I like Huddy for many many many reasons.
House/Cuddy is a constantly changing, complicated ship. And yet it is one of the simplest ones on the show. They are always either arguing over one thing or another, whether it be a diagnosis or (hehe) cable in Coma Guy's room. Honestly, I've never seen one consoling word between them, except for in Half-Wit:
"House, I'm so sorry."
"Forgot I was dying, huh?"
"I'm here, if you need me."
"I need you. One small feel for man. One giant ass for mankind."
"Thanks. Good luck in Boston.
(And then they're back to flirting)
Call the Make-A-Wish Foundation."
Other than that, though, all they do is hit on each other, make witty banter, and oppose everything the other one does. But, from my experience, that usually leads to a relationship. Because they know each other too well; they know what annoys the other, they know what the other one likes.
Case in point: House loves embarassing Cuddy. He does it non stop, ("YOU CAN'T STOP OUR LOVE!") and even though she knows when it's coming, she doesn't make any attempt to stop it. My theory about this is that she enjoys it. She knows that that is what makes House House, and she doesn't want him to change.
And another thing. House and Cuddy were the only two on the show that we knew to have an actual physical relationship before the show started. What the conditions of that relationship were, we don't know. Were they drunk, did they know each other before, et cetera. But they did have a one night stand, and House holds that over her head.
True, they haven't kissed yet, but I'm convinced that when they do, it will knock our socks off.

You...pretty much took the words out of my mouth. I applaud you.

Everybody Lies:

I respectfully disagree. I don’t want Cuddy and House to get together, just because they flirt constantly. One can be a flirt and want nothing to do with that person or want a relationship. Case and point House flirts with everyone, Cameron, 13, Cuddy, patients, every woman alive.

I’m rooting for a more dramatic kiss, still have hope for Cameron. I’m a sucker for that kind of relationship. Besides it makes me think I have a chance…j/k…

The big Drama in House was when his ex wife came through, that, was exhilarating!, couldn’t get enough!!.... But expecting Cuddy to get with House?, is like expecting a three way with 13, it doesn’t make sense. Or having the teenage freak that stalk House and waited for him on the motorcycle and called him constantly suddenly reappear, and say hey guess what I’m legal.

But hey how am I kidding. I just live for that sexy, steamy, encounter with however. Not like when his ending the show and opens the door for a prostitute, that’s why the STD wasn’t such a big stretch to believe, on the last episode.

A real two to three minute scene with someone, I still rather it would be Cameron confessing her undying love to House, and House finally admitting (giving in) that he feels the same way. Which was hinted when House got Jealous of Cameron when Wilson was running his mouth off. (among other scenes)

Tish tish, but please , this goes out to the network!!! We need a romantic scene with the star of the Show, it’s bound to be a great Drama.!!!!

We don't want them together just cuz they flirt; they've known each other longer and they have history. wink.gif

House doesn't or has ever had a wife, or an ex-wife...so I don't know what your talking about...Stacy? His ex? She was never his wife.

I think the possibility of House declaring his undying love for any woman is rediculous, because it just wouldn't be House. I highly doubt that both Cameron and House will "confess their love" for each other. Besides, that ship has sailed-to put it bluntly.

Now I do agree that he does need some action. Lol. As long as it's not with Cameron or 13....or anyone besides Cuddy. Haha.

Now, I'm not saying that I want Cuddy and House to be in a long committed relationship, because I doubt that's gonna work or happen, but I just want them to have something.

Spoiler:
I respectfully disagree of ur disagreeing, can we just agree to disagree??

Since I’m kind a new here I’m going to assume that disagreeing with people is not well liked. I’m sorry that you feel that history has anything to do with future relationships. House is like a player, if he can get it , he will…(to put it nicely) The last time I wrote , was my way of putting it nicely… that I’d like Cameron and House to get together because Cameron is more of my age range. wub.gif It makes it more pleasant for me to watch, I don’t find Cuddy sexy…Sorry. ohmy.gif

I need to apologize for the ex-wife comment; wink.gif I didn’t remember they weren’t married. I do watch the episode and have the seasons but I don’t really go back to watch the episodes again and again. Still the was wife thing was easy to remember I just forgot.

Now, the part where I talk about the undying love that apparently you crushed me on, is that their always two characters in different programs ( Friends, Fraiser, etc.) chasing each that are bound to end up together. This is an open line for you to say that Cuddy is the one. I believe that Cuddy is or was looking for a son, and since House already offered (jokingly) to be the proud daddy, I think that’s all he wants , sex…

Look, I’m glad theirs been a past between them, still a need romance….Sorry if it doesn’t seem right, or fitting for House to fall in love, and is out of character, but is the character suppose to live a miserable life forever?

I need romance (just me ) is all that I’m saying, don’t attack me on this comment (Wilson’s relationship is not romantic, again for me)… I need more than just medical cases and head budding between co-worker, I get enough of that already.

Be courteous be nice…

Erm...I wasn't aware that I had offended you or that you have offended me, because you didn't. We can have a civilized argument, can we not?

I was being courteous and nice, at least that's what I thought, if you don't want to continue that's fine. I'm not saying what you believe is stupid or anything, just that I disagree and that I think differently.
But, whatever, if you felt insulted then I'm sorry. I was just trying to have a friendly disagreement.

Like i said im new here . Since things written dont have a tone i guess i took it the wrong way...it wouldnt be the first time... blink.gif

That was an exhilerating banter to read.
My opinion on the whole situation: Ship who ever you feel should be together.
But JenniDinoRobot does have a point.
That whole house admitting his undying love for cameron deal will never happpen
because, well, thats just not house.
On the other hand, it might so happen that they do it. you never know.
But its more likely for some odd reason that he and cuddy would do it.
as for 13. we all know house thinks about 13 in a sexual way, but what woman
doesnt house think of in a sexual way. But i think he thinks of her MORE now that he knows
she is bisexual. Maybe he fantisizes about a threesome or something. who knows.
To the point: I ship.
House/cuddy.
13/cuddy/house

Huddy just isn't for me - I suffer from "La Mancha Sydrome", I prefer love when it seems totally impossible. I'm happy for House to go on pining for Cameron, even if nothing happens.

I would like to see House & Cuddy hookup even if it's only to make a little House. They have good chemistry & they understand each other even when they disagree. Frankly, I don't see much chemistry between Cameron & House or even Cameron & Chase. I think Cameron & Foreman should give it a go.

Just my opinion.

JenniDinoRobot
I also think Foreman/13 would be cool. They're up there with Huddy for me. Don't know why, I just like them, plus Foreman needs a girl already.
Never thought of Cameron/Foreman, cool idea.
I also ship Wilson/Cameron/ wink.gif biggrin.gif
purplerain0405
I don't want to see House and Cuddy get together. They've been flirting so long that if they DID get together it would be boring. They know what each other likes and dislikes. They know each other very well..HOWEVER...

Opposites attrack and I think House and Cameron would be great.
SweetSauce
I ship Huddy 'cuz their hot and they got chemistry oozing whenever they banter! However, I'm realistic enough to know that the TPTB will never make Huddy happened. The network suits often prefers October/May relationships. To solidify House' status as a sex symbol, they gotta pair him up with a hot young thing (Cameron, Amber, or 13).

Although, they might have reconsider that after seeing Cuddy's stripper scene wink.gif
Bubba_Bridges
Hi Bubba here, I like House and Cuddy being together. Both are have strong personalities.
