Hi this is my first svu fan fiction story.I love svu and have seen almost every episode and most more than once.I Hope you like it.

Chapter : 1

Elliot sits at his desk staring at the blank computer screen.The rain out side was pouring and everyone had gone home.he knew he had to go home but it really hadn't felt like home. Kathy had taken the kids even baby Eli and left.Kathy told him that she didn't wont any hard feelings but that she couldn't hold him back any more and that he had been holding her back. They packed and moved out about a week ago.

All of the sudden he was starteled by an IM it was liv.

svubabe- Hay el you there?

stablerboy-ya I'm still her.
stablerboy-you @ home?

svubabe-ya I was just going to walk down the street and get somethin' to eat
stablerboy- Oh you should just order pizza
svubabe -why?
stablerboy-It raining really hard its supost to rain until tomarrow
svubabe-Oh so i should let some poor teen get soaked to the bone insted is that it?
stablerboy-no, but the lazy 30 year old wouldn't mind
svubabe-well neathie do I.
stablerboy-ok just don't complaine tommarow when you come in wet and with a cold.

after they both singed off elliot desided to just crash in the crib.It would be to hard to drive all the way to Queens this late with the storm.he climed the stares and went to his favoite cot it wasn't as stiff as the others and it was farther away from the door.
as he layed there he thought about olivia he had feelings for her. he knew that he loved here but she had just started dating again andhe didn't wont to scare her away by raving like a mad man about his "feelings".so he put the thoughts aside and hoped that she would be ok to night going out in the storm.

the next mornnig he woke up to Fin shaking him "wake up!"he said loudly
Elliot rolled over "what time is it " he askl as Fin stood up and looked at his watch "it
about 8am" Elliot stood up. "why did you sleep her?" Fin asked Elliot just shook his head and walked down to the squad room. Munch was ranting about something but elliot hadn't been around to hear the beggening so he just ignored its he walked passed Olivias desk and noticed it was empty

"Where's liv?" he aked everyones heads turned to the empty desk. and then to elliot don't know but she should be hear by now even with the rain.elliot walked over to the captins office and knocked.

The door open and casey was standing there."We where just descussing the peter williams case" casey explained "Did you need something?'' cregen asked
"ya, Did liv call in sick or something" elliot asked
"no,why she sick"cregen replyed standing up be hind his deak.
"no she just hasn't shown up i just wonted to make sure wasn't sick befor i called her"
elliot told him "Ok ,well tell her to get her ass here now 'cause Lake did call in sick."
"Alright" elliote said he walked over to his desk Quickly calling her Cell.but there was no anser it didn't even ring it just went strat to voice mail which was odd she always had he cell phone on.

Elliot hung up the Phone he had a confused look across his face."whats wrong" Munch asked"liv's cells turned off" El replied "well try her at home" Munch said just as he said thata women walk in and slamed an unbrella down on liv's desk. "Liv??" Elliote said
she turned to him she had her hood on and he couldn't see he face "Not now Elliot" she said she was odviously crying all three of the men (Fin,Munch,and Elliot) standing in the squad room all turned to her as she ran out of the room crying they all followed her out to the door of the womens restroom. "go get Casey shes in cregens office"elliote told Munch he ran back to get casey. there was no one in the hall now it was just elliot and fin. "Olivia are you ok?"Fin asked through the door. they lisened for a monment "I'm fine Just go away." she yelled out they could still hear her crying." thouse are pain tears not just sad" Fin siad quitly to elliot.

they heard the heals taping down the hall it was casey her face was worryed."what the hell is going on" she saked.don't know she came in crying and whereing here hood we couldn't see her face and then she just ran out."Ok, you guys just go back to work and see whats going on,and tell cregen I'll be back in a second."Casry finished as she opened the door and walked inand closing the door behind her.the guys went back to the the squad room.

"Go away I don't wont to talk to you" olivia said from the place in the floor where she was sitting here back to the wall and her knees in he chest. she was still crying. "Will you take you hood off for me" casey ask as kindly as she could as she kneeled nexted to her. she shook Her head and contenuided to cry."why are you crying"casey asked
"Olivia please tell me"casey tryed again. Olivia tiped he head up slitly and casey could see a large blue-purple brusei on the right side of her jaw.casey quickly but lightly grabed the edge of the hood and pulled it off."Oh my god liv,what happened." Casey said looking at her face and what she could see of her neck. there was a cute across her forhead.along with the bruies on her jaw there was one on her left check.and she had a black eye. as well as a dark strate breise just under her chin on her neck."what happened? who did this to you? where else are you hurt? I gotta tell cregen and elliot."
the words just poured out of re mouth she started to cry. "wait if your going to tell everyone you beter take me up to the crib first I can'at stand to see what elliots face when he gets mad if you have to send someone up to talk to me send Fin or Munch."

"Its okay your with friends now"casey said standing and giving live a hand to her feet they both wiped there eyes. olivia pulled her hood back on and the walked back into the squadroom "liv you alright" elliot hallered out.liv just ran up the stares to the crib.

Casey walked over to talk to them.it was just the three guys again cregen was locked away in his office." casay whats wrong with her?" Elliot askd "yea Munch and Fin almost said at the same time. "its not good her face is covered in bruies and she has a bad one on her neck it looks like she got strangled and then got the crap bet out of her."
" Oh my god" they all said "was she raped?" Fin asked "who did it?" munch added another question befor she could anser "i don't know she didn't say any thing she just let me look at her face I'll bet she has more injuries."casey was finaly able to say with out being interupted." I'v got to go talk to her." elliote said with a firm but anger and sad tone.

"No, she made it clear she dosen't wont to talk to you." casey declared 'why wont liv let anyone talk to her?'' Munch asked a worried look held his face. "she's ready to talk I think she Jusat said she didn't wont to talk to elliot." she said turening to him "why dosen't she wont to talk to me?" he aked

"donno but one of you should go up and talk to her.me and elliot will tell cregen whats going on." casey continuied" will both go up " Fin said in a simpithedic voice.
fin and much turned and walked up to athe crib while casey and elliot went to cregen.
befor they went in they stoped to think."what if she's really bad do you think will be able to talk a strong willed olivia into going to the doc's" Fin said with the same puzzled and worried face that munch was looking at him with."Le ts just go in and be gentle and just try and talk to her its just liv" Munch said

They opend the door. olivia sat on a cot on the far side of the room she still had her hood on so they couldn't see the brusies that casey had told them about."hey liv you okay under there?"Fin asked as kindly as they could."Ya I gess so" olivia said they could tell she had stoped crying and had collected her self a little. Fin walked up to her and squated Fin did the same squating right next to him. Liv was sitting in far agains the wall with her legs crossed and her arems in her lap "Liv can we please see what happened to you."Fin said as caring as he could.Munch hit him in the sholder "she was attacked we should just ask what happened"

"Its alright" she said she pulled down the zipper of her hoodie and thenpulled it all the way of. she was wereing a black tank top and jeans. brusies lined her.she had to dark ones around the middle off the top of her arms they could both tell that some on had grabed her hard with there hands. " oh god Liv, sweetheart who did this?" fin said taking her hand.she flinched away fin and munch looked at each other andthe back at her. " why don't you come talk to us" munch said offering her his hand she took it an climbed of the bed they all waled out of the crib and in to the waiting room area just outside the crib they sat on the couch and Fin started asking what happened.

Fin : Liv where were you when you where atacked?
Olivia: outside the door of my apartment.
Fin: where you coming home or going some where?
Olivia: I was going to the store to get something for dinner.
Fin: what Time was it?
Olivia:ummmm...I'm not sure it was just after elliot and I finished are I'm Chat
Munch : what where you talking about?
Fin: why dose that mater?
Munch: if theres memory loss we need to find out how much of the conversation she remmembers.
Olivia: I think we where talking about the rain but I'm not sure"
Fin: who attacked you
olivia froze and just stared at the floor she started to cry.but then she stoped herself she didn't won't to cry in front of Fin and Munch.
Munch: It's okay Liv It's okay
he said seting his hand on her knee
Olivia:m-m-my b-b-boyfriend
she said shyly
Munch: why did he do this?
Olivia: i brook up with him
Fin: why did you brack up?
Olivia: because this wasn't the first time he hit me
she said raising her hear and looking at them sadly
Munch: God Liv why didn't you just tell us what was going on?
Olivia: I was scard I thought that If I told him it was over and told him to take his stuff with him and that if I ever saw him again that if he ever came neer me that I would have him arested.
Fin:Well you still should have told someone
Olivia: Ya I know but I couldn't my mind was repeating the samething i tell victims but my heart was saying how stupid could you be t fall for someone how beats on women.so i just felt like I couldn't say any thing.
there was a puase but Fin brock the silence.
Fin: did he rape you?

Chapter: 2


Olivia: I...I...I'm well I don't know. I think I passed out.
Fin: Its okay liv we can find out later(he said as she started to cry again)
olivia: can I just be alown for a little?
Munch: yea thats fine.
Munch and Fin stood up and walked down to the squad room
elliot ran over " she going to be ok?" he asked franticly
" I don't know.but she is sure bruied up.'' Fin replyed
they all looked at each other "where is she?" a familiar voice cherped in
they all turned and face the door It was malinda warnner the ME
" shes up there" Munch ansered " was she raped? I just heard she was beatin up"
Elliota and Malinda both looked at Fin and Munch

Munch: shes not sure
Malinda: what do you mean shes not sure
Fin: she passed out I'm gessing the bruies around her neck probible nocked here out
Elliot: God I got to go talk to her
Munch: no why don't we let malinda go up an talk her in to going to the hospital
Elliot: fine but if she gose I'm taking her
Malinda: alright well I got to go talk to her
malinda walked up the stares. as soon as she sa olivia she ran over to her
wonting to help any way she could.
Malinda: God liv (she wispered as she sat down next to her on the couch)
Olivia: Why are you here i told the guys I just wonted to be allown
Malinda: Olivia benson you work with people every day that say that they just wont to be alown and that nothing is wrong now how offten is them being allown by them selvesa good idea?
Olivia: Never there always scard and they usually never come to the police and when they do there shy.But malinda i came to work I I I don't know what to do now?
Malinda: well Elliots down stairs and he wont to take to to the hospital.
Olivia: why?
Malinda: Fin told me you wern't sure if you where raped
Olivia: Oh well I welll I don't know do I have to I mean
Malinda:olivia your going to go
Olivia: Okay Tell Elliot I'll be down in a second
Malinda: alright..
Malinda: hey liv?
Olivia: yea
Malinda: will catch Him
Olivia: I know you will
olivia said with a smile and Malinda stood and walked away
a few moments later Olivia walked down and joined elliot in there car and they drov in silinceto the
hospital.

when they reached the Hospital they both sat there for a miniut then
elliot couldn't stand it any more he had to do somthing.elliot turned so he
could face olivia but she was looking away from him out he window.

elliot: Liv..
Olivia: yea
Elliot: Liv Im so sorry I wish I could do something to help.
Olivia: your here with me arn't you
Elliot yea, I also wonted to tell you that if you need any thing
or just someone to talk to I'm here for ya okay?
Olivia: thanks El I'm glad I that I have someone in my life like you
I know I can always counat on you.( she turned to him Just as a warm
tear ran down her cheak)
elliot: Oh liv (he said raising a finger and wiped away the tear)
Olivia: well I beter go. will you come with me?
Elliot: sure. anydthing.

they both got out of the car liv went into the exam room with the doctor
and Elliot went to the waiting room and gave Fin a call.

Fin: Hello
Elliot:hey Its elliot
Fin: Oh hay hows liv doin'
elliot: she's still freaked and shes in with the doctor now.
Fin: good.she tell you anything?
Elliot:NO.what she tell you and munch.
Fin: she said her ex boy friend atacked her and that she was just leaving
her apartment.
she also said that she passed out and dosen't know if she was raped.
as tha doctor came out elliot wonted to see liv and talk to the doctor
so he told fin he would call later with information and hung up.
Elliot went over to the doctor and
started asking about liv.

Elliot: excuse Me Doctor
Doctor: Yes
Elliot: hows she doing
doctor: ummm... are you her boy friend?
Elliot: no I'm her partner(he said flashing his badge)
doctor:Oh I didn't know she was a cop
elliot: yea so can you tell me how she's doing
doctor: will she has brusiog all over her body I would say she
has been beaten befor b/c some of the brusing is healing
elliot: Oh my god this is all my falt
doctor: you shouldn't blam your self unless your the one that raped her
Elliot: she was raped?
doctor: yea
Elliot: can I see her now
Doctor: yea go right ahead
elliot went in olivia sat dressed on the floor sobing. elliot had to take her
and find out what heappened but he didn't wont to push her.
Elliot: hey lets get outta here what ya say?
Olivia: yea lets go to my apartment I can tell you what happened
( she said between deep breaths)

elliot walked over and helped her to her feet. when they reach Olivias
apartment they stoped just out sode tha door.
elliot: whats wrong
Olivia: this is whare it stated
Elliot why don't you walk me through it.
Olivia: okay. so I was on my way out and just as I steped out Peter put
some kind of cloth around my
neck and stared choking me I tryed to scream but I couldn't I must have
passed put because the next thing I remmember was laying on the floor
of my living room with my
hands bound behing my back.
olivia stoped for a moment and opened the door and steped in to the
cold apartment.
Olivia: and then he came over after I woke upo and started kicking me
har in the stomach he hit me over and over. the last punch that gave me the black eye and knock
me out but that time i woke up about seven and i wasn't in the livingroom any more. s
she started crying again liv turned to her and gave her a hug she let
him embrace her sa she weep
elliot: Its okay Its okay
Olivia:alright( she sighed and started where she left off)
olivia: I woke up on my bed and my....my... my pants and underwere pulled
Down around my ankles
elliot: god liv I'm so sorry
Olivia: Its going to be okay isn't it
elliot: did any thing else happen after you woke up and befor you went
to the precint
Olivia: yea I found the note he left my
elliot: what it say?
Olivia: It said he though my cell phone and my gun in the river and t
hat he would keep my badge as a suviner of are wonderful night together
Olivia began to cry ]
elliot: liv its okay its not your falt you didn't do any thing wrong.
Olivia: then why do I fill s horrible
Elliot: because its a horrible thing
Olivia: I know I gotta stop crying.
Eliot Its okay to cry.
Olivia fell into his arms and held him as tight as she could he was the only one that could
make this beter.
Elliot: did that note say any thing else.
olivia: yea this is the worst part he said that he would see me again soon
and he would remmind her over and over that we...we... we loved each other.
elliot: okay Okay lets get out of here wher do you wanna go.
olivia: can I stay at your house until I can get my mind together.
Elliot: your always welcome and you cn stay as long as you'd like.
In elliots mind he was thinking about how much he love olivais and how much he hated
the man that had hurt her.

Later when they were at his house and after they had eaten olivia layed on the couch
just wonting to sleep some thing she hope she would be able to do again.Just as her eye closed
a hand reach up and covered her mouth her eyes flew open and she stared into peterface she tryed to get away but he got on top of her holding her down she tryed to scream again but she couldn't he was to heavy to push off. he reach in to his pocket and pulled out a gage and stuffed it in her mouth.
he shoved his kneeinto her chest and un did his pants. he reach down to pull hers down. she started to cry as he raped her again. when he finished he stood up and said:
Peter: see ya tomarrow baby ( he blew a kiss and and walked out the front door. she pulled her hand out. and got rid of the gage. she ran as fast as she could up the stares and in to elliots room.
Olivia: Elliot He did it again he was just here. (she cryed hastarictly)
Elliot jump out of bed only wereing his boxers
Elliot: Dam ( ha screamed)
Oliviaran out and down the stars . elliot yelled trying to get her to wait but she wouldn't. she ran down the street still crying histarickly. elliot finay cout up with her he was driving his car.
Elliot: olivia get in the car were going to the pricint you'll be sfe there.
she got in and he drove ther
Elliot : did he say any ing to you
Olivia between sobs managed to say: ye said he would see me tommarow and then he left
olivia continuied to cry when she reach the pricent she ran up to the crib not even stoping when fin and munch tryed to stop her as she cryed her way by them.
elliot fallowed her in but was stoped when fin grabed him.
Fin: what the hell happened
Elliot: he brook into my house liv was sleeping on my couch
and he raped her again.
Fin: WHAT?
munch: God we need to find a place to keep he safe
FIn:how upset was she
Elliot: well you just saw she's freeking out
Fin: i'm going to go see if I can calm her down
Elliot: fine me and fin are goibng ato go find the little SH**

Elliot and munch left and fin went to find liv.
When he saw her his heart stoped. She was siting crying but
just under her chin was a gun wiath the safty off.
Fin: Liv you gotta calm down don't you think thatmigh be a little extrem
Olivia put her finger around the trigher......and clif hanger

Fin knelt down next to liv his mind race he had to get the gun away
but how she was a cop she knew the ticks if she was really going
to pull the triger she would.so he just tryed to talk to her.
Fin: liv i'm so sorry but you can't do this
Liv:yes, yes i can.
Fin: no liv i wont let you
Liv: its not you choice my life, my chois
Fin: my friend,my co worker,my other co workers love
Liv turned to him confused.She thought for a minute did he mean
elliot she thout to her self.pushing the gun in to her flesh
Liv: no, no one loves me and no one could love me
Fin: your a great person ,elliot sees that in you. he talks
about you all the time.
Liv started to sob
Fin: liv think about what you are doing
fin knew that if she got more emotional the more likely she would wont the pain to stop
but he couldn't grab the gun what if she pulled to triger and it went of anyway he couldn't risk it
Fin: why don't we call elliot
Liv: no I could never hurt him like that i love him to
Fin: then you can imagin how bad you would hurt him if you fallow through
Liv: I know I know I just can't deal with the pain any more If I was gone then every thing would be beter
Fin: no liv it wouldn't this job puts holes in are hearts that can't be fixed but with you here the pain we all fill in are heart seems some how to be soothed.
Liv : no that is the strenght that i some how try to find each day
Fin: please liv just put the gun down
Liv: no I wont
the gun was about an inch from her smooth tan skin
Liv:Hey fin you do something for me k.
Fin: anything
Liv tell elliot I love him
she said raising the gun
no fin yelled don't please don't he should her it from you
LIv began to cry she droped the gun and fin grabed it leting out his breath

In a squard car munch and elliot sat looking up and down the block where olivia's
apartment was. hoping that peter would keep his promis and show up at livs apartment.
all of the sudden elliots phone rang
El: stabler
fin: its me we go a problem
as fin told elliot about what had just happened and even the part that she had said that she loved elliot to
elliot freaked out he couldn't belive his ear. he hung up the phone and ordered him to drive as fast as he could to central park.

when they reach the park elliot told munch to stay in the car and that he would be back
elliot walk to a place in the park he knew that she liked to go to think it was close to the place she had be held at knife point by john white about 9 years ago. it was quite and had little foot trafic especaly at night. as he steped on tho the path he saw olivai sitting on a bench .
elliot walked over he said nothing he steped in front of her and said "I love you olivia benson"
Olivais heart stoped to hear thous word. she had wonted to tell elliot that she loved him for so long but how could she he was married and even after kathy left he avioded her as if she was just some cop standing next to him.she raised her head to speak to him.

Olivia:hi
elliot:hey
Olivia: I'm sorry
Elliot: for what
Olivia: I almost did something really stupid
elliot: I know
olivia: you talked to fin
Elliot: yea, he also told me something that you wonted him to tell me
Olivia:yea
Elliots phone rang it was cregen
Cregen: he's dead
Elliot: who
Cregen: peter
elliot: what happened
cregen: a cop shot him
elliot: who
Cregen some one we know detective brian cassidy
elliot:cassidy
cregen : yea he heard about olivia and he found peter some how and shot him
elliot: he going to prison
cregen : nope befor he shot him peter drew a gun
elliot : well i'm going to take oliva and let her sleep at my house for a while
were going to take a week or so off that aright
cregen: fine, all see ya in a week
elliot told olivia about the former svu detective shoting peter and that they both had a week off
she told him that she would love to stay on his couch. for a while longer. but elliot said that she wouldn't have to.

when they got to elliots house they both took showers and went to bed in elliots bed elliot wraped his arms around olivia. she felt safe and in love now she slowly fell in to a peaceful sleep.

OH MAN I DIDNT WANT THE STORY TO END BUT AT LEAST IT ENDED ON A GOOD NOTE...I CANT WAIT FOR ANOTHER ONE!!!!
