As for Elliot, in Perfect he said he was in his late 30s and in season 9, he said that Kathy was over 40 so I always assumed that they were the same age, born the same year, making him over 40 as well. His birthday was revealed as October 20 in season 6's Contagious.

I think usually the actors are older then their characters, not sure why but it's been strangely known to happen. Like Happy Days- Ron Howard was in his 20s playing a teenager!

It's an experience thing. Nothings worse than watching a bunch of actors play an age or a situation they don't understand. I just saw this horrid play last night. These single early twenty somethings were all playing thirty something married people, going through divorce and adultry. It was obvious they'd never had a marital fight before in their lives. The struggles were all like a breeze through the park. I was like "COME ON- you just dumped your mistress- who you loved throughout the ENTIRE PLAY- so that you could patch things up with your wife, and you said good bye to her like she was the mail man. WWWWWWTF!?!!!! That good-bye should have been ALOT harder!"

So yeah, life experience is a good thing usually.

Well Chris got the perfect girl in the end. A girl who knew as much about sports as he did. It was a match made in sports heaven. LOL!

In an episode called "Trials" Olivia talks to a Doctor about her undercover ordeal of being almost raped. She says she needs help dealing with it.

Coming off of his first day back on set, Belzer said "it was great to see everybody."

So what can we expect from the upcoming season? Look for an exciting season premiere: "James Brolin is in it and he's a great guy," says Belzer. There is also a part about Fin's transfer (tho not much at this point). It comes out that Fin hooked up with this guys wife after they divorced and the guy is now working at One-P-P in charge of processing transfers. And it does seem that we will see more of the detectives working together in this episode.

Ice -T is coming back, I think that story line is just a way to explain his remaining in SVU. he puts in for a transferbecasue of the bad blood with Elliot, but it is denied by this dude with a grudge. This will also give them an oppertunity to keep the riff between Elliot and Fin for a little longer.

This is just a guess, not a spoiler. If I guessed right and I ruined it, don't be mad at me. If I guessed right and you like it, send money.

But think of it this way- right now SVU is filming so we may have some very nice person to stumble onto the set and watch the filming so they could post it on their community blog where we can all see and go "ooooh" and guess which episode they are filming. Try to look at the bright side of things!

Thanks for the spoilers. I'm so psyched for season 10. Sounds like there will be some spilled over tension with Fin and Stabler. I'm glad that the squad will be working together more. I love that Stabler will have a fight scene with Dick. Elliot bored me last season, idk maybe I miss the angry, brooding Elliot more than I thought. I'm glad he'll have something to do from the start. Olivia following up on her assault can only be good.

I'm not going to set my expectations too high but as long as s10 is better than 9 I'll be satisfied. It sounds good so far.

i know, i disliked the calming side of stabler, it just didnt interst me, but elliot getting enraged every ep, ya!! thats good pickins right there!

I love every side of Elliot! Hahaha! But do you know what I am missing? Some In-Your-Face Stabler. Remember when he use to throw guys up against the wall in interrogation? Or got right in their face and was yelling at them? Hahaha. Maybe it's just me, but I liked Case-Angry Elliot.

Maybe we will see that with the Dick Astronaut guy? Hhhmm...I hope so. And I hope he is wearing a blue shirt when it happens! The drool factor on my end will be off the charts!!!

I hope they start filming soon because in two weeks I will be playing tour guide in Manhattqn and I will have my camera out and ready. If I get any pictures you guys will be the first to see them. I am not getting my hopes up though. I will be prepared, but I doubt they will be filming in the tourist spots like the Statue of Liberty or Time Square in the middle of summer. Maybe I should give tours of under the West Side Highway and obscure buildings in Brooklyn.

I know! I will do an SVU tour! I will take them to places referenced in the show like The Ramble in Central Park, Coney Island. We will go where Hudson University and Mercy Hospital would be if they were real. Remember the Westchester Mall in "Home"? that wasn't the Westchester mall the Westchester Mall is an indoor upscale maill in (you guessed it) Westchester. The place they showed was actually shopping center in Co-op City in the Bronx, I'll take them there, too! Actually I live 10 minutes from there so I probably would have taken them there anyway.

That sounds like fun, right? Who needs a broadway play when you can go to walk around the City stalking Chris and Mariska?
