hopefully USA will pick up this gem because I'm currently free on Friday nights or whenever you want to air it. Moonlight fans will be there!

I am a loyal fan of the show. I love everything about it and am willing to follow it to USA. Any network is lucky to have this show. It has high ratings and coveted demographic, but even more so, this network will get to have Alex O'Loughlin, Sophia Myles, and Jason Dohring! They are wonderful actors/actresses! Not to mention, sexiest t.v. star, People's Choice, blood drives for the Red Cross, huge fan base that looks like it's increasing.... Please pick up this show!
Love Moonlight!!!!!!

Let me begin by saying that I never visit the USA webpage, messageboard, ect. However! Through the grapevine I heard that there was an extra special page dedicated to one of the greatest shows ever written. So my first order of business is to say SAVE THE MOONLIGHT! With 7 million + viewers and an obviously loyal fanbase trying to bring this wonderful show back from the brink of death lets just say USA, have a heart! Adopt us fans, and this orphaned show. We need you as much as you need us. Our loyalty is unwavering and CBS has lost that. But where they fail, you can gain! Take this to heart and give us and MOONLIGHT a second chance at salvation!

I'm new here but not new to the USA Network. My plea is for the great series MOONLIGHT.
As you well know which was "kicked out" by CBS.
MOONLIGHT is a great show for it's suspense, love and of course Vampires.
This is the type of show that would go well with you line-up, i.e. "Characters Wanted"
Great ratings (7 - 8 Million)
People Choice Award Winner.
What else could anyone want?
No, I'm not young, I'm a gmother with 10 grandchildren. They also love this program.
Please consider our pleas and invest in a winner.

The show boasts amazing characters and storylines that have the potential to capture the viewer’s imaginations for seasons to come. The relationships between the characters are also something I look forward to seeing develop. Especially the relationship of Beth Turner played so brilliantly by Sophia Myles and Mick St John Alex O’Loughlin I would also like to see more of her relationship with Josef played so flawlessly by Jason Dohring I think they have quite the makings of a unique and interesting friendship. However, it needs a new home in order to continue this fabulous story. It appeals to so many viewers of various ages from all lifestyles that had never once shown an interest in show about vampires Buffy and Angel never captured my attention the way Moonlight has in only a short while it is a story that is just begging to be continued.
Please consider bringing this romantic, action packed series set amongst the backdrop of the mysterious world of vampires to your programming line-up it deserves a fighting chance Thank You.

It's a terrific show, I agree. I would like to see it continue. Excellent actors, strong female character, and just enough humour to lighten things up. A new take on vampire mythology really opens up a lot of storyline possibilities.
Cheers!

68 YEARS OLD. THIS SHOW HAS A WIDE RANGE OF APPEAL TO ALL AGE GROUPS AND I'M PROOF OF THAT. I NEVER MISSED AN EPISODE OF MOONLIGHT AND I HAVE THEM ALL RECORDED ON MY DVR.

Find me a better fanbase. To show their support, instead of sending silly things to the networks the fans chose to give back ... they organised a blood drive with the help of the American Red Cross! Who would not want such a fanbase?
Moonlight retained its viewers after the WGA strike.
Moonlight is a very popular show despite its poor advertising.
Moonlight won the Peoples Choice Award
Moonlight is not that expensive compared to other shows
Moonlight will add about 8 million people to your ratings!
Hi,
Can you tell me how you got the "close" at the bottom of your e-mail? Thanks!!

Dear USA,
I have watched your station on and off for years. I am not a dedicated viewer by any means but that would change. I hardly ever watched CBS but let me tell you, I was glued and tuned on Friday nights for Moonlight. This show is one of the best new series that has aired in years. I did not see the show's first 2 episodes because I had no idea it existed. I heard about it from a family member and was hooked from then on. I have come to love this show and was truly saddened when I heard is was cancelled. What really gets me is that CBS really did not promote this show. I saw ads for Ghost Whisperer and all the other shows constantly but never Moonlight. It is no wonder CBS thought the ratings were too low. If this show had even minimal publicity, coupled with the enormous fan base that is now edvident, this show would be more than self sustaining.
I can promise this USA, if you consider picking up this show, you will gain 1 dedicated viewer and more as I have told everyone I know about this show since I started watching it. It has been a "talked" about show amongst my crowd and family. You will gain dedicated viewers and hey, who wouldn't want to steal some of that from a larger station?
Please consider our/my plea. 7-9 million may not seem like much in the overall scheme of primetime ratings, but if given a chance to reach fruition and with a little advertising and this snowballing word of mouth.....CBS will and should be sorry they ever let it go.
Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion and for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Tom S.

Yes, USA network should definitely put Moonlight on it's schedule--our whole family will follow Moonlight anywhere it goes, and if USA picks Moonlight up, it's going to make $$$$$$$$, as I can't wait to buy the DVD, Moonlight merchandise, and I absolutely have to have a ring like Mick wears!!!!!! Moonlight is the one show that I wait for each week and the ONLY show that actually takes me out of my world and lets me escape!!!!!!! Alex, Sophia, Jason, Shannyn, and all the other regulars on Moonlight are the best actors/actresses I've seen in years, and the storyline is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! The writing and acting on Moonlight are superb and excellent!!!!!!!! Our whole family was absolutely shocked that it was cancelled!!!!!! It's truly a disservice to Alex and ALL those on Moonlight, besides the writers, that SOOOOO many of us voted it as the People's Choice Award and Alex is one of TV's Sexiest new stars (Alex & Beth are TV's sexiest couple in years!!!!!!!!) and it's thrown back in his face by a cancellation!!!!!!!!!!

Moonlight is a great show, and I cannot believe that CBS simply threw it and 7.5+ million fans away. I think USA would be a great home for this show, it fits in well with current programming. We support advertisers with our $ and are quite loyal. I think Moonlight will really grow given the chance. Please give us a home!

Please know I've been a USA fan for years. I love the motto of "Characters Welcome". Hopefully you'll welcome the cast of Moonlight.
I recently got 5 of my friends to start watching Moonlight. Then this happens. I don't have a lot of viewing time, so I TiVo my shows. This show was one of my top 5. I thought it was pretty unprofessional of CBS to open new characters and leave a major cliffhanger when they were planning to cancel. You don't do that to people, or customers.
Please add Moonlight to your awesome line up. I'll bring more fans on board!

Dear US Network,
I have been pleasantly surprised while surfing the channels at your program.
If you decide to add another show to your lineup; I would like to suggest Moonlight. I think it would fit in with your line-up very well. It is a vampire drama with a more realistic premise, wonderfully acted characters and a good amount of depth.
It is a quality show, having won the PCA award for best new show. Yet, the show 'Moonlight' has been canceled from CBS. And replaced. Not because it didn't have fans, or because it was a bad show, but because it wasn't given a chance with the writers strike and the absence of any promotion.
As an ardent fan of the show, I would just like to make it known that if your channel were to pick up the show, I and the rest of the fan base would be watching.
Moonlight has higher viewer ratings that 'top' shows CSI Miami and the Big Bang Theory. It has a fan base of at least 8 million viewers per airing.
And this fan base is growing with the recent explosion in the 'vampire genre' spearheaded by Stephanie Meyer's Twilight books and a new movie based on them.
With another season unhampered by writer's strikes it has a very large probability of 'exploding' onto the TV scene and benefiting the network that picks it up.
That is not all. A great deal of the shows fans are webmasters in their own right, or at the very least my spacers. We have offered to support and host adds for your channel and your sponsors if Moonlight is picked up for another season. We are currently contacting advertisers who have advertised during Moonlight on CBS to follow your network if it picks Moonlight up
Thank You for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Laura Lowe

It's interesting to see how many of us joined this message board, all with a single purpose. To have a show be "turned" to another network.
My husband and I love Monk. We save the show on TiVo so our neices and nephews can watch it with us when they come to visit (we live 3 hours away from everyone).
My Husband and I only see each other on weekends and Moonlight was a show we always watched together. It's one of two shows we do that (the other is Monk).
It's sad to see one great show after another canned. I'm sorry but shows like How I met your Mother are cheap and a dime a dozen. We really enjoyed Moonlight. I was really looking forward to where the story was going. I enjoyed one of the songs on an earlier episode and wanted to download it. Thats when I found out it was cancelled. I was so shocked! How does an award winning show get canceled?
I'm new to message boards, but glad this one came up. I really hope you guys add this great show to your line up. WE'LL BE WATCHING!!!!

Oh, yes! Moonlight would be PERFECT for USA. Moonlight and House are my 2 DO NOT MISS shows- how awesome to have them on the same station! Moonlight fans are really dedicated- they will do anything to support their show. What a boon for the USA tribe.
The Save Moonlight movement is getting a lot of attention, so the buzz is so on for this show. Alex O'Loughlin, Sophia Myles and Jason Dohring are a dream cast. The sky is the limit.

"Our current development slate makes clear that we're committed to strengthening our brand as the 'character network' and advancing our claim as the #1 destination for quality original programming in basic cable," said Wachtel.
What better way to advance your claim than by supporting a great new drama that was either too "quality" or too "original" for the primetime networks? Please USA, show your support for OUR characters on Moonlight and the fans will gladly show support for YOUR characters (I know I already LOVE Monk and Psych). Pick up Moonlight for a second season!

not create new topics about bringing Moonlight to USA. There are way too many. I'm not saying you can't post telling USA Network you would like them to pick up the series, here we like to keep everything in one thread. It also helps if you have one thread instead of many as the posters here can tell you.
Welcome to all of you and good luck.

I already watch Monk and Psyche, but with The Dead Zone now ... well, in the dead zone ... it'd be great to see another show with some supernatural flavor added to the lineup. Yes! USA should grab MOONLIGHT fast. I have watched it since its premier last fall on CBS. Moonlight immediately captured my interest and quickly became my favorite show on television. It has great ratings- over 8 million viewers- and won the People's Choice Award for Best New Drama Series. The fans are cmpletely dedicated to this show and involved in philanthropic work like blood drives and fund raising for the International Red Cross. Fans like these bring networks positive attention.
The show has a unique artistic vision- I love the noir lighting and voice-overs. Alex O'Loughlin, Sophia Myles and Jason Dohring are a dream cast- talented, hip and charismatic. The chemistry has really been cooking between the two leads and the show is ripe to catch a whole new group of fans. Finally, you will have the gratitude of the show's current fan base, and that gratitude will manifest itself as viewer loyalty.
Picking up Moonlight would be both good business and good karma. C'mon USA- this is a match made in heaven!

USA would be a great place for Moonlight. Since the tagline is "Characters Welcome," I can't imagine any characters that would be more welcome than Mick, Beth, Josef, Logan, and Guiermo. USA was actually the first network I thought of when I got the heartbreaking news that CBS had pulled the plug. Look what happened with Monk! Quirky detectives have great potential and USA recognizes that.
Please take on this wonderful award winning show. I and so many other loyal fans would be more than happy to watch it on USA on Friday nights or any other night of the week. It was my new favorite and I hate to see it go.
