I'd like to add my voice to the growing numbers that would like to see "Moonlight" picked up by USA. It's the only show that I'm actually willing to sit through commercials for, and to support the show by buying from the advertisers.

I find it intelligent, engaging and a complete breath of fresh air from the stale wasteland that is the rest of primetime tv these days.

I'll happily spend my money with USA's advertisers if it means new episodes of "Moonlight".

I keep my tv on all the time. Even when I'm not watching. It sort of keeps me company. I usually leave it on CBS becuase my favorite shows are on CBS. Unfortunately the made the mistake of canceling my favorite show, Moonlight. Now I am trying to find a new channel to be on my tv 24/7. If USA picks up Moonlight, USA will be that channel.

VSRRR!

Moonlight would fit right in with the great characters on USA. I already love to watch Monk, Psych and Burn Notice. Adding Moonlight would make it the smartest network on television. I like that USA puts on smart shows that make people think.

I also think that vampires are going to be the new big thing, especially with the Twilight movie coming out. Probably the first of many considering the books are still being written. Considering the draw the vampires are having right now it seems rediculus that Moonlight was canceled.

I hope USA adds Moonlight to their lineup of great shows.

Considering that I already watch Psych, Monk, and Burn Notice, if USA would pick up Moonlight it would be perfect. I could streamline all tv watching to one network (well, okay, I watch BBC America too). It would also encourage me to participate on the USA message board, since all my faovorite shows would be here!

Where Moonlight goes, I go.

I would follow ML anywhere and would be ecstatic if USA would pick it up. We are loyal fans and won't let you down!

I will follow ML where ever it goes, hopefully to USA. We are extremely loyal fans and won't let you down.

We LOVE Moonlight at my house!!! It's such a great story, and the cast is terrific! This show has so many stories left to tell, I just cannot believe a network would not renew the winner of The People's Choice Awards - We will follow our show anywhere!
tuenite
Please, Please!!! Listen to the offer to move "Moonlight" over to USA. This show is fantastic TV!! And it has millions of fans already.

Please give "Moonlight" a new home. The fans will follow the show to USA.

Mick St John, Beth Turner and Joseph Kostan would all fit in with your very distinctive marketing phrase..."Characters Welcome". Please welcome them to a new home at the USA Network.
dmmalpert
USA Network - Please pick up the great series MOONLIGHT for your network.

I have to admit, I don't usually watch the USA Network -

But I promise I will watch each and every one of your shows at least a few times - if you will only give MOONLIGHT a new home.

This is a great series with great storytelling, great actors, great writers, and a large fan base!

This show garnered over 10 million votes to win the People's Choice Award for Best New Drama.

This show consistently had over 8 million viewers watching it on one of the deadest nights of the week, and consistently won it's time slot.

This show has SUCH potential and just needs a network that will give it a chance to succeed.

Hi, USA

Please, Please Take on Moonlight i Live in England and i really love this show it has every thing you could want, Great action scenes and romance and about 8 million viewers that will transfer accross to you if you buy it. It deserves a second chance its a great show.

It would be so great to see Moonlight here on the USA network, where characters are welcome - and what characters they are, too! Eight million 'characters' are now looking for Moonlight again - wouldn't it be great to welcome them, too? Please add Moonlight to your schedule - USA (and its advertisers) won't be sorry!
Phis
Yes please. It is the only show I watched on CBS and I do not watch TV easily. I will follow Moonlight anywhere. You are our last hope. Please pick up this wonderful show.USA has great shows. Adding Moonlight would only be a good thing. The story is great the actors are very good at their job and make us smile and laugh whilst watching (sophia's facial expressions are priceless - Jason's character acting blows me away and what to say about Alex? I would not know where to begin). He makes a terrific Vampire. The story was cut short but with a good ending that leaves a very interesting second season story. We just gave the new ADA a list of all the Vampires in LA! Of course he does not know what the list is yet but there is a great story that can come from that scene. This show we do love (I know people's choice awards are considered a joke but still this is )the show we gave the award to this is the show over 7 million of us watch. Moonlight lost fewer viewers than all the other shows post the WGA strike and that is not counting international viewers. It has retained most of its fanbase even though it was shown on Fridays. Please give this show a chance... it really is very good. Thank you.
shellbelle228
i have been a vampire fan for years, and i have to say this show makes them more human than most "normal" shows that any network has to offer. moreover, the casting (both mick & josef can bite me anytime. and so refreshing to see a pretty female lead who can say 4 syllable words as if she KNOWS what they mean ;-p) is perfection, LA as a backdrop makes it modern and vintage at the same time and the storyline was never really given a chance to develop into the complex weaving of relationships that i know it can become. interesting side character like coraline and that crazy one eyed brother of hers? MORE, PLEASE.

i don't normally watch TV, if i do it's usually bbca america and my guilty pleasures, ANTM & gossip girl. i promise you that i'll race my butt to the USA network as many times a week as you see fit to put moonlight on.

and there are 7,999, 999 more out there just like me.

who knows? i might even find other shows that i like there too. just a thought...

thanks!
Phis
Please pick up Moonlight and bring it to the USA network. We will watch. It would be a great + for the network.
Moonglow
cool.gif Hey USA I have been a big fan of yours since you first started airing way back when, Monk is one
of my favorites. I truly think that adding Moonlight to your network would be a great addition to the
other shows. This show has an amazing fan base, true and loyal all the way. They have made donations in care of this show, done blood drives, and when the writer's went on strike, they watched
reruns on the CBS network. The ratings have been good, they have won an award for Best New Show,
and there is a chemistry between the actors I haven't seen in a long time. CBS has made a big mistake
in letting Moonlight go, even some Critics have said they don't undertand why they cancelled it. This is
not another Jerrico, trust us, we will fight for our show. It would be great to have my favorite Tv Network pick up another one of my favorite shows. Please USA, don't let 8 Million devoted fans down.
We spend money on sponsors products all the time. The publicity we generate, not to mention the money we spend would be great advertisement for your Network. Fans from all around the world are
begging you, SAVE OUR MOONLIGHT, PLEASE!!!!!!!
Pokeybee
I've always been a big fan of USA. I'd be an even bigger one if you picked up Moonlight!

VSRRR
Phis
Find me a better fanbase. To show their support, instead of sending silly things to the networks the fans chose to give back ... they organised a blood drive with the help of the American Red Cross! Who would not want such a fanbase?

Moonlight retained its viewers after the WGA strike.
Moonlight is a very popular show despite its poor advertising.
Moonlight won the Peoples Choice Award
Moonlight is not that expensive compared to other shows
Moonlight will add about 8 million people to your ratings!

Hi,
I am new to posting..can't believe I am actually doing all this...more interested in this than about Hillary or OBama....I know it is shamefull to admit...but here goes I am a 55 year old working married woman, who along with her mother, co-workers, and a lot of other people I know look forward to Moonlight every Friday. Let me add also that I only started watching Ghost Whisperer so I wouldn't get too busy and forget to turn on Moonlight. So if Moonlight goes CBS is gone to me too. Even my husband will watch because he is a bit of a sci fi person. I was appalled to learn that CBS was gong to drop Moonlight..with all the crap that is on TV we finally got something a little different, that we like..and that is it? Fisrt I have to admit Vampire shows are not for all. But it was refreshing to have new twists thrown into the rules of the vampire world. Loved the sets...loved how it is filmed..loved the humor...Loved the acting..such emotion...not afraid to be tough, hard on himself, show emotion with a tear...He showed it all and we got it! He is a man's man and also the woman of the world love him. The show is refreshing as is House and I like Bones too but how many CSI shows can we have...how many lame comedy's with the same old actors in them..Help! I started out likeing LOST but oh my god...talk about a mess, yet it is still on. I am just really upset and if any other station as such picks up the show I will watch. I don't think Moonlight had much of a chance because of the writers strike right in the middle of it all....I kept looking to see if Alex was going to do Leno, or any morning shows as Ellen or the View (Even thou I would be working and miss it) I don't think CBS did their job with promoting it..with all the changes in the beginning I think CBS should be lucky to get as much as they got because it was all on the backs of the people directly involved with the show. They finally started to get it right when they started showing commercial's saying "He's back..." How can anyone be voted one of the sexiest people in TV guide and have his own station practically ignoring him and not pulling out all the stops to promote? If I was Alex Iwould be po'd. As you can see I mention Alex more than anyone....He is the star, but the connection between his "Beth" was so sizzling you could feel it through the screen...also I think the turning back to vamp through Joesf was a turn on also...I don't care who it appeals to..but CBS and USA has to admit there are so many factors in this show that have appeal. Take Charmed..good..has following..I can watch it but I am sorry it has fake looking "bad spirits" or whatever but it has a huge audience...I don't know what more to say except that I can speak for many people who will follow this show. And most of all if nothing happens for Alex on CBS...I hope he beomes a BIGGER star than he is now in Film...should have been the next James BOND!! They blew that one too. But he will be big, and I hope CBS has to eat his dirt. One last note....I am starting to scare myself because I never get this worked up over stuff like TV..I usually don't care. But I really feel that CBS did not put it's all into promotion and the cast and crew did. So wherever Moonlight is..I will watch and I look forward to the furture to see how well I know Alex will do.
Wish us luck and if anybody important reads this please consider what your customers...your audience is saying.

This is truly a great show - please take it, put it in a good time slot and watch is continue to grow! Thanks for considering Moonlight! I second everything that Nenisy said. I'm similar in all respects. I'm heartbroken that this show may not find a home and continue. This is the first time I've ever responded to a campaign to save a show! USA, please help!!!!

I was shocked by the CBS decision to replace Moonlight. It has an extremely devoted fan base, has been #1 in it's slot and overcame an interrupted season with little promotion to become one of the most promising series on network tv. We not only support the products advertised on Moonight but purchase the music and brands introduced through product placement. We write the sponsors in support. The episodes after the writer's strike were even better than those prior.

Please pickup Moonlight, USA!

We had given up on network TV before Moonlight and had gone over to PBS with NPR for our news content. Moonlight is the first series in years that had us staying home to watch the next episode at broadcast and then we paid Unbox for a download as soon as it was available. I wrote CBS and WB during the writer's strike, saying that we would be willing to pay more for the content like Moonlight that we want to watch. It is worth a lot more.

I am SO not the type to bother with fan forums.....but Moonlight has me hooked. Would love to see season two!

Of course they should - they'd be crazy not to! look at all these fans???

USA could not go wrong adding a wonderful show like Moonlight to their line-up! I think Moonlight (and it's roughlt 8 million viewers) would fit right in with your existing shows. Please USA, give Moonlight a home. You won't be dissappointed!!

Moonlight is such a great show, any network (save one, it seems...) would be lucky to have it! And it comes with a huge amount of international fans that can only grow if given a chance! Please USA, give Moonlight a chance!

Love Burn Notice! Michale, Sam and Fi are awesome characters! Really liked DZ and 4400 too! Please consider adding Moonlight! Moonlight and Burn Notice would be great together-one for the guys, one for the gals and everybody'd watch both! Our demographics are 48yr male, 46yr female as well as females 61, 30, 19, 28 and 28. We'll follow Moonlight anywhere and would LOVE to see it here! Thanks for your consideration!

Thank you USA! Love your shows, you are doing a great job of programming for the 'rest of us' with smart, not-like-everyon-elsel shows! which the major networks don't seem to get, that is why I don't watch much of what they have to offer.

I would be thrilled and forever grateful if you would add Moonlight to your line up as it is one of the best new shows to appear on the scene. I was hooked from the first episode and, in spite of being on Friday nights, I arranged my life so I NEVER missed an episode. It has the perfect blend of elements I am looking for: drama, humor, romance and action as well as a fresh take on the intriguing vampire genre. Like many of your other shows the writing is smart and engaging; the characters have depth, maturity and are believable; the stories are entertaining and draw you in from one week to another; the actors are excellent, breathing life into their characters and have an on-screen rapport that is rare; the sets, camera work add a level of sophistication that is lacking in most television shows these days.

Please USA, pickup MOONLIGHT! This show deserves another chance but CBS was too blind to see it! Moonlight fans are passionate and LOYAL to our show and will follow it to whichever network is wise enough to take it!

Hey!

Just like everyone else on this board I would love if USA would consider picking up Moonlight.
Me and my mother used to watch this show together every week, and we both loved it (despite my mother usually not liking anything "supernatural"). This show made you care about the faith of the characters, what they were going through. At the same time it had some amazing action scenes to get the adrenaline pumping, I especially loved the vamping out bits.

I believe it would be a clever move on the part of USA to pick up Moonlight, it would fit right in with the other shows currently airing.

Best regards,

Sonia

ps. thanks to all the USA MB regulars for being so nice about us using your board. lots of Moonlight love! biggrin.gif

rolleyes.gif I love the show Moonlight and I definetely think that USA should pick it up! I watch it every Friday even when it's a rerun! What a great show!

Wow, agree with everything in Nenisy's post...took words out of my mouth and then some. Like you, I've never gone online to talk about a tv show but here I am. Moonlight is THAT good. Hope USA picks it up, another gem of a show in the line-up they already have.
Rosalyn
smile.gif I so hope that USA picks up "Moonlight". I find this to be one of the most entertaining and imaginative shows on TV. It reminds me of "Beauty and the Beast" from years ago only updated with an adorable hero (Mick St. John) to die for. Not to mention how entertaining Josef is. I feel this show more then deserves a second chance. How can a show win an "emmy" for best new show only to be cancelled by the network! "Moonlight" will more then prove it's worth if only given the chance to continue.

It seems the writers strike somehow undeservably impacted the momentum of the show. I actually purchased Celine Dio's new CD only to get the song "Taking Chances", it was one of the best moments on TV this season, when this theme joined in the emotionally moving scenes between Mick and Beth...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

I had all but stopped watching TV on network stations except for a few shows (CSI and SVU and Numbers, that's it!!), until "Monlight" came along. If the networks are not intelligent enough to realize why cable stations are killing them in the ratings..HELLO.....this is a perfect example.
I personally cannot tolerate REALITYTV SHOW.S..I WATCH NONE!
I'd rather read a book and have done so! Reality TV epitomizes the lack of imagination in the entertainment field and exhibits how low networks will go to fill in an hour of TV watching, apparently for lack of writing talent today.

So USA, make the smart choice to pick-up "Moonlight" and just see how your ratings will continue to hammer the network stations. They're handing this one to you on a platter!!! (I guess its their Reality Tunnel Vision?
LaTuaCantante
Please please take Moonlight, USA!! It's my favorite show, I despise CBS for cancelling it. It was fantastic. I have tons of friends who are angry also and would love to start watching it on your network!!!!

Love Moonlight, think it would be a GREAT addition to USA's lineup of characters. I already watch some of your shows, and think Burn Notice, Starter Wife, Monk, Psych are great. If you add Moonlight, I can throw away my remote, because my TV will stay permanently on USA. I promise.

Me too!

Moonlight+USA= No remote controls!! laugh.gif

The only 2 shows that I set for regular viewing on my DVR are Burn Notice and Moonlight. USA already has one of them, you should have them both.

I have never supported a show like I have done for Moonlight. Give all of us die hard fans a second season. PLEEEEEEEEEASE.
